Abstract

奶瓶基本上包括两部分即奶瓶体和奶头,奶头又可具有奶头体(2)和颈圈(3),颈圈可将奶头偶合到奶瓶体(1)的嘴上,从而做到不渗透的固定和密封。在颈圈(3)的周边套筒(4)的底部内周边上设有周边肋(5),而在奶瓶体(1)的侧表面上设有向外散开的易变形的翼(6),当颈圈(3)沿轴向向下移动到超过周边肋(5)的易变形翼(6)的底边时,颈圈就被锁定在那里。因此当颈圈和奶瓶偶合时,不再能解除偶合,所以奶瓶不再能重复使用。这种奶瓶只能使用一次。

Description

一次性的奶瓶
本发明涉及一种一次使用的、可处理的奶瓶,该瓶这样制造,一旦固定奶头的有关颈圈被偶合到相关的容器嘴或奶瓶体上时,除非它被弄破,它就不再能被打开。这样在两个偶合的基本体(颈圈和奶瓶体)间完成的密封可以防漏。
本发明的目的是要提供一种卫生条件比现用奶瓶高的奶瓶。
现下使用的一种奶瓶具有一个玻璃瓶体、一个奶头和一个拧在瓶体上的螺纹圈以便不渗漏地固定奶头,使当婴孩持有奶瓶时含在其内的液体食品不会泄漏出来。
这种奶瓶的设计显然需要奶瓶在每一次使用时加以消毒,而通常实际上所做的只是将奶瓶的所有零件多少彻底地清洗一下,如果有有害细菌的话将不会被消除,因此卫生条件远远不够理想。
这里研制的奶瓶为一可处理的或一次使用的奶瓶,其目的就是要克服上述缺点,使当奶头和容器一旦被密封或偶合,或当奶瓶具有三个零件,由颈圈将奶头和奶瓶体夹紧时,奶瓶就不再能被开启。
这样就可取得卫生条件,因为在构成元件即奶头和容器中,奶头和颈圈为一方面,奶瓶瓶体为另一方面,都是在已经消毒并装在一个不渗漏的密封袋中的状态下出售的,只有当要使用奶瓶时才将该袋打开,而奶头甚至不必接触,只要从外面夹持颈圈,便可将它偶合在奶瓶嘴上,其时奶瓶内须先充满有关液体或食物。
在奶头和容器之间,或者对具有三零件的奶瓶而言,在颈圈和奶瓶瓶体之间的偶合可用槽和舌或其他任何一种传统方法包括用螺纹来实行,但任何一种使用的密封系统都不允许两个基本元件或构件,即颈圈和瓶体在以后解开偶合,除非它们被适当地断裂。
因此,偶合必须能够保证,没有任何方法可以重新开启,除非偶合被断裂如上所述,这样奶瓶在使用一次后就必须被处理掉。
作为提供密封的一种方法,可用易变形片从容器体嘴的侧表面向侧向分散地伸出,而在偶合的颈圈的内面上设有分布在周边上而向内伸出的肋,当用压力使颈圈沿轴向移动时,所说颈圈及奶头就不再能重新被拿掉。
当然颈圈可以是刚性的,而所说易变形片可以是弹性的,或反之,在任一种情况下,偶合或密封都可用一周边翼片来补充以便防止密封本身受到损害。
为了提供较完整的说明并有助于完全了解本发明的特征,在说明书上附有一组图画,该附图纯粹是说明性的,并不能完全概括,其中:
图1为本发明的可处理的奶瓶沿垂直平面的侧立剖视图,该奶瓶由偶合用的颈圈、相关的奶头和准备与之偶合的奶瓶体三部分组成,图中这三部分虽互相面对,但尚未处在偶合或密封位置。
图2为将固定奶头的颈圈偶合到奶瓶体上的另一种方式的明细图。
图3为由两个零件即奶头和容器组成的奶瓶的不同的实施例,该两零件都设有奶瓶的保持装置和防漏密封装置。
参阅图1和2,在本实施例中本发明的奶瓶具有三个实体,即第一实体(1)、第二实体或奶头(2)、及用来将奶头固定在奶瓶体(1)的嘴上的颈圈(3),该颈圈还为这种固定带来具有防漏配合的密封。
颈圈(3)具有一个周边套筒(4),通过该套筒实际发生偶合或固定,套筒(4)设有底部的内周肋(5);而奶瓶体嘴的侧表面有一向外散开的、易变形的翼或翼截面(6),当颈圈沿轴向移动越过容器体(1)的嘴而被偶合时,所说翼将以片状方式限定颈圈的保持装置(4),而颈圈底部的内肋(5)将延伸到越过瓶体(1)嘴的所说片或周边翼(6)的底边。
由于奶头(2)伸展成为一个位在颈圈(3)的顶部水平表面之下的周边翼(7),当颈圈(3)被偶合在瓶体(1)的嘴上时,所说奶头(2)就能不渗透地被固定,由于上述密封或偶合的形状,所以一旦这样做了,就不再能解除偶合或重新开启,除非颈圈或奶瓶的实体(1)被破裂。
偶合系统显然可以是其他任何种类,只要当这样一种偶合系统做成时绝对不能重新解除偶合即可。图2示出奶瓶体(1’)如何与颈圈的套筒(4’)偶合的情况,在这里是利用两个互补的伸出部(5’),或者换句话说是用揿压配合,螺纹偶合也是可以用的,只要所用系统能防止重新开启即可。
另外,容器体(1)的侧表面在偶合装置之下设有一个翼(8)以便防止密封在一旦形成后受到损害。而图2示出的翼(8’)可防止设在奶瓶体(1’)上的和设在固定奶头的颈圈的套筒(4’)上的两个互补的偶合肋(5’)受到损害。
在颈圈(3)的顶表面上靠近其周边处设有加强颈圈(3)的周边肋(9),该周边在实际上形成一个凹槽,奶瓶体的自由边就插入在其内,奶头的翼在两个实体之间被加压,从而增加其不渗透性,而奶瓶体在靠近其嘴处设有一个内凹的形状(10),该形状连同颈圈(3)的所说顶部水平表面和凸部(2)的翼(7)使在提供手动密封而进行所需加压时可不需与奶头(2)的翼(7)的端头或周边接触,从而可保证奶瓶的绝对卫生,因为奶瓶将在消毒后封装在不渗透的密封袋内的状态出售,该袋当实际的奶瓶要被使用时才被打开。
如同以前也曾说明过的,偶合用的颈圈(3)和奶瓶体(1)都可用合适的材料制成,以便在所说零件被偶合时达到完美的配合,因此颈圈(2)可以是刚性的,而奶瓶体(1)的嘴可以是易变形的,或者反过来。
图3示出一个实施例,其中只有两个零件,即容器或奶瓶(1)的主体和奶头(2)。因此凸部(2)设有一个螺纹部(11)和一个保持部(2),分别与设在容器(1)的颈上的相似部分对应。第一部即螺纹部(11-13)用来使奶头体穿过容器的颈部,而保持部(12-14)相当于不可逆转的密封部,这部分的设计是使两个实体容易互相穿插,利用凸缘(12)相对于突部(14)的变形,使两个实体用非螺纹操作挤压在一起便可防止挪动。如果打算强制使奶头离开该系统,实体(11)和(12)还可用开有凹槽的连接部(15)连结,如若强制使奶头脱离,该部分将被切断使奶头不再能使用。
采用无端螺纹(11)可以得到相同的效果,其时,在螺纹被啮合进去后,将被引导到一个位置,在该位置上奶头只能空转,不能重新插入到螺纹体内,从而可防止奶头被拿掉。

Claims (9)

1.一种可处理奶瓶,具有传统奶瓶的基本零件,即奶瓶体(1)和奶头(2),它们可用或不用一个固定奶头的颈圈(3)连结,连结时将颈圈偶合在奶瓶体(1)的嘴上,其主要特征在于,设在颈圈(3)和奶瓶体(1)嘴上的偶合装置(5)和(6)所具有的元件或零件在互联时能阻止它们解除偶合,除非它们被断裂。
2.如权利要求1的可处理奶瓶,其特征在于,作为偶合装置(5)和(6),固定奶头的颈圈(3)在其套筒(4)的底边上有目的地设置一个向内的环状肋,而在奶瓶体(1)的嘴上从其侧表面向下散开地伸出易变形的翼或片,一旦肋(5)延伸到越过散开翼(6)的底边,肋(5)便被锁定在易变形的翼或片(6)的底边的下面。
3.如以上权利要求的可处理奶瓶,其特征在于,固定奶头(2)的颈圈(3)具有一个水平的环状表面搁置在奶头(2)的内周边翼(7)上,这两元件的表面被人工推动,以便将颈圈(3)和奶头(2)这个单元偶合到奶瓶体(1)的嘴上。
4.如以上权利要求的可处理奶瓶,其特征在于,在奶瓶体(1)的偶合装置的下面设有一个伸出而向上散开的外部翼(8),以便用来防止在颈圈(3)的周边肋(5)和奶瓶体(1)嘴上的周边翼或片(6)之间的偶合受到损害。
5.如权利要求1的可处理奶瓶,其特征在于,颈圈和奶瓶体的偶合装置(5’)实际上为各可按压配合的互补的肋,并补充设有外周边翼(8’)以便防止这种互补偶合装置(5’)受到损害。
6.如权利要求1的可处理奶瓶,其特征在于,颈圈(3)在其顶部外周上设有周边中空肋(9),其位置正好在奶瓶体顶部自由边的上方,为的是将奶头的翼夹在这两者之间,从而可提高其不渗透性。
7.如权利要求1的可处理奶瓶,其特征在于,奶瓶只设有奶瓶的主体(1)和奶头(2),并各设有螺纹连结系统及在两个实体之间的凸缘系统(12、14),使这两个实体在被加压的位置上容易偶合,并可防止解除偶合的企图。
8.如权利要求1和7的可处理奶瓶,其特征在于,奶头上的两个部分即螺纹部和不可逆转的连接部,中间被开有凹槽的区域(15)隔开,如果奶头被强制从主体(1)上脱离,那么凹槽区将会断开。
9.如权利要求1、7和8的可处理奶瓶,其特征在于,奶头的螺纹部被偶合到容器(1)的无端螺纹部上,最后所说奶头只好空转,这样就可防止奶头企图脱离的后退运动。
