wherein, the influence coefficient of the missing value refers to the quantitative representation of the influence degree of the missing value on the whole data set; statistical methods, such as correlation coefficients and covariance, can be used to measure the relationship between the missing values and other data, and the smaller the influence coefficient is, the smaller the influence of the missing values on the whole data set is;
the threshold influence of the missing value is a critical value for determining whether to delete the missing value, namely, when the influence coefficient is smaller than the threshold, the missing value is deleted; the missing value threshold impact may be set by empirical value, domain knowledge, or based on business needs;
(S2) carrying out standardized processing on house type diagrams and construction effect image data in construction data sets, and carrying out text processing on house construction requirement information of owners and commodity information related to a construction flow, wherein the text processing comprises word segmentation, stop word removal and word stem formation, so as to generate commodity type data currently required by the owners;
and (S3) repeating the steps (S1) and (S2) until the construction of all links is completed.

(3) The platform generates a house construction flow according to the current basic information of the house and the house construction demand information data, and sets the association and authority of owners, decoration households, workers and building material home merchants with a special database;
(4) Each party performs construction according to the house construction flow, and a finishing manager performs real-time record description on the completion condition of each link in the construction flow and stores the real-time record description in a special database until the construction is completed; in the construction process, the platform processes the data uploaded to the special database in real time to generate commodity type data with real needs and demand prospects of the owners, the commodity type data are pushed to the owners through the terminal equipment, free transaction operation is carried out between the owners and corresponding building material home merchants, and finally the building material home merchants are assisted to accurately lock house construction demands of the owners.
2. A method of assisting a merchant in accurately locking a house construction requirement of a homeowner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the house construction requirement information of the homeowner is published in the form of an effect map and/or text description.

The method for assisting a merchant in accurately locking the house construction requirements of an owner according to claim 1, wherein in the step (3), the house construction process comprises one or more of the steps of house type disassembly and improvement, hydro-electric positioning, hydro-electric construction, waterproof construction, balcony window sealing, mud tile construction, custom measurement, carpentry construction, paint construction, ceramic tile joint, kitchen cabinet installation, wall surface soft packaging, indoor custom installation, sanitary installation, switch socket installation, barren cleaning and furniture home appliance approach.
