Description

具有空气屏障产生装置的冰箱
本发明涉及一种冰箱,尤其是涉及一种具有空气屏障产生装置的冰箱,其中的冷空气可有选择性地排放至冷冻室或保鲜室内,以产生空气屏障。
图1是传统冰箱的截面图。如图1所示,传统的冰箱具有柜100,而柜100由冷冻室101和保鲜室102构成,两室之间由隔壁(没有示出)相互分开,冷冻室门103和保鲜室门104分别用于打开和关闭冷冻室101和保鲜室102,门103和104由枢轴安装在柜100上。
在冷冻室101和保鲜室102中放置了数个架105。压缩机(没有示出)安装在柜100的下部的保鲜室102的后壁112的后侧,而蒸发器106安装在柜100的上部的冷冻室101的后壁111的后侧,以蒸发由压缩机提供的冷却剂,从周围吸收热量,从而产生冷空气。

下面说明传统冰箱的工作过程。
当冰箱接通电源时,压缩机起动,冷却剂在冰箱中进行冷却循环。此时,蒸发器106从周围吸收了热量,从而产生了冷空气。
在该状态下,第一扇107运转,由蒸发器106产生的部分冷空气经由冷冻室101的后壁111的冷空气排放口111a而直接吹入冷冻室101中。同时,第二扇也在运转,其余的冷空气经由多通道结构108而吹向保鲜室102,再经由保鲜室102的后壁112上的冷空气排放口112a而吹入保鲜室102中。
此时,冷空气从冷冻室101和保鲜室102的后侧水平地吹向前侧。
吹入冷冻室101和保鲜室102的冷空气经由第一冷空气循环通道109和第二冷空气循环通道110而返回至蒸发器106。冷空气由第一扇107和第二扇再次吹入冷冻室101和保鲜室102中,从而形成了冰箱中的冷空气循环。
通过上述过程,冷冻室101的温度保持在-18℃,而保鲜室102的温度保持在0-9℃之间。
在冷冻室101和保鲜室102的前壁(没有示出)的邻近冷冻室门103和保鲜室门104处各设置了一个按钮开关(没有示出),以控制第一扇107和第二扇的运转。
当冷冻室101和保鲜室102关闭时,各按钮开关被相应的门的有枢轴的一侧压下,按照来自微处理器(没有示出)的预定的控制信号,第一扇107和第二扇被驱动运转。
相反,当冷冻室101或保鲜室102打开时,相应的按钮开关弹起,第一扇107或第二扇就停止运转。
传统的冰箱具有如下问题。
当冷冻室门103和保鲜室门104打开时,外部的热空气没有阻碍地进入各室内,从而导致了冷空气的流失,使得冰箱的能量没有有效地利用。
为了解决上述问题,在现行技术中也曾提出过一种冰箱,就是在冷冻室和保鲜室的开口处设置空气屏障产生装置。然而,由于要在冷冻室和保鲜室中分别设置空气屏障产生装置,使得冰箱的结构过于复杂。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种具有空气屏障产生装置的冰箱,当冷冻室门或保鲜室门打开时,用于有选择性地在冷冻室和保鲜室中产生空气屏障。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种冷冻室和保鲜室都能保持恒定温度的冰箱,通过有效地防止冷冻室和保鲜室中的冷空气流失而大幅度地提高冰箱的制冷效率。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种冰箱,它包括一个柜,该柜具有:冷冻室和保鲜室,两者由隔壁分开;一个蒸发器,用于产生冷空气;排风扇,用于把冷空气吹入冷冻室和保鲜室中;一个空气屏障通道,安装在隔壁处,用于把蒸发器产生的冷空气输送至所述冷冻室和所述保鲜室中;一个空气屏障通道,安装在隔壁处,用于把蒸发器产生的冷空气输送至所述冷冻室和所述保鲜室内;上下两个空气屏障气口,设置在空气屏障通道的前端,用于把冷空气排放至冷冻室和保鲜室内;第一空气屏障吸口,设置在所述冷冻室的上壁的邻近所述冷冻室门的位置处,以吸吮从上空气屏障气口排放出的冷空气,从而在冷冻室的开口处产生空气屏障;第二空气屏障吸口,设置在保鲜室室的下壁的邻近保鲜室门的位置处,用于吸吮从下空气屏障气口排放出的冷空气,以在保鲜室的开口处产生空气屏障;一个空气循环能道,用于连通第一空气屏障吸口、第二空气屏障吸口及空气屏障通道;气流扇,设置在空气屏障通道中,以向空气屏障通道提供冷空气;和阻止杆,用于有选择性地关闭所述的上空气屏障气口和或下空气屏障气口,以有选择性地使经由空气屏障的冷空气导入冷冻室或保鲜室中。

如图3和图4所示,本发明的冰箱具有一个柜100,柜100由冷冻室1和保鲜室2构成,冷冻室1和保鲜室2由隔壁13相互分开,冷冻室门3和保鲜室门4分别打开和关闭冷冻室1和保鲜室2。门3和4枢接在柜100上。
在冷冻室1和保鲜室2内放置着数个架5。

第一空气屏障吸口15a、第二空气屏障吸口16a和空气屏障通道13a相互之间通过空气屏障循环通道17而连通。
在空气屏障通道13a中,气流扇18使冷空气在空气屏障通道17中循环,向空气屏障气口14a和14b提供冷空气。气流扇18由驱动电机21驱动。
横截面为扇形或者说是银杏叶形的阻止杆19水平地沿空气屏障气口14a和14b的长度方向进行安装,并可以在一预定角度范围内转动,从而有选择地关闭空气屏障气口14a和14b。因而,经由空气屏障通道13a而直奔空气屏障气口14a和14b的冷空气流可有选择地排放至冷冻室1或保鲜室2中。阻止杆19由步进电机22进行驱动以使该阻止杆19转动一个预定的角度。
在冷冻室1和保鲜室2的前部的邻近冷冻室门3和保鲜室门4的位置处,各安装了一个按钮开关。当冷冻室1和保鲜室2半闭时,各按钮开关被相应的门的侧面压下。相反,当冷冻室1和保鲜室2打开时,各按钮开关又弹起。
当按钮开关弹起时,控制器,如微处理机(没有示出),可以识别出相应的门处于打开的状态。
当一个门打开、按钮开关弹起时,微处理器使得第一和第二扇的运转停止,步进电机驱动阻止杆19动作,以在该处于打开状态的室门口处形成空气屏障。
下面说明本发明的冰箱的工作过程及其效果。
当冷冻室1和保鲜室2关闭时,各按钮开关被相应门的侧面压下,从而微处理器使第一扇7和第二扇转动。相应地,冷空气从冰箱的后部排放至冷冻室1和保鲜室2中。然后,冷空气又从冷冻室1和保鲜室2中进入冷空气循环通道9和10中进行循环。
当保鲜室门4打开时,如图5、6和8所示,按钮开关弹起。此时,微处理器感到该门处于打开状态,并停止第二扇的转动,以防止冷空气再充入保鲜室2中。另外,微处理器又驱动步进电机22,使阻止杆19转动,从而关闭上空气屏障气口14a。
相应地,由蒸发器6产生的、经由空气屏障13a过来的冷空气只有经过空气屏障气口14b而充入保鲜室2中。充入至保鲜室2中的冷空气又流向第二空气屏障吸口16a,从而在保鲜室2的开口处产生了空气屏障,因而防止了外部的热空气进入保鲜室2。
用于形成空气屏障的冷空气经由第二空气屏障吸口16a在空气屏障循环通道17中循环。进入空气屏障循环通道17的冷空气又转入空气屏障通道13a中以再次从下空气屏障气口14b进行排放。此时。气流扇18在空气屏障通道13a中由微处理器控制着转动,使冷空气很容易地从空气屏障循环通道17进入空气屏障通道13a。
如图7所示,当冷冻室门3打开时,阻止杆19在步进电机的作用下反方向转动以关闭下空气屏障气口14b。相应地,冷空气从上空气屏障气口流向第一空气屏障吸口15a,以在冷冻室1的开口处形成空气屏障。
如上所述,根据本发明,在阻止杆的控制下,在门处于打开状态的室的开口处可形成空气屏障。相应地,有效地防止了从冷冻室和保鲜室的开口处的冷空气流失,从而使得冷冻室和保鲜室中的温度保持不变,因而,冲箱的制冷效率得到了提高。

排风扇,用于把冷空气输送至所述冷冻室和所述保鲜室内;
一个空气屏障通道,设置在所述隔壁内,用于把由蒸发器产生的冷空气输送至所述冷冻室及所述保鲜室内;
上下两个空气屏障气口,设置在所述空气屏障通道的前端,用于把冷空气排放至所述冷冻室和所述保鲜室内;
第一空气屏障吸口,设置在所述冷冻室的上壁的邻近冷冻室门的位置处,以吸吮从所述上空气屏障气口排放出的冷空气,从而在所述冷冻室的开口处产生空气屏障;

3、如权利要求1所述的冰箱,进一步包括一个步进电机,以驱动所述的阻止杆。
4、如权利要求2所述的冰箱,进一步包括一个步进电机,以驱动所述的阻止杆。
