Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to hypochlorous acid disinfectant with improved stability and sterilization effect and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of antibacterial disinfection.
Background
The hypochlorous acid disinfectant has the characteristics of high efficiency, no residual pollution and the like, dynamic balance of HClO, cl < - >, clO < - >, hypochlorite and hypochlorous acid exist in the hypochlorous acid solution, and the sterilizing principles of the hypochlorous acid disinfectant are completely different. The cell membrane surface is negatively charged, so hypochlorite cannot easily enter the inside of the cell, while hypochlorous acid is a neutral small molecule, and can penetrate into the surface of the negatively charged cell body through the cell wall to cause death of bacteria. In addition, hypochlorous acid is decomposed faster under the condition of being heated or being catalyzed by metal ions. Therefore, the traditional hypochlorous acid disinfectant has good sterilization effect, but has poor stability, is greatly influenced by environment and has short preservation time.
In order to improve the stability, a stabilizer is generally added into the hypochlorous acid disinfectant to improve the stability of the disinfectant, and the common sulfamic acid and sodium sulfamate stabilizers can improve the stability of the hypochlorous acid disinfectant, but greatly reduce the sterilizing effect of the hypochlorous acid.
The foregoing is not necessarily a prior art, and falls within the technical scope of the inventors.
