The monitoring content of the power transformation and distribution system unit is as follows: low voltage side voltage, current, power factor, frequency, etc.; overtemperature alarm of the transformer; the running state of the low-voltage breaker and the fault alarm; and (5) automatically calculating active power and reactive power, and counting the electricity consumption of each loop. And various electronic components in the elevator system monitoring unit and the power transformation and distribution system unit are directly and electrically connected with the embedded terminal unit.
The illumination detection unit monitors and controls the following: the lighting loop running state, fault alarm, manual/automatic state; the lighting loop is started and stopped; the lighting loop comprises a fire-fighting acousto-optic alarm lamp, a fire-fighting emergency lamp and an emergency evacuation lamp in the building fire fighting; also comprises a first-floor hall lamp, a colored lamp, a barrier lamp and the like.
The monitoring content of the illumination detection unit is as follows:
1. the corridor lighting, colored lights, hallways, barrier lights and the like are turned on and off, and the lighting mode is controlled;
2. the states of lamps of a fire-fighting acousto-optic alarm lamp, a fire-fighting emergency lamp and an emergency evacuation lamp in the building fire fighting process are tested in an on-off mode, and the number of the corresponding loop is monitored;
3. the obstacle lamp should be flicker controlled according to the requirement.
The DDC automatic control system is also arranged in each lighting distribution box, and the electronic components are electrically connected with the DDC automatic control system.
The handheld data monitoring terminal is also provided with corresponding software, and consists of six parts, namely an engineering module, a collector module, a unit module, an alarm module, an energy-saving module, a service module and a log module.
The engineering module displays information of all embedded terminal units in the whole area, including information such as the names of the embedded terminal units, the number of the embedded terminal units and the matching detection originals, engineering geographic positions, contact ways of responsible persons and the like.
The collector module is a designated embedded terminal unit, and the page displays the unique ID of the collector, the software version number, whether the 4G gateway is on-line or not and other information.
The unit module displays various parameters of a single embedded terminal unit. Such as temperature and humidity, equipment operation information for the drain pump house, fan information, current status of the fan filter board, etc.
The alarm module displays alarm states of all monitoring parameters of all terminals, and can check current alarm and historical alarm under the option.
The energy-saving module is a page capable of remotely setting energy-saving parameters of the embedded terminal unit, for example, the sampling time of the embedded terminal unit can be set.
The service module fills in and submits the option pages of the form for the user.
The log module is used for checking the option page of the login times, the time and the date for the user.
The corresponding software includes the following functions:
(1) Remote parameter reading and setting function
The engineering to be operated can be clicked on the engineering display interface, and parameter data of each monitoring point, such as parameters of temperature, humidity, water level out-of-limit alarm and the like, can be remotely read and modified after entering the engineering unit page.
(2) Database storage function
The system is provided with an Arian cloud database system, and environment data, operation data, energy data and the like of each monitoring point are stored in real time. And recording and storing the record and giving a corresponding processing prompt, and sending a short message and the like to the appointed mobile phone to give an alarm at the first time. The user can see the alarm and recovery of the equipment by observing the main interface of the system, and can confirm and process the event in the main interface of the system. After the confirmation process, the event is not reminded at the system main interface. When a user needs to check the historical alarm event for analysis, the historical event and a log query program can be called, and the combination query of the conditions (equipment range, time range, level range, event type, confirmation state and confirmation time) is selected to obtain the needed historical event, and the needed historical event can be exported as a report. In the query interface, historical events may also be validated. The alarm module page separates the current alarm from the historical alarm so as to facilitate the user to distinguish the alarm time limit conveniently.
(3) Report function
The report function realized by configuration is simpler, the historical data of the equipment test points for a period of time can be generated regularly, and the data can be displayed by using a graph. The format is fixed, and the report is generated by the template. The report can be derived from historical curves in the platform page, or can be configured and generated by a data storage module.
(4) Collector preparation function
The collector, namely the embedded terminal unit in the control box among the devices, is a branch component of an environment monitoring control system, the collection system and the 4G transparent gateway system are integrated in the collector, the collector configuration function page allows us to remotely update the software version of the embedded terminal unit, allows us to configure the collector, and monitors the on-line and off-line state of the collector.
(5) Web browsing function
The main functions of the monitoring system can be checked and managed through WEB browsing after the system is operated, such as inquiring the information state of the collector, inquiring the unit display, checking the real-time event, managing the alarm event, checking and managing the history event, and the like. The page display can be used for viewing equipment unit information, controlling equipment and setting equipment supporting remote advanced setting.
(6) User service ticket function
The user service list option page allows to submit problems encountered by users using the system online, monitor problems occurring during system operation, and submit requirements and feedback problems conveniently and rapidly online.
(7) System log function
The WEB front-end system can select a system log option page, and a user can clearly see the input time and the management log of management equipment personnel on the option page.
The invention has the following advantages in system performance:
1. real-time performance, the real-time performance of monitoring data is ensured by using a similar equipment single bus acquisition mode, the front-end equipment data acquisition and control time is customized, and the remote monitoring data refreshing time is customized. Real-time monitoring, avoiding accidents: the hidden danger which cannot be found in time by manpower is monitored at any time by monitoring electromechanical equipment and building environment in real time through a computer system, so that the defect of manpower is overcome, and the serious loss is avoided;
2. the maintenance performance, the handheld data monitoring terminal supports online parameter modification, the parameter and the like of the monitoring equipment are modified under the condition that the monitoring system is not stopped, the system design adopts a modularized structure, and the maintenance of the whole system is online and the normal operation of all the equipment can not be stopped due to the maintenance of part of the equipment.
3. The portability, handheld data monitoring terminal can still master the indoor information of total accuse under the condition that the staff breaks away from the master control room, has powerful portability in work such as maintenance, inspection, improves maintainer's work efficiency greatly, reduces enterprise human cost.
From this, utilize handheld data supervisory equipment, accomplish further building intellectuality, carry out scientific management to functional building such as high-grade district, senior office space, reduce the cost of labor simultaneously: through automatic monitoring and effective management of electromechanical equipment in a building, normal operation of each equipment is monitored and controlled, and energy is saved; and greatly facilitates the operation and maintenance of the equipment.

Claims (10)

1. The handheld data monitoring terminal is characterized by comprising a body, a display module, a front end detection control terminal, a background server terminal module and a WEB browsing terminal, wherein the display module is electrically connected with the body, the display module is a capacitive screen with the specification of 11 inches, the display module and the body are both fixed on a shell, and the body is connected with the background server terminal module through WiFi communication;
the background server terminal module is connected with a plurality of front-end detection control terminals through buses, the front-end detection control terminals are connected with a plurality of embedded terminal units through signal lines, and the background server terminal module is connected with a WEB browsing terminal through a network;
the embedded terminal units are respectively connected with an electric well room monitoring unit, a cold water system monitoring unit, a heat source monitoring unit, an air conditioning system detecting unit, a water supply and drainage system detecting unit, an elevator system monitoring unit, a power transformation and distribution system unit and an illumination detecting unit through buses;
the electric well room monitoring unit comprises an electric well overflow monitoring unit and an electric well temperature and humidity monitoring unit;
and the background server terminal module adopts a cloud server.

The handheld data monitoring terminal of claim 1, wherein the embedded terminal unit to which the front end detection control terminal is connected via a signal line further comprises one or more of the following optional functional units: the system comprises a fresh air system unit, a video monitoring unit, a smoke sensing monitoring unit, a fire alarm unit and a door magnetic system monitoring unit;
the monitoring function of the fresh air system unit comprises monitoring the actual measurement temperature of the air supply, the set temperature of the air supply and the deviation value of the actual measurement temperature of the air supply and the set temperature of the air supply;
the video monitoring unit can expand the security system according to the user requirement to realize the indoor picture monitoring;
the smoke sensing monitoring unit monitors fire fighting of the building in real time; once an alarm occurs, the system is automatically switched to a corresponding monitoring interface, and a fire alarm state icon turns red and flashes to display, and meanwhile, an alarm event is generated to record and store and have a corresponding processing prompt, and the alarm is sent to a front-end detection control terminal at the first time;
the fire alarm unit is a fire alarm electric power facility;

The handheld data monitoring terminal according to claim 1, wherein the electric well overflow monitoring unit and the electric well temperature and humidity monitoring unit of the electric well room monitoring unit are provided with temperature and humidity detectors at important positions according to the actual area and the size of the electric well of each floor; the electric well overflow monitoring units and the electric well temperature and humidity monitoring units in the electric wells of all floors are connected with a DDC automatic control system among floor devices through signal lines, and the DDC automatic control system is connected with an embedded terminal unit through a bus;
the humiture monitoring unit includes two kinds of data and looks over the mode, specifically:
checking current temperature and humidity values among all electric wells and whether overflow monitoring is normal or not in real time on an electric well temperature and humidity and overflow monitoring plate of the display module;
and checking whether the temperature and humidity detector value and overflow monitoring are normal or not through a background server terminal module unit page in the general control room.
4. The handheld data monitoring terminal of claim 1, wherein the cold water system monitoring unit monitors and controls the following:
the water supply and return temperature of the cooling tower, the running state of the cooling tower, start-stop control, fault alarm, manual/automatic state, control of a water supply butterfly valve of the cooling tower, the running state of a cooling water pump, start-stop control and water flow switch state;
the running state of the water chilling unit, start-stop control, control of a water chilling unit cooling water supply butterfly valve and control of a chilled water supply butterfly valve of the water chilling unit; chilled water supply and return water temperature, pressure, water supply flow, running state of a chilled water pump, fault alarm, manual/automatic state, water flow switch state, start-stop control of the chilled water pump and pressure difference adjustment of the chilled water supply and return water.

The handheld data monitoring terminal of claim 1, wherein the heat source monitoring unit monitors and controls the following: primary side hot water temperature, steam temperature, pressure, flow; a primary side hot water/steam regulating valve of the heat exchanger is controlled; the hot water circulating pump is in an operating state, a fault alarm, a manual/automatic state and a water flow switch state; starting and stopping control of a hot water circulating pump; the temperature, pressure and flow of the secondary side water supply and return water.

The handheld data monitoring terminal of claim 2, wherein the content monitored and controlled by the air conditioning system detection unit is: the temperature and humidity of fresh air, air supply and return air; a fresh air valve and a return air valve are controlled; a filter screen state; alarming the surface cooler at low temperature; adjusting a water valve; a fan differential pressure; fan running state, fault alarm, hand/automatic state; and (5) controlling the start and stop of the fan.

The handheld data monitoring terminal according to claim 1, wherein the monitoring and controlling contents of the water supply and drainage system detecting unit are: the water tank and the water pool are high in liquid level and low in liquid level; water pump running state, fault alarm, hand/automatic state; and (5) controlling the start and stop of the water pump.

The handheld data monitoring terminal of claim 1, wherein the elevator system monitoring unit and the power transformation and distribution system unit are only not monitored on the data monitoring terminal; the monitoring content of the elevator system monitoring unit is as follows: elevator running state, elevator fault alarm, elevator ascending state and elevator descending state;
the monitoring content of the power transformation and distribution system unit is as follows: low voltage side voltage, current, power factor, frequency, etc.; overtemperature alarm of the transformer; the running state of the low-voltage breaker and the fault alarm; and (5) automatically calculating active power and reactive power, and counting the electricity consumption of each loop.

The handheld data monitoring terminal according to claim 1, wherein the content monitored and controlled by the illumination detection unit is: the lighting loop running state, fault alarm, manual/automatic state; the lighting loop is started and stopped; the lighting loop comprises a fire-fighting acousto-optic alarm lamp, a fire-fighting emergency lamp and an emergency evacuation lamp in the building fire fighting; also comprises a first-floor hall lamp, a colored lamp, a barrier lamp and the like.

The handheld data monitoring terminal according to claim 1, further comprising corresponding software, wherein the software consists of six parts, namely an engineering module, a collector module, a unit module, an alarm module, an energy-saving module, a service module and a log module; the corresponding software includes the following functions: remote parameter reading and setting functions; a database storage function; report function; a collector preparation function; a WEB browsing function; a user service list function; system log function.
