Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular to a composition containing fluopyram, fludioxonil and clothianidin, a preparation method and application.
Background
The seed treating agent has the advantages of high efficiency, economy, environmental protection, long residual period, multifunction, convenient mechanized operation and the like, and is an effective way for reducing the pesticide usage amount and improving the pesticide utilization rate. As pathogenic bacteria carried by the seeds and pathogenic matters in soil often affect seed germination, broken seedlings and damaged seeds, the seed treatment agent has the characteristics of film forming property, slow release property, stability, systemic conductivity and the like, can provide nutrients and protection for the seeds in a certain growth period, and has the effects of killing underground pests and preventing and controlling seed bacteria and seedling diseases to a certain extent. BTH (benzothiadiazole, manufactured by swiss front-reaching company) and TDL (tiadinil, manufactured by japan pesticide co.) are representative varieties of these agents, and are now widely used in agricultural production. However, the single methidathiuron dose is unstable in field performance, so that the control effect generates certain fluctuation, and the methidathiuron dose has no good therapeutic effect on diseased plants.
Seeds and seedlings are vulnerable to damage and infestation by various pests and pathogens both underground and above ground, and are the weakest link in the crop growth process. And seeds and seedlings are eaten by pests or infected by pathogenic bacteria to generate the phenomenon of seedling death, so that the effective plant number of crops in unit area can be reduced, and the yield and quality of the crops are reduced in a large area. The seed treatment agent containing single active component is frequently used, has poor practical effect and narrow action range, and cannot achieve the aim of killing germs. Although the methiadin and fludioxonil are efficient as an attractant and a bactericide, the single dosage of the methiadin and fludioxonil is used for a long time, so that diseases are easy to generate drug resistance, the problems of increased dosage, reduced control effect and shortened duration are caused, and the sustained-release bactericide is unfavorable for sustainable development of the environment. The germination rate improving effect of part of seed treatment agents on seeds is not obvious, so that a novel product is needed to replace a seed treatment agent product with a single active component, the drug effect is improved, diseases are delayed, the germination rate is improved, and the economic loss is reduced.

The seed treatment agent for sterilization prepared in this comparative example was not added with a base component.
Experimental detection
In this experiment, peanut seed samples were treated with the seed treatment agents for sterilization prepared in examples 1 to 9 and the seed treatment agents for sterilization prepared in comparative examples 1 to 6, respectively, and the total of the peanut seed samples was 16 groups.
One group is a blank group, and the blank group uses water to replace the seed treatment agent for sterilization.
Each group weighs 1Kg.
The treatment method comprises the following steps:
the first step: mixing 15g of seed treating agent for sterilization with 1L of water to prepare a mixed solution for standby;
and a second step of: the seeds are put into the mixed solution and immersed for 12 hours.
And a third step of: ensuring that the seeds fully absorb the solution and enabling the medicament components to be uniformly attached to the surfaces of the seeds;
fourth step: the treated seeds were dried and sown, and the pest control effect was shown in table 4.
The rate of mortality of the insect population (%) = (number of live insects before administration-number of live insects after administration)/number of live insects before administration.
Control effect (%) = [ control area insect population mortality-control area insect population mortality)/100-control area insect population mortality ].
Peanut germination rate = total number of germinated peanuts/total peanut seed number 100%.
[ Σ [ leaf number of each stage relative value ]/(total number of investigation 9) ]. 100=disease index
Control effect (%) = [1- (control zone pre-drug condition index)/(control zone post-drug condition index-pre-drug condition index) ]x100.
The test results of examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 6 are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 test results Table of examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 6
Analysis of results:
examples 2 to 6 are different from example 1 in that the selection of the active ingredients is different when preparing the seed treatment agent for sterilization, and the results shown in tables 1 and 4 show that the seed treatment agent for sterilization obtained in example 8 has a strong effect of controlling peanut root rot and peanut root knot nematode.
Examples 7 to 9 are different from example 1 in that the active ingredient further includes bacillus subtilis in preparing the seed treatment agent for sterilization, and it is understood from the results of table 4 that the addition of bacillus subtilis further improves the control effect on peanut root rot and peanut root knot nematode in preparing the active ingredient.
Comparative example 1 is different from example 1 in that the seed treatment agent for sterilization prepared in this comparative example was not added with mulberry leaf extract.
Comparative example 2 is different from example 1 in that gibberellin is not added to the seed treating agent for sterilization prepared in this comparative example.
Comparative example 3 is different from example 1 in that the eggshell extract was not added when the seed treatment agent for sterilization was prepared in this comparative example.
Comparative example 4 is different from example 1 in that the fungicidal seed treatment agent prepared in this comparative example was prepared without adding mulberry leaf extract and gibberellin.
From the results of comparative examples 1 to 4 and Table 3, it was found that the loss of any of the basic components affects the germination rate of peanuts in the preparation of seed treatment agents for sterilization.
Comparative example 5 is different from example 1 in that the composition containing fluopyram, fludioxonil and clothianidin was not added to the seed treatment for sterilization prepared in this comparative example. From the results shown in Table 3, it was found that the composition without fluopyram, fludioxonil and clothianidin had unsatisfactory control effects on peanut root rot and peanut root knot nematode, and thus the germination rate of seeds was affected.
Comparative example 6 is different from example 1 in that the base component was not added when the seed treatment agent for sterilization was prepared in this comparative example. From the results shown in Table 3, it was found that the absence of the base component resulted in a slow germination effect of peanuts when the seed treatment for sterilization was prepared.
Examples 10 to 13
Examples 10 to 13 differ from example 8 in the choice of base components, see Table 4 for the differences.
Tables 4-Table of the difference between examples 10 to 12 and example 8

TABLE 5 test results Table of examples 10 to 13
Analysis of results: examples 10 to 13 differ from example 8 in that the selection of the basic components is different when the seed treatment agent for sterilization is prepared, and it is understood from the results of table 4 that the seed treatment agent for sterilization prepared in example 12 can not only improve the germination efficiency of peanuts but also improve the control effect of the seed treatment agent for sterilization on peanut root rot and peanut root knot nematodes. The inventor finds that under the condition that the active ingredients are unchanged, the basic ingredients are changed, the control effect on peanut root rot and peanut root knot nematode can be improved to a certain extent, and the inventor guesses that when the peanut root rot and the peanut root knot nematode are controlled, the control effect can be improved and the germination rate of peanuts can be promoted by compounding the basic ingredients and the active ingredients.
