Description

Hypochlorous acid disinfectant with improved stability and sterilization effect and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to hypochlorous acid disinfectant with improved stability and sterilization effect and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of antibacterial disinfection.
Background
The hypochlorous acid disinfectant has the characteristics of high efficiency, no residual pollution and the like, dynamic balance of HClO, cl < - >, clO < - >, hypochlorite and hypochlorous acid exist in the hypochlorous acid solution, and the sterilizing principles of the hypochlorous acid disinfectant are completely different. The cell membrane surface is negatively charged, so hypochlorite cannot easily enter the inside of the cell, while hypochlorous acid is a neutral small molecule, and can penetrate into the surface of the negatively charged cell body through the cell wall to cause death of bacteria. In addition, hypochlorous acid is decomposed faster under the condition of being heated or being catalyzed by metal ions. Therefore, the traditional hypochlorous acid disinfectant has good sterilization effect, but has poor stability, is greatly influenced by environment and has short preservation time.
In order to improve the stability, a stabilizer is generally added into the hypochlorous acid disinfectant to improve the stability of the disinfectant, and the common sulfamic acid and sodium sulfamate stabilizers can improve the stability of the hypochlorous acid disinfectant, but greatly reduce the sterilizing effect of the hypochlorous acid.
The foregoing is not necessarily a prior art, and falls within the technical scope of the inventors.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides hypochlorous acid disinfectant with improved stability and sterilization effect and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving the problems existing in the prior art.
The invention realizes the aim by adopting the following technical scheme:

synergists: 0.01% -0.05%;
ethylene glycol: 0.05% -0.1%;
pH regulator: 0.002% -0.005%;
purified water makes up 100%;
the stabilizer consists of organic phosphate and cyanuric acid with the weight ratio of (10-14) being 1, wherein the organic phosphate is selected from any one or more of sodium aminotrimethylene phosphate, disodium hydroxyethylidene diphosphate and sodium hydroxyethylidene diphosphate.
Preferably, the synergistic agent consists of (10-13) organic acid and octenidine in a weight ratio of (1), wherein the organic acid adopts one or more of pelargonic acid, octanoic acid and valeric acid.
Preferably, the pH regulator is one or more of HCl, sodium phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate or sodium dihydrogen phosphate.

(1) Adding purified water into calcium hypochlorite to dilute until the effective chlorine concentration is 50-150 ppm, fully stirring for 1-1.5h, and filtering;
(2) Adding a stabilizing agent into the filtered solution, heating and stirring in a constant-temperature water bath at 37 ℃ for 2-2.5h, wherein the stirring speed is 150-200r/min;
(3) Adding glycol and stirring uniformly;
(4) Adding a synergistic agent and uniformly stirring;
(5) And adding a pH regulator to regulate the pH of the solution to 5-7, thus obtaining the hypochlorous acid disinfectant with improved stability and sterilization effect.
Benefits of the present application include, but are not limited to:
according to the hypochlorous acid disinfectant provided by the invention, cyanuric acid and sodium aminotrimethylene phosphate, disodium hydroxyethylidene diphosphate or sodium hydroxyethylidene diphosphate are used as stabilizers, octenidine and pelargonic acid, octanoic acid or valeric acid are used as synergists, the pH value of the disinfectant is reasonably regulated, the concentration and stability of hypochlorous acid in the disinfectant are effectively improved, and each active ingredient is fully dissolved and dispersed in the disinfectant, so that the sterilizing and disinfecting effects of the product are improved, and the storage time is prolonged. The effective components in the disinfectant can easily penetrate into the interior of the thallus to cause the death of bacteria, and has obvious killing effect on candida albicans, escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, aspergillus niger, bacillus subtilis black variant spore and the like.
