Abstract

铝-铅系合金熔体保护和净化用熔剂,成份配方重量百分比为:NaCl 20-22%,KCl 20-22%,(La,Ce)F3 1-8%,CaCO3 2-5%,Na3AlF6 10-20%,Na2B4O7 30-40%。本发明可集覆盖保护防止氧化、防止铅挥发和除氢除杂达到高水平和细化晶粒多功能于一体,并且无毒无害。在无须任何其它措施的条件下,采用本熔剂可使含氢量从>0.5ml/100gAl下降到0.15ml/100gAl以下。完全去除熔体中10μm以上的氧化夹杂的含量,并且10μm以下的非金属夹杂含量低于0.02%。使铝铅系合金的抗拉强度、延伸率和耐磨性能明显提高。采用本熔剂可起到细化Al相和Pb相的作用。采用本熔剂,可确保铅的挥发和烧损量<1%的水平,工艺简单。

Description

铝—铅系合金保护和净化用熔剂
本发明涉及的是一种熔剂,特别是一种铝—铅系合金保护和净化用熔剂,属于金属材料合金冶炼领域。
背景技术:由于铝—铅系合金具有优异的耐磨性和抗咬合性,并具有自润滑作用,该种合金将广泛取代铝—锡系合金用作汽车等内燃机轴瓦。虽然我国在该种合金的研究和生产上已经取得了巨大的进展,但由于铝—铅系合金容易产生重力偏析的缺点,因而为了消除偏析合金熔炼温度高,常常在1000℃以上,在其熔炼过程中,往往需要采取搅拌等防止偏析的措施,故还存在着较大的问题:(1)熔体氧化烧损严重,(2)熔体波动导致合金液中卷入大量的氧化夹杂,(3)铅挥发严重,不仅导致合金中的铅含量减少,而且严重地污染环境,损害操作人员的健康,(4)熔体一般采用六氯乙烷作为熔剂进行净化处理,不仅不能完全去除熔体中的氢和氧化夹杂,而且对环境污染严重。目前在该种合金的熔炼和净化过程中没有更好的熔剂和办法,经文献检索,《特种铸造及有色合金》中“铸造铝铅合金滑动轴承合金的制备及其显微组织”一文,1998(5):24-26,作者:孙大仁等,该文介绍在铝—铅合金熔炼过程中,在坩埚上面罩一留有孔径为φ10mm密封罩,但该密封罩上面的φ10mm小孔,不能隔绝熔体与空气接触,不能防止铅的挥发和烧损,而且操作不方便。对于铝—铅合金的精炼,均未见到与本发明主题相同文献报道。
发明内容和具体实施方式:本发明的成份配方重量百分比为:NaCl 20-22%,KCl 20-22%,(La,Ce)F3 1-8%,CaCO3 2-5%,Na3AlF6 10-20%,Na2B4O7 30-40%。
将铝—铅系合金熔体保护和净化用熔剂在装料前加入熔化炉,当炉料开始熔化时,由于熔剂的密度小于合金熔体,熔体自动铺开到合金熔体的表面,形成一层致密的熔剂膜,该熔剂膜在铝—铅系合金高温熔体(1000℃以上)作用下保持完整,从而起到隔绝空气,防止吸氢和熔体氧化的作用;这种高温熔剂对合金熔体中存在的氢和氧具有物理和化学净化作用,形成的净化产物被熔剂膜吸附,并对熔剂膜具有强化作用;熔剂中的化学成分对合金中的Al相和Pb相具有细化作用;这种高温熔剂与熔体产生的各种反应时间充分而平稳。
以下根据本发明的成份配方重量百分比提供三个实施例:
实施1:NaCl 22%,KCl 22%,(La,Ce)F3 1%,CaCO3 5%,Na3AlF6 20%,Na2B4O7 30%。可使铝铅合金熔体(1000℃)的含氢量<0.15ml/100gAl,使合金熔体中氧化夹杂含量<0.02%,铝铅合金的性能提高15%以上;细化Al相和Pb相作用好;铅烧损<1%。
实施2:NaCl 20%,KCl 20%,(La,Ce)F3 5%,CaCO3 5%,Na3AlF6 10%,Na2B4O7 40%。可使铝铅合金熔体(1000℃)的含氢量<0.14ml/100gAl,使合金熔体中氧化夹杂含量<0.02%,铝铅合金的性能提高20%以上;细化Al相和Pb相作用较好;铅烧损<1%。
实施3:NaCl 20%,KCl 20%,(La,Ce)F3 8%,CaCO3 2%,Na3AlF6 15%,Na2B4O735%。可使铝铅合金熔体(1000℃)的含氢量<0.10ml/100gAl,使合金熔体中氧化夹杂含量<0.02%;铝铅合金的性能提高25%以上;细化Al相和Pb相作用最好;铅烧损<1%。
本发明具有实质性特点和显著进步,可集覆盖保护防止氧化、防止铅挥发和除氢除杂达到高水平和细化晶粒多功能于一体,并且无毒无害。在无须任何其它措施的条件下,采用本熔剂可使铝铅系合金熔体高温(1000℃)时含氢量从>0.5ml/100gAl下降到0.15ml/100gAl以下。采用本熔剂可完全去除熔体中10μm以上的氧化夹杂的含量,并且10μm以下的非金属夹杂含量低于0.02%。采用本熔剂可使铝铅系合金的抗拉强度、延伸率和耐磨性能明显提高。采用本熔剂可起到细化Al相和Pb相的作用。采用本熔剂可使合金熔体在熔炼过程中铅的挥发和烧损量下降到<1%的水平。仅须在加料前加入本熔剂,在合金熔化过程中自动覆盖保护,工艺简单。

1、一种铝-铅系合金熔体保护和净化用熔剂,其特征在于,成份配方重量百分比为:NaCl 20-22%,KCl 20-22%,(La,Ce)F3 1-8%,CaCO3 2-5%,Na3AlF6 10-20%,Na2B4O7 30-40%。
