根据另一实施方式,至少一个接触元件具有与抵接区域的形状相适(/匹配)(adapted)的形状。例如,抵接区域可以是环形的,并且至少一个接触元件可以具有与环形形状相对应的弧形形状。此外,至少一个接触元件的配置可以布置在抵接区域的形状和/或配置上。由于至少一个接触元件的形状与抵接区域的形状相适,可以确保至少一个接触元件与至少一个滚动元件之间的接触得到改善。这还具有还可以改善滚动轴承中的润滑剂分布的优点。优选地,至少一个接触元件可以被构造为透镜状(lens-shaped)和/或肾状。这使得可以更好地将润滑剂引导到滚动轴承的至少一个滚动元件和/或引导凸缘。此外,至少一个接触元件可以设置有被构造为引导润滑剂的结构(诸如,以引导曲线为例)。例如,该结构可以被构造为凹部或凸部(/隆起部)(elevation)。
优选地,保持架段可以设置有多个接触元件。由此,可以使保持架段与至少一个滚动元件的端表面之间的接触更加均匀,从而可以进一步降低润滑剂被接触元件与滚动元件之间的接触刮掉的风险。例如,多个接触元件可以被布置为使得它们与至少一个滚动元件的接触点对称地分布在滚动元件的抵接区域上。
此外,保持架段可以由具有至少一个接头(joint)的至少一个片材金属组成部件(/金属板组件)(sheet-metal components)组装而成。有利的是,至少一个接头还可以提供调节可能性,使得接头适于补偿制造公差。特别是,由片材金属组成部件制成的保持架段更经济,由于与由实心(料)铣削(milled)的一件式保持架或由PEEK塑料制成的分段式保持架相比节省材料,(这是)因为与常规滚动轴承保持架相比,一方面材料使用较少,另一方面材料利用程度较高。此外,由至少一个片材金属组成部件制成的保持架段可以包括至少一个弯曲角部(/拐角)(corner)。由于至少一个接触元件突出到腔格中,因此接纳在腔格中的滚动元件不直接抵着保持架段。由此,可以有利地扩大角部的弯曲半径,从而可以在滚动元件的径向边缘与保持架段之间提供自由空间。此外,角部半径的扩大具有减小保持架段中的凹口(/缺口)(notch)应力的优点,并且可以进一步提高保持架段的强度。
优选地,接触元件在横向上(/在侧向上)(laterally)上布置为在周向方向上与每个接头相邻。这具有以下优点:防止在接头的区域中接头与滚动元件的端表面之间接触,并且因此可以省略接头的再加工。作为另一种选择或另外地,用于接头的焊缝也可以实现为较厚,从而可以提高保持架段的稳定性。此外,除了外侧部(/外侧面)的焊珠(weld bead)之外,还可以将焊珠施加到内侧部(/内侧面)。
根据另一实施方式,在初步制造步骤中,保持架段作为组装套件(assembly kit)存在,组装套件包括一个或多个平坦片材金属组成部件,一个或多个平坦的片材金属组成部件被构造为组装以形成保持架段,其中,至少一个接触元件形成在保持架段的片材金属组成部件中的至少一个中。至少一个接触元件优选在制造的初步(preliminary)步骤中构造。由此,可以减少材料使用和/或制造费用。例如,保持架段的一个或多个片材金属组成部件可以从金属片材切割而成,特别是激光切割、冲压和/或咬切(/半切割)(nibbled)而成,使得优选地仅产生低工具成本。换言之,保持架段所需的分离线(/分隔线)(separatinglines)通过切割、冲压、咬切等设置在金属片材中。这意味着首先将保持架段的轮廓切割或冲孔到金属片材中,并且随后从金属片材释放(/产出)保持架段的形状。这里,可以使用激光器、冲孔工具、咬切机等。保持架段的切割可以有利地集成到组装线和/或组装单元中的自动化制造中。
根据另一方面,提出了一种滚动轴承保持架,该滚动轴承保持架由多个上述保持架段组装而成。特别地,多个保持架段可以是能够至少暂时地经由联接元件连接的。例如,保持架段可以连接到闭合(/封闭)(closed)的保持架。此外,例如,每两个滚动元件可以由保持架段引导和/或包封(/包裹)(enveloped)。作为另一种选择,还可以为每个滚动元件提供保持架段。
根据又一方面,提出了一种滚动轴承,特别是大型滚动轴承,该滚动轴承具有至少一个内圈和至少一个外圈,其中,滚动元件布置在内圈与外圈之间,滚动元件由上述滚动轴承保持架保持。

参照图1、图2和图4,示出了根据第一示例性实施方式的保持架段(/保持架分段)(cage segment)1,保持架段1包括两个片材金属组成部件(/金属板组件)(sheet-metalcomponents)2、4,两个片材金属组成部件2、4在两个接头6处组装,以形成被构造为接纳至少一个滚动元件10(图2)的腔格(/兜孔)(pocket)8。作为另一种选择,保持架段1还可以包括仅一个接头6或多于两个接头6(例如,四个接头)。在制造的初步步骤中,保持架段1包括具有平坦的片材金属组成部件的套件(kit)。该保持架段特别是可用于滚动轴承。例如,滚动轴承可以是滚子轴承,即,具有滚子形滚动元件(诸如,以圆锥滚子、圆柱形滚子、滚筒(barrels)、滚针等为例)的滚动轴承。
为了由片材金属组成部件2、4组装保持架段1,片材金属组成部件2、4各自在规定(/指定)的角部(/拐角)区域12处弯曲,并且在对应片材金属组成部件的两端处组装,由此形成接头6。组装的保持架段1形成适于接纳至少一个滚动元件10的腔格8,其中,角部区域12形成保持架段1的角部。在片材金属组成部件的端部处,设置有彼此互补的第一对准元件(/对齐元件)(alignment element)13和第二对准元件14。在图1至图3所示的实施方式中,对准元件13、14是矩形齿部。然而,还可以想到其他形状(诸如,以波形、三角形和/或多边形为例)。
两个对准元件13、14可以是例如被冲孔和/或切割的。这里,对准元件13、14被构造为在接头6处对准保持架段1,使得保持架段1可以接合在一起(joined together)。特别地,对准元件13、14适于固定在与腔格8的表面垂直的第一方向上的接合侧,并且在与第一方向垂直的至少一个方向上提供适合于补偿制造公差等的可调节性。
此外,在保持架元件1上,在滚动元件10的滚道区域中设置有四个引导元件16,四个引导元件16被构造为引导保持架段1抵着滚动元件10。然而,也可以省略该引导元件16,并且可以引导保持架元件抵着滚动轴承的凸缘和/或抵着滚动轴承的滚道。
在保持架段1的与滚动元件10的端表面20相对的侧部(/侧面)(sides)18,分别设置有两个接触元件22,两个接触元件22突出到保持架段1的腔格8中并且被构造为接触滚动元件10。特别地,滚动元件10包括抵接区域(/邻接区域)(abutment region)24和凹入区域26,其中,凹入区域26布置于端表面20的中央(/中心),并且抵接表面24绕着凹入区域26布置。
如图2所示,接触元件22被布置为使得它们在抵接区域24中接触端表面20。这里,接触元件22在横向上(/在侧向上)(laterally)布置为在周向方向上与每个接头6相邻。这具有以下优点:防止在接头的区域中接头6与滚动元件10的端表面20之间接触。
由于接触元件22在抵接表面24的区域中接触滚动元件10的端表面20,因此可以防止保持架段1抵着形成从抵接区域24到凹入区域26的过渡的边缘32运行(running),从而防止滚动轴承中使用的润滑剂在该边缘处被刮掉(scraping off)。
接触元件22通过保持架段的再成形(/重新成形/矫形)(reshaping)而形成。例如,接触元件22可以是被印压、冲压、切割和/或弯曲的。此外,接触元件22具有与抵接区域24的形状相适(/匹配)的形状。例如,根据第一实施方式,保持架段1的接触元件22被构造为肾状(kidney-shaped)。作为另一种选择,接触元件22可以被构造为可释放地或受限地(/捕获地)(captively)附接到保持架段的单独元件。
如图4所示,由于接触元件22突出到腔格8中,接纳在腔格8中的滚动元件10不直接抵靠(abut against)保持架段1。由此,可以有利地扩大角部12的弯曲半径,从而在滚动元件10的径向边缘30与保持架段1之间提供自由空间28。这使得可以减小保持架段1中的凹口应力(/缺口应力)(notch stress)并且可以提高保持架段1的强度。
参照图3,示出了根据第二示例性实施方式的保持架段1。图3的保持架段1与图1、
图2和图4的保持架段1的不同之处在于,接触元件22被布置为在周向方向上更靠近接头6;
图3中的滚动元件10的接触区域24进一步(farther)延伸到端表面20的中央中。
尽管在附图中,在与滚动元件的端表面20相对的侧部18设置两个接触元件,但是也可以在侧部18设置仅一个接触元件22或多于两个接触元件(诸如,以三个、四个或五个接触元件22为例)。至少一个接触元件22也可以仅设置于两个侧部18中的一个上。
总之,为了增加保持架段1或接纳在其中的滚动元件10的耐磨性,在与滚动元件10的端表面20相对的侧部18上,设置有接触元件22,接触元件22突出到保持架段1的腔格8中并且被构造为接触滚动元件10。由于滚动元件10仅抵着接触元件22滑动而不抵着保持架段1本身滑动,这还具可以减少滚动元件10的端表面20处的摩擦的优点。换言之,可以防止滚动元件10抵着尖锐(sharp)边缘滑动。还可以有利地防止润滑剂被边缘刮掉。

Claims (12)

1.一种保持架段(1),用于分段式保持架,特别是用于大型滚动轴承,其中,所述保持架段(1)形成适于接纳至少一个滚动元件(10)的腔格(8),其特征在于,所述保持架段(1)在与所述至少一个滚动元件(10)的端表面(20)相对的一个侧部(18)包括至少一个接触元件(22),所述至少一个接触元件(22)突出到所述保持架段(1)的腔格(8)中,并且被构造为接触所述至少一个滚动元件(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保持架段(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个滚动元件(10)包括抵接区域(24)和凹入区域(26),其中,所述凹入区域(26)布置于所述端表面(20)的中央,所述抵接区域(24)绕着所述凹入区域(26)布置,并且其中,所述至少一个接触元件(22)被布置为使得所述至少一个接触元件(22)在所述抵接区域(24)中接触所述端表面(20)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保持架段(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个接触元件(22)是通过所述保持架段(1)的再成形而形成的。

5.根据权利要求1或2所述的保持架段(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个接触元件(22)形成为单独元件并且连接到所述保持架段(1)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的保持架段(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个接触元件(22)具有与所述抵接表面(24)的形状相适的形状。
7.根据权利要求6所述的保持架段(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个接触元件(22)被构造为透镜状和/或肾状。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的保持架段(1),其特征在于,所述保持架段(1)设置有多个接触元件(22)。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的保持架段(1),其特征在于,所述保持架段(1)由具有至少一个接头(6)的至少一个片材金属部件(2、4)组装而成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的保持架段(1),其特征在于,每个接触元件(22)在横向上布置为在周向方向上与所述接头(6)相邻。
11.根据权利要求8或9所述的保持架段(1),其特征在于,在制造的初步步骤中,所述保持架段(1)作为组装套件存在,所述组装套件包括一个或多个平坦的片材金属组成部件(2、4),所述片材金属组成部件(2、4)被构造为组装以形成所述保持架段(1),其中,所述至少一个接触元件(22)形成于所述保持架段(1)的片材金属组成部件(2、4)中的至少一个,其中,优选地,所述至少一个接触元件(22)是在所述制造的初步步骤中被构造的。
12.一种滚动轴承保持架,所述滚动轴承保持架由多个根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的保持架段(1)组装而成。
