Aiming at the problem that wrinkles of the clothes cannot be unfolded when the humidity of the clothes is low, the embodiment proposes that an atomizer 351 is arranged at one end of the auxiliary air duct 243 close to the auxiliary air inlet 231, and the atomizer 351 can generate atomized water drops for wetting auxiliary air flow; specifically, the laundry treating apparatus further includes a water box 353, the water box 353 being disposed at an upper side of the drum 1; the water box 353 can store water, and the water box 353 is communicated with the atomizer 351 through the water pipe 352; the water in the water box 353 can enter the atomizer 351 through the water pipe 352, and under the action of the atomizer 351, the water becomes atomized and is mixed with auxiliary drying air flow, and the auxiliary drying air flow contacts with clothes and wets the clothes, so that the clothes are prevented from being seriously contracted and deformed due to the fact that the humidity of the clothes is too low; the water tank 353 is formed with a water inlet through which external water may be inputted into the water tank 353, or condensed water generated by the evaporator 341 may be inputted into the water tank 353.
The flow rate of the auxiliary drying air flow at the auxiliary air inlet 231 can be adjusted by the rotation speed of the auxiliary fan 25;
the auxiliary air inlet 231 is rotatably provided with an air deflector, and the air deflector can be adjusted in air guiding direction according to the position and stretching degree of clothes in the roller 1; the air guiding direction of the air guiding plate is the air outlet direction of the auxiliary drying air flow at the auxiliary air inlet 231;
specifically, when the clothes in the drum 1 are close to the drum opening 13 and the stretching degree is small, the air guiding direction of the air guiding plate faces the drum peripheral wall 12 close to the clothes and gradually points to the drum rear wall 11 along with the movement of the clothes position; the auxiliary drying air flow may blow laundry toward the middle of the drum 1.
< control method >
As shown in fig. 8, the present embodiment also provides a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus, the laundry treatment apparatus being any one of the laundry treatment apparatuses described above, the laundry treatment apparatus being provided with a care program; the control method includes the steps of:
s1, starting a main fan 22 and acquiring the current humidity of clothes in a roller 1;
s2, controlling the auxiliary fan 25 according to the current humidity.
Specifically, a humidity sensor is provided in the drum 1, and the current humidity of the laundry in the drum 1 is detected by the humidity sensor;
to the unreasonable problem that leads to the clothing not in time and fully to stretch of control of auxiliary blower 25, this embodiment proposes that S2 includes:
s21, comparing the current humidity with a preset humidity;
s22, adjusting the rotating speed of the auxiliary fan 25 according to the comparison result of the current humidity and the preset humidity;
wherein, the lower the current humidity is, the higher the rotating speed of the auxiliary fan 25 is;
further, the preset humidity comprises a first preset humidity, a second preset humidity and a third preset humidity, and the first preset humidity, the second preset humidity and the third preset humidity are sequentially increased; s22 includes:
when the current humidity is greater than the second preset humidity and less than or equal to the third preset humidity, the auxiliary fan 25 is adjusted to rotate at the first rotation speed; under the action of two air flows, the clothes are gradually unfolded and loosened;
when the current humidity is greater than the first preset humidity and less than or equal to the second preset humidity, the auxiliary fan 25 is adjusted to rotate at a second rotation speed; the main drying air flow and the auxiliary drying air flow for high-temperature drying enter the roller 1 and act on clothes, so that on one hand, the clothes are fully unfolded, wrinkles of the clothes are avoided, on the other hand, the air flow is fully contacted with the clothes, and the drying efficiency is improved;
wherein the first rotational speed is less than the second rotational speed.
Aiming at the problem that the clothes shrink and deform due to long-time action of the drying air flow on the clothes, the embodiment provides that the control method further comprises the following steps:
comparing the current humidity with a first preset humidity;
when the current humidity is less than the first preset humidity, the control drum 1, the main blower 22, the auxiliary blower 25 and the compressor are all stopped.
In summary, by providing the main air duct and the auxiliary air duct 243 in the clothes dryer, compared with a single air duct clothes dryer, under the action of two air flows, the clothes which are easily turned into clusters in the drum 1 and are positioned below the left front (7 o' clock) of the drum 1 can be blown to the middle of the drum 1, so that the clothes are prevented from rolling into clusters in the drying process; the clothes can be dried in a better stretching state by opposite flushing of two air flows and adjusting the forward rotation and reverse rotation period of the roller 1, other parts of the clothes fiber which are bent can be stretched to bend, the bending position can be frequently changed, the bending amplitude is reduced, and the clothes fiber is dried in a state of bending after stretching for a while, so that the generation and fixation of clothes folds are reduced; atomized water generated by the atomizer 351 is mixed with the auxiliary drying air flow to generate a wet high-speed air flow; when the wetted high-speed air flow contacts with clothes, the generated wrinkles can be unfolded, so that the flatness and the drying uniformity of the clothes are improved, and a better nursing effect is achieved.
Example 2
Unlike embodiment 1, the ring structure is formed with an auxiliary air inlet cavity, which is communicated with an auxiliary air duct 243, and one end of the auxiliary air inlet cavity, which is close to the drum 1, is formed with a plurality of auxiliary air inlets 231; the auxiliary air inlets 231 are arranged at intervals, and at least two auxiliary air inlets 231 in the auxiliary air inlets 231 are staggered in the circumferential direction and the radial direction of the roller 1, so that auxiliary drying air flows out through different auxiliary air inlets 231 can apply different forces to clothes in the roller 1.
