Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly relates to an anti-aging anhydrous essential oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the change of human life style and the acceleration of social rhythm, people are generally in a higher life pressure state, endless stay up, fluctuation and fluctuation emotion, increasingly serious environmental pollution, high-energy electronic radiation, abuse of over-processed foods and chemical drugs, and increasingly hot weather and sun exposure, excessive oxygen free radicals can be generated inside and outside a human body, and can damage biological macromolecules, so that in vivo enzyme inactivation, protein denaturation and attack of cell membranes and mitochondrial membranes are caused, unsaturated fatty acids in membrane lipid are oxidized, and free radical chain attack reactions are caused, cell structures are damaged, and cell aging is accelerated, and the action mechanism of free radical aging is the action mechanism of free radical aging; the nature of saccharification reaction is an oxidation phenomenon, namely, in the process of metabolism in vivo, the amino group of protein and reduced glucose are oxidized to generate bonding polymerization reaction, so that initial saccharification is formed; as these polymers continue to accumulate to an inability to metabolize and degrade, irreversible advanced glycosylation end products (AGES) continue to form and cause the protein tissue to lose normal function; at the same time, photoaging is essentially the same free radical damage because excessive solar radiation penetrates the epidermis and dermis layers and generates free radicals, leading to lipid oxidation and release of Matrix Metalloproteinases (MMPS), destroying elastin and collagen fibers, and continuing accumulation, ultimately leading to rough skin, deepening wrinkles, coarse pores, irregular pigmentation, poor epidermal keratinization, and accelerated skin aging.
Therefore, the skin care product is required to truly realize the anti-aging effect, and must realize the effects of oxidation resistance, saccharification resistance and photoaging resistance at the same time. The skin care product has the effects of resisting oxidation, saccharification and photoaging, is high in stability, is not easy to inactivate, and can be really absorbed through skin.
For example: skin care products on the market, some of which use various vitamins to achieve antioxidant effect, such as ascorbic acid, tocopherol or tocotrienol, retinol and its various derivatives, carotenoids including oxygen-containing derivatives lutein, lycopene, lutein, zeaxanthin, etc.; some of the antioxidants can be selected from the antioxidants of human bodies, such as SOD, glutathione, lipoic acid and coenzyme Q10; some will choose to use various flavonoids such as anthocyanins, procyanidins, various plant polyphenols; some will select small molecule antioxidant and anti-glycation peptides such as carnosine, decarboxylated carnosine. However, the above-mentioned common antioxidants and anti-glycation actives all have their own drawbacks: ascorbic acid is water-soluble, has poor transdermal absorption and is extremely easy to oxidize and change color; carotenoids are very sensitive to oxygen, light, heat and acids because of having long-chain conjugated double bonds, are very susceptible to degradation and inactivation, and need to avoid co-compatibility with metal ions; SOD has super molecular weight, can not realize transdermal absorption at all, can be deactivated rapidly in a very short time, and glutathione is an active substance which is very easy to deactivate, is water-soluble, but is nearly half deactivated after one week once being dissolved in water when being used in skin care products, and is completely deactivated after one month, and the molecular weight of coenzyme Q10 is more than 863, so that the transdermal absorption is difficult to realize; the weight-reducing idebenone of Q10 has a molecular weight of 338.4, but has slight irritation to skin when used at high concentration, and only 0.5% of idebenone ointment is subjected to a patch test, so that the possibility of contact dermatitis is shown, the stability at normal temperature and normal pressure is far worse than that of Q10, strong light needs to be avoided, the idebenone is refrigerated and stored, and the idebenone has high requirements on PH environment, and the most suitable PH value is 5, meta acid or meta alkali can accelerate decomposition and inactivation; alpha lipoic acid has no irritation and cytotoxicity to skin, but is easy to degrade and inactivate by illumination or heating, and oil-water is difficult to dissolve, and the alpha lipoic acid has slightly acidic requirement to PH environment and is only suitable for compatibility within the range of 2.7 to 4.7; resveratrol is also insoluble in oil and water, cannot be stored at normal temperature to have active value, and needs to be stabilized by inclusion technology; the color stability of flavonoids and anthocyanidins is poor, oxidative discoloration is very easy, and the flavonoid raw materials are insoluble or slightly soluble in water and are not easy to dissolve in alcohol and grease; the plant polyphenol such as caffeic acid, ferulic acid, gallic acid and ellagic acid has larger conjugated systems, has poor stability, is easy to degrade, needs to be protected from light and heat, is very sensitive to heavy metal ions, is easy to change color, and needs to be matched with a chelating agent; carnosine, although being thermally stable, has a small molecular weight and is sufficiently safe, is difficult to cross the keratinous barrier to reach the dermis layer for its effectiveness because of its positive charge and water solubility, and has strict requirements for the PH range of the formulation, is not compatible with divalent metal ions, and needs to be limited to an extremely narrow range of 5.5 to 7.5, and requires a large amount of penetration aid to aid its penetration, while an excess of penetration aid is difficult to withstand for sensitive skin.
