Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present application are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein the same or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are exemplary and intended for the purpose of explaining the present application and are not to be construed as limiting the present application.
The following describes an exception handling method and apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of an exception handling method according to an embodiment of the present application.
In the process of issuing the activity equity, the condition that the throughput of the system is suddenly increased is likely to occur, the problem that the issuing of the activity equity is abnormal is likely to occur, the problem that repeated polling and manual reissue of operators are needed to be solved by means of a background system is high in system pressure, the operators are tired to deal with the abnormality and customer complaint, and the time spent on operation and analysis of the activity data is less; on the other hand, there may be more than one provider who performs the issuing of the activity equity, and if the repeated issuing occurs, this may cause an accounting problem and increase the pressure of manual reconciliation.
In view of the above problems, an embodiment of the present application provides an exception handling method to implement intelligent handling of an activity exception condition, as shown in fig. 1, where the exception handling method includes the following steps:
step 101, receiving at least one response message for receiving the activity equity from the target user side, where the response message is used to indicate the account-arriving state of the activity equity.
Alternatively, the activity equity may be a coupon, a red pack, etc. incentive for the same denomination provided by different suppliers, such as e-commerce cards, telephone fees, etc.
Optionally, after the client selects the corresponding activity equity click to get on the activity equity get page of the target user side, abnormal conditions may occur to cause account-to-account failure, for example, insufficient coupons, network delay, not in the time of issuing coupons, etc., a response message reflecting the account-to-account status of the activity equity is generated, and sent to the server for processing.
Alternatively, the target ue may generate multiple response messages at different times.
Step 102, for any response message, in response to identifying that the activity equity is failed to be checked out, acquiring the corresponding response message as abnormal data, and locking the acquisition qualification of the target user side.
Optionally, after receiving any response message sent by the target user end, the server can identify the response message and determine whether the activity right received by the client is checked out.
Optionally, when the event right receipt failure is identified, it indicates that an abnormal situation occurs in the process of receiving the event right, and since the response message is used as feedback data of the target client, the abnormal situation can be reflected, and the corresponding response message is used as abnormal data for subsequent processing.
It should be noted that, when the acquisition of the activity equity fails, the acquisition of the activity equity cannot be performed on behalf of the client, and there may be a situation that the network delay causes the acquisition delay, but the acquisition is successful, so in order to avoid that the client repeatedly acquires the activity equity, the acquisition qualification of the target user side is locked, so that the client cannot acquire the same activity equity again.
Step 103, determining the type of the abnormal data, wherein the type is used for indicating the acquisition state of the activity rights.
Optionally, the acquisition status of the activity equity may be acquisition failure, unknown error or acquisition timeout, and in case that the acquisition status is acquisition failure, it can be determined that the activity equity acquired by the client is not in charge; if the acquisition status is unknown error or acquisition time-out, it cannot be determined whether the client fails to acquire the activity equity, and the possibility of repeatedly acquiring the activity equity cannot be avoided.
In the case that the type of the abnormal data is the first type, step 104 is performed; in the case where the type of the abnormal data is the second type, step 105 is performed.
And 104, unlocking the acquisition qualification of the target user end corresponding to the abnormal data in response to the first type, wherein the first type is used for indicating that the acquisition state is acquisition failure.
In the case that the type of the abnormal data is the first type, it can be determined that the activity equity received by the client is not paid, and the client can re-receive the activity equity, so that the receiving qualification of the target user side is unlocked, and the client can re-click to receive the activity equity.
And step 105, responding to the type as a second type, and obtaining a response message updated by abnormal data after waiting for a preset time, wherein the second type is used for indicating that the acquisition state is an unknown error or acquisition time-out.
If the type of the abnormal data is the second type, it cannot be determined whether the activity rights and interests received by the client fail, and if the receiving qualification of the target client is unlocked, the repeated receiving of the activity rights and interests may occur, so that after waiting for a preset time, a response message for updating the abnormal data is obtained again.
As a possible implementation, the preset time may be 5 minutes.
Optionally, the processes of steps 101 to 105 in the embodiments of the present application are repeated for the updated response message.
In this embodiment, at least one response message for receiving the activity equity from the target user terminal is received, where the response message is used to indicate the account-arriving state of the activity equity; for any response message, responding to the identification of the failure of the arrival of the activity equity, acquiring the corresponding response message as abnormal data, and locking the acquisition qualification of the target user terminal; determining the type of the abnormal data, wherein the type is used for indicating the acquisition state of the activity rights; unlocking the acquisition qualification of the target user end corresponding to the abnormal data according to the first type, wherein the first type is used for indicating that the acquisition state is acquisition failure; and responding to the type as a second type, and obtaining a response message updated by abnormal data after waiting for a preset time, wherein the second type is used for indicating that the acquisition state is unknown error or acquisition time-out. The method has the advantages that through intelligently processing abnormal conditions of the acquisition of the activity rights and interests, the uniqueness of the acquisition of the activity rights and interests is guaranteed, the situation of excessive rights and interests is avoided, and the accuracy of financial accounting and cost sharing is guaranteed; and the background polling times are reduced through a classification mechanism, so that the processing efficiency is improved, the operation pressure is reduced, the abnormal situation of a user side is timely solved, and the user experience is improved.
In this embodiment, another exception handling method is provided, and fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another exception handling method provided in the embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the exception handling method may include the steps of:
step 201, receiving at least one response message for receiving the activity equity from the target user, where the response message is used to indicate the account status of the activity equity.
Optionally, after the client selects the corresponding activity equity click to get on the activity equity get page of the target user side, the server receives an activity equity get instruction from the target user side; generating an order number of the target user side for taking the activity equity; transmitting the activity equity and the order number to a target user; and receiving a response message returned by the target user terminal.
In this embodiment of the present application, when an activity acquisition instruction is initiated, an order number that is acquired by a target user side for an activity equity is generated, where the order number uniquely corresponds to an acquisition operation of the activity equity, that is, each time the target user side performs an acquisition operation, an order number is correspondingly generated and is used as an identifier of the acquisition operation.
In this embodiment of the present application, after generating an order number, the server sends an activity equity and the order number to the target user side, and the target user side returns a response message to the server, where the response message is used to reflect the acquisition situation of the target user side, and the response message includes letters and numbers, and different response messages represent different types of acquisition situations, for example, the response message YDCAO1111203 represents that the coupon activity does not exist; YNAF301300AA indicates that the transaction is abnormal. The target user side returns a response message reflecting the acquisition condition, and the server receives the response message returned by the target user side.
By generating the order number uniquely corresponding to the acquisition operation of the activity equity and returning the response message based on the order number, the response message generated by the same acquisition operation can be determined at different times, and the current account-arriving state of the activity equity can be accurately reflected.
Step 202, identifying an order number generated by the target user side for taking the activity equity; and identifying that the activity equity is failed to be checked out in response to the activity equity corresponding to the order number being empty.
Optionally, the order number is a unique identifier of the activity equity acquisition, and the identification of the order number can determine whether the activity equity corresponding to the acquisition operation exists, and in the case that the activity equity arrives, the identification of the order number can inquire the identifier of the corresponding activity equity, such as a redemption code of a coupon.
In the embodiment of the application, the fact that the activity equity corresponding to the order number is empty is identified, namely, the identification of the activity equity does not exist, and the failure of the activity equity to account is indicated; and identifying the identification of the activity equity corresponding to the order number, indicating successful account checking, wherein the response message is normal and does not need subsequent processing.
Step 203, for any response message, in response to identifying that the activity equity is failed to be checked out, acquiring the corresponding response message as abnormal data, and locking the acquisition qualification of the target user terminal.
Optionally, in the case of failure of the activity equity to account, the corresponding response message is used as feedback data of the target client, so that abnormal conditions can be reflected, and therefore, the response message of failure of the activity equity to account is obtained as abnormal data.
It should be noted that, the failure of the acquisition of the activity equity can not represent the acquisition failure of the client when acquiring the activity equity, and there may be a situation that the network delay causes the acquisition delay, but the acquisition is successful, so that the acquisition qualification of the target user side is locked under the condition that the acquisition of the activity equity fails, so that the client can not acquire the same activity equity again, the repeated acquisition of the activity equity by the client is avoided, and the accuracy of financial accounting and cost sharing is ensured.
And 204, responding to the re-acquisition of the target user side, and displaying prompt information on an acquisition page of the activity equity.
Optionally, in the event that the activity equity is failed to be checked out, the target ue may perform the click-to-get again, and since the check-out qualification of the target ue is locked, the client cannot check out the same activity equity again, recognizes the check-out instruction of the target ue for clicking out the check-out again, triggers the protection mechanism, and displays the corresponding prompt information on the check-out page of the activity equity, for example, displays "the activity is too hot, please try again later-! "or display" the rights acquisition situation is in the middle of being confirmed, please view the-! ".
Further, different response messages correspond to different abnormal conditions, and correspondingly, different prompt messages can be displayed. For example, if the returned response message is YNAF301300AA, indicating that the transaction is abnormal, it is possible to display that "the benefit pickup situation is in the middle of being confirmed, please view-! "prompt information; in the case of a response message returned as YDCAO1111203, indicating that the coupon activity is not present, it may be shown that "activity is too hot, please try again later-! "prompt information.
In other embodiments, the prompt information may be preset based on actual rules, and by displaying the page prompt information, the abnormal reasons of the activity rights and interests are fed back to the target user side, so as to improve the use experience of the client.
In step 205, the type of the abnormal data is determined, and the type is used for indicating the acquisition state of the activity equity.
Optionally, obtaining representative data of either type; the abnormal data is classified based on the similarity between any of the abnormal data and the representative data.
In the embodiment of the application, the types of the abnormal data comprise three types of acquisition failure, unknown error and acquisition timeout.
Optionally, different response messages reflect different abnormal conditions, and the existing response messages are classified into three categories, for example, by a clustering method.
In the embodiment of the application, the response messages are clustered through a kmeans clustering method, specifically, the number of clustering centers is set to be 3, the response messages are used as vectors, the distance between the response messages is calculated as a clustering distance, the response messages are clustered to obtain three clustering clusters, and the types of the three clustering clusters are determined based on the clustering centers of the clustering clusters. The response message of the clustering center of any cluster is the representative data of the corresponding type.
When the type of the abnormal data is determined, the clustering distance between the abnormal data and each representative data is calculated, and the type corresponding to the shortest clustering distance is selected as the type of the abnormal data.
In the embodiment of the application, the similarity is reflected by the clustering distance, the shorter the clustering distance is, the higher the similarity between the abnormal data and the representative data is, the more likely the abnormal data belongs to the type of the corresponding representative data, the abnormal data is classified by the clustering distance, the corresponding processing can be carried out according to different types, the background polling times are reduced, and the processing efficiency is improved.
In the case that the type of the abnormal data is the first type, step 206 is performed; in the case where the type of the abnormal data is the second type, step 207 is performed.
And step 206, unlocking the acquisition qualification of the target user end corresponding to the abnormal data in response to the first type, wherein the first type is used for indicating that the acquisition state is acquisition failure.
The unlocking is used for indicating the target user side to re-get the activity rights and interests.
In the case that the type of the abnormal data is the first type, it can be determined that the activity equity received by the client is not paid, and the client can re-receive the activity equity, so that the receiving qualification of the target user side is unlocked, and the client can re-click to receive the activity equity.
Further, a prompt message of "please re-pick up" is displayed on the activity right pick-up page.
Step 207, in response to the type being the second type, obtaining a response message of the abnormal data update after waiting for a preset time, where the second type is used to indicate that the pickup state is an unknown error or the pickup is overtime.
In the embodiment of the application, the response message of the abnormal data update is obtained again through the following steps: acquiring order numbers corresponding to the abnormal data; and after waiting for the preset time, re-receiving the updated response message of the target user terminal based on the order number corresponding to the abnormal data.
Optionally, after receiving the updated response message, the status of the interest in the target user may change, for example, the interest in the target user is indicated to be successfully checked based on the updated response message, without subsequent processing.
Optionally, after receiving the updated response message, indicating that the rights and interests of the target user end fail to be checked out, the processes from step 202 to step 207 in the embodiment of the present application are repeated.
By taking the order number as the unique identification of the activity equity, the response message of the same taking operation update can be determined after waiting for the preset time, and the account-arriving state of the activity equity update after waiting for the preset time can be accurately reflected.
Further, regularly extracting abnormal data with a second type as data to be processed; and pushing the data to be processed to the setting client.
As a possible implementation, the timing extraction may be one every hour, that is, the abnormal data determined as the second type is extracted as the data to be processed every hour.
Since the providers of the activity equity may be different, if the acquisition qualification is unlocked for the abnormal data of the second type, repeated acquisition of the activity equity may be caused, or even multiple acquisition may occur, so that the acquisition qualification can only be locked for the abnormal data of the second type, the account-arriving state of the activity equity is redetermined after waiting for a preset time, and the account-arriving state is pushed to the setting client in a fixed time to remind an operator of processing. So that the problem of accurate positioning of movable operators is solved, the risk of customer complaints is reduced, and the later account checking cost is reduced.
In this embodiment, at least one response message for receiving the activity equity from the target user terminal is received, where the response message is used to indicate the account-arriving state of the activity equity; identifying an order number generated by the target user side for taking the activity equity; identifying that the activity equity is due failure in response to the activity equity corresponding to the order number being empty; for any response message, responding to the identification of the failure of the arrival of the activity equity, acquiring the corresponding response message as abnormal data, and locking the acquisition qualification of the target user terminal; responding to the re-acquisition of the target user side, and displaying prompt information on an acquisition page of the activity equity; determining the type of the abnormal data, wherein the type is used for indicating the acquisition state of the activity rights; unlocking the acquisition qualification of the target user end corresponding to the abnormal data according to the first type, wherein the first type is used for indicating that the acquisition state is acquisition failure; and responding to the type as a second type, and obtaining a response message updated by abnormal data after waiting for a preset time, wherein the second type is used for indicating that the acquisition state is unknown error or acquisition time-out.
