In one embodiment, the second hoist 5 comprises:

The working principle of the technical scheme is as follows: small-particle carbon black enters through a feed inlet of the second lifting shell and is conveyed into a second storage hopper; the second driving motor drives the second gear set to rotate to drive the second chain to move, so that the second storage hopper is lifted, and when the small-particle carbon black passes through the discharge hole of the second lifting shell, the small-particle carbon black enters the discharge hole of the second lifting shell through the sliding channel and is conveyed into the carbon black pulverizer 7.
As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, the screening apparatus 6 includes:
the box body is provided with a feed inlet at one side of the top and is connected with a discharge outlet of the first lifting machine 4; the middle part of the box body is divided into a qualified carbon black discharging cavity and a unqualified carbon black discharging cavity by a discharging hole partition plate 62, and a qualified carbon black discharging hole 63 and a unqualified carbon black discharging hole 64 are respectively and correspondingly arranged,
the vibration screening device 61 is obliquely arranged in the middle of the box body, the screen mesh of the vibration screening device is provided with a qualified screening area and an unqualified screening area, the qualified screening area corresponds to the feed inlet of the box body and the qualified carbon black discharge port 63, and the unqualified screening area corresponds to the unqualified carbon black discharge port 64.
Wherein, the vibration screening device 61 is preferably a vibration screen, and the vibration screen is in the prior art;
the working principle of the technical scheme is as follows: the whole carbon black enters a screening device through the first lifting machine 4, the vibration screening device 61 screens the whole carbon black into qualified carbon black and unqualified carbon black, wherein the qualified carbon black enters a qualified carbon black discharge port 63, and the unqualified carbon black enters an unqualified carbon black discharge port 64, so that screening is completed.
As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, the carbon black pulverizer 7 includes:
a housing 71 in which a partition plate is vertically placed so that a pulverizing chamber and a transport chamber are formed inside the housing; the top of the crushing cavity is provided with a feed inlet which is connected with the unqualified carbon black discharge port 64 and the discharge port of the second lifter 5, and the bottom of the crushing cavity is provided with a discharge port which is connected with the feed inlet of the recycled material conveyor 10;
a pulverizing drive motor 78 provided on the top of the housing 71;
reducing mechanism sets up in smashing the intracavity, includes: a first pulverizing segment 72 having a first rotation shaft which passes through the top of the pulverizing chamber and is connected to a pulverizing drive motor 78, and a portion outside the pulverizing chamber has a first pulley; a second pulverizing block 73 fixedly connected to the inner wall of the pulverizing chamber; the opposite surfaces of the first and second crushed pieces are provided with bulges;
the filtering device 74 is obliquely arranged below the crushing device, one end of the filtering device 74 is rotationally connected with the inner wall of the crushing cavity, and the other end of the filtering device is a free end and corresponds to the feed inlet of the conveying cavity;
the vibration exciter 75 is arranged below the free end of the filtering device 74, and the bottom of the vibration exciter is fixedly connected with the bottom of the crushing cavity;
the second spiral auger 76 is arranged in the conveying cavity and is provided with a second rotating shaft, the upper end of the second rotating shaft penetrates through the top of the conveying cavity, a second belt pulley is arranged at the outer part of the conveying cavity, and the lower end of the second rotating shaft is rotationally connected with the bottom of the conveying cavity;
and a belt 77 connecting the first pulley and the second pulley to rotate the second shaft when the first shaft rotates.
Wherein the pulverizing drive motor 78 is of the prior art;
wherein the filter device 74 is arranged as a filter screen, and the edge of the filter screen is close to the inner wall of the side face of the crushing cavity;
wherein, two holes are arranged on the baffle plate, one hole is arranged on one side of the suspended end of the filter device 74, and the other hole is arranged above the crushing device;
the working principle of the technical scheme is as follows: the small-particle carbon black and the reject carbon black enter the pulverizing chamber through the feed port of the housing 71, and the pulverizing drive motor 78 drives the first pulverized piece 72, and the small-particle carbon black and the reject carbon black are pulverized while passing through the gap between the first pulverized piece 72 and the second pulverized piece 73; the vibration exciter 75 vibrates the filter device 74 to filter the crushed carbon black, fine carbon black enters a discharge hole of the shell 71 through the filter device 74, larger carbon black enters the conveying cavity through the partition plate, the crushing driving motor 78 drives the first crushing block 72 and simultaneously drives the second spiral auger 76 to rotate through the belt 77, and the larger carbon black is conveyed into the crushing device again to be crushed.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, the bag filter 9 includes:
a bag filter housing having a blower opening 91 disposed at the top of the bag filter housing and having a discharge opening connected to a feed inlet of the recycled material conveyor 10;
the fan 92 is arranged at the top of the bag filter shell and is connected with the fan port 91;
the filter bag 93 is arranged in the middle of the filter bag shell, and the edge of the filter bag 93 is connected with the inner wall of the side face of the filter bag shell in a sealing way;
an air inlet 96 located below the filter bag 93;
the second electric valve 94 is arranged in the discharge hole of the bag filter shell;
and a controller 95 electrically connected to the blower 92 and the second electrically operated valve 94.
Wherein, the fan 92, the second electric valve 94 and the controller 95 are all in the prior art;
the air inlet 96 is connected with the air outlets of the first lifter 4, the second lifter 5 and the screening device 6 through pipelines;
the working principle of the technical scheme is as follows: the fan 92 works, the powder carbon black floating in the first lifter 4, the second lifter 5 and the screening device 6 is conveyed to the air inlet 96 through the air outlet and the pipeline, and the powder carbon black is collected by the filter bag 93; the controller 95 controls the fan 92 to be suspended at regular intervals, and controls the second electric valve 94 to be opened so as to convey the powdery carbon black into the reclaimed material conveyor 10; after a certain time, the controller 95 controls the second electric valve 94 to be closed, and controls the fan 92 to start to collect the powdery carbon black again.
The beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: the method is characterized in that the powder carbon black floating in the equipment is collected, and the floating powder carbon black is recycled while the aim of cleaning the inside of the equipment is achieved.
10. A dry granulation line for carbon black according to claim 9, the recycled material conveyor 10 comprising:
the side surface of the second conveying pipe is connected with a discharge port of the carbon black pulverizer 7 and a discharge port of the filter bag device 9, one end of the second conveying pipe is a closed end, the other end of the second conveying pipe is a discharge end, and the discharge port of the discharge end is connected with a feed port of the raw material bin 1;
the third spiral auger is arranged in the second conveying pipe and is provided with a second transmission shaft, and one end of the second transmission shaft is rotationally connected with the closed end of the second conveying pipe and penetrates through the closed end of the second conveying pipe;
the second driving motor is arranged outside the closed end of the second conveying pipe and fixedly connected with the second transmission shaft.
Wherein the structure of the recycled material conveyor 10 is the same as the conveying section structure of the raw material conveyor 2, refer to fig. 2;
the working principle of the technical scheme is as follows: the second driving motor drives the third spiral auger to convey the recovered carbon black into the raw material bin 1.

Claims (10)

1. A dry granulation production line for carbon black, comprising:
a raw material bin (1) for storing carbon black raw materials;
the feed inlet of the raw material conveyor (2) is connected with the discharge outlet of the raw material bin (1);
the dry granulating machine (3) is provided with a feeding port connected with the discharging port of the raw material conveyor (2) and provided with a whole carbon black discharging port (31) and a small carbon black discharging port (32);
the feeding port of the first lifting machine (4) is connected with the whole carbon black discharging port (31);
the feeding port of the second lifting machine (5) is connected with the small-particle carbon black discharging port (32);
the screening device (6) is connected with the discharge port of the first lifting machine (4) and is provided with a qualified carbon black discharge port (63) and a unqualified carbon black discharge port (64);
the feeding port of the carbon black pulverizer (7) is connected with the discharging port of the second lifting machine (5) and the unqualified carbon black discharging port (64);
the feed inlet of the qualified carbon black bin (8) is connected with the qualified carbon black discharge outlet (63);
the bag filter (9) is provided with an air inlet (96), and the air inlet (96) is connected with the first lifting machine (4), the second lifting machine (5) and the air outlet of the screening device (6);
and the feed inlet of the recycling material conveyor (10) is connected with the discharge outlets of the carbon black pulverizer (7) and the bag filter (9), and the discharge outlet of the recycling material conveyor is connected with the feed inlet of the raw material bin (1).
2. A dry granulation line for carbon black according to claim 1, characterized in that said raw stock bin (1) comprises: a raw material bin body;
the first electric valve (11) is arranged in the discharge hole of the raw material bin body;
and the valve controller (12) is electrically connected with the first electric valve (11).
3. A dry granulation line for carbon black according to claim 2, characterized in that said raw material conveyor (2) comprises:
the feed inlet of the storage part (21) is connected with the discharge outlet of the raw material bin (1);
a plurality of optical sensors (22) fixedly installed on the inner wall of the side surface of the storage part (21), wherein the optical sensors (22) are corresponding to each other in pairs;
the singlechip processor (23) is electrically connected with the optical sensors (21);
the wireless transmitter (24) is electrically connected with the singlechip processor (23) and is in wireless signal connection with the valve controller (12);
a conveying section including: a first conveying pipe (25), the feed inlet of which is connected with the discharge outlet of the storage part (21), and one end of which is a closed end; the first spiral auger (26) is arranged in the first conveying pipe (25) and is provided with a first transmission shaft (27), and one end of the first transmission shaft (27) is rotationally connected with the closed end of the first conveying pipe (25) and penetrates through the closed end of the first conveying pipe (25); the first driving motor (28) is arranged outside the closed end of the first conveying pipe (25) and is fixedly connected with the first transmission shaft (27).
4. A dry granulation line for carbon black according to claim 3, characterized in that said dry granulator (3) comprises:
the granulating machine shell is provided with the whole-grain carbon black discharge hole (31) and the small-grain carbon black discharge hole (32), and the first conveying pipe (25) penetrates through the side wall of the granulating machine shell, so that the discharge hole of the first conveying pipe (25) is arranged in the granulating machine shell;
a sheet rolling device (33) for processing the carbon black raw material conveyed by the raw material conveyor (2) to form carbon black sheets;
a crushing and sizing device (34) for crushing the carbon black flakes conveyed by the flaker (33) into sized carbon black and small-sized carbon black;
and a vibrating screen (35) for screening off the small-particle carbon black, enabling the small-particle carbon black to enter the small-particle carbon black discharge port (32) and conveying the whole-particle carbon black to the whole-particle carbon black discharge port (31).
5. A dry granulation line for carbon black as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that said first elevator (4) comprises:
the feeding port of the first lifting shell is connected with the whole carbon black discharging port (31), and the discharging port of the first lifting shell is connected with the feeding port of the screening device (6);
the first driving wheel and the first driven wheel of the first gear set (41) are respectively arranged at two ends of the interior of the first lifting machine shell and are respectively connected with the side surface of the first lifting machine shell in a rotating way through a rotating shaft;
a first chain (42) which is in meshed connection with the first driving wheel and the first driven wheel to form a circulation loop;
a plurality of first storage hoppers (43) which are arranged outside the first chain (42) and fixedly connected with the first chain (42);
the first sliding plate (44) is arranged at the top end of the inner side wall of the first storage hopper (43) and is fixedly connected with the first storage hopper (43);
the first baffle plates (45) are arranged on two sides of the first material sliding plate (44) and are fixedly connected with the top ends of two sides of the first storage hopper (43) respectively, and the two first baffle plates (45) and the first material sliding plate (44) form a material sliding channel;
and the first lifting driving motor is fixedly connected with the first driving wheel.
6. The two carbon black dry granulation production line according to claim 5, characterized in that said second elevator (5) comprises:
the feed inlet of the second lifting shell is connected with the small-particle carbon black discharge outlet (32), and the discharge outlet of the second lifting shell is connected with the feed inlet of the carbon black pulverizer (7);
the second driving wheel and the second driven wheel of the second gear set are respectively arranged at two ends of the interior of the second lifting machine shell and are respectively connected with the side surface of the second lifting machine shell in a rotating way through a rotating shaft;
the second chain is in meshed connection with the second driving wheel and the second driven wheel to form a circulation loop;
the second storage hoppers are arranged on the outer sides of the second chains and fixedly connected with the second chains;
the second sliding plate is arranged at the top end of the inner side wall of the second storage hopper and is fixedly connected with the second storage hopper;
the second baffle plates are arranged on two sides of the second material sliding plate and are respectively fixedly connected with the top ends of two sides of the second storage hopper, and two second baffle plates and the second material sliding plate form a material sliding channel;
and the second lifting driving motor is fixedly connected with the second driving wheel.
7. A dry granulation line for carbon black as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that said screening device (6) comprises:
a feed inlet is formed in one side of the top of the box body and is connected with a discharge outlet of the first lifting machine (4); the middle part of the box body is divided into a qualified carbon black discharging cavity and a unqualified carbon black discharging cavity by a discharging hole partition plate (62), and a qualified carbon black discharging hole (63) and a unqualified carbon black discharging hole (64) are respectively and correspondingly arranged,

a crushing driving motor (78) arranged at the top of the shell (71);
reducing mechanism set up in smash the intracavity, include: a first shredder (72) having a first shaft connected to the shredder drive motor (78) through the top of the shredder chamber and having a first pulley in a portion external to the shredder chamber; a second crushing piece (73) fixedly connected to the inner wall of the crushing cavity; the opposing faces of the first and second pieces have protrusions;
