Claims (6)

1. The solid-liquid separation device for extracting polyphenol comprises a separation barrel, a liquid inlet barrel and an outer support, wherein the separation barrel is arranged on the outer support in a suspended state through a fixing ring, and the liquid inlet barrel is arranged at the top of the separation barrel;
the blanking opening is provided with a separating filter cylinder positioned in the separating cylinder body and a sealing rotary disc positioned at the lower side outside the separating cylinder body, and the sealing rotary disc can seal the blanking opening;
the device also comprises an impurity removing mechanism, a power component and a rotary blowing component;
the impurity removing mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the separation filter cylinder, and the bottom of the impurity removing mechanism penetrates through the sealing turntable and extends to the lower side of the bottom cover;
the power component is arranged on the outer bracket and connected with the bottom of the impurity removing mechanism, and is used for driving the impurity removing mechanism to move up and down, and the impurity removing mechanism in an up-down moving state can scrape and separate impurities on the inner wall of the filter cylinder;
the rotary blowing component is arranged at the joint of the separation cylinder body and the liquid inlet cylinder body, the top of the rotary blowing component is connected with the impurity removing mechanism, the bottom of the rotary blowing component extends to the side part of the separation filter cylinder, and the bottom of the rotary blowing component can jet air flow to the separation filter cylinder;
the top of the separation filter cylinder is rotationally connected with the rotary blowing component, and the rotary blowing component can guide the extracted separation liquid in the liquid inlet cylinder to the inside of the separation filter cylinder;
the impurity removing mechanism comprises a removing center rod shaft, a scraping ring and a rotary guide assembly;
the cleaning center rod shaft is arranged in the separation filter cylinder, the bottom of the cleaning center rod shaft penetrates through the sealing turntable in a fixed mode, and the bottom of the cleaning center rod shaft is rotationally connected with the power component;
the scraping ring is positioned on the inner wall of the separation filter cylinder and is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the separation filter cylinder up and down, and a fixed cross is arranged on the inner side of the scraping ring and is in rotary connection with the cleaning center rod shaft;
the top of the cleaning center rod shaft penetrates through the top of the liquid inlet cylinder body, the rotary guide assembly is arranged on the top of the liquid inlet cylinder body, the rotary guide assembly can drive the cleaning center rod shaft in a vertical moving state to rotate, and the rotary blowing assembly is connected with the part of the cleaning center rod shaft in the liquid inlet cylinder body.
2. The solid-liquid separation device for polyphenol extraction according to claim 1, wherein the rotation guide assembly comprises a rotation sleeve, a rack portion, an upper cross bar, and a push-pull link;
the rotary sleeve is rotatably arranged at the center of the top of the liquid inlet cylinder body, and the center rod shaft penetrates through the rotary sleeve in a sliding manner;
one end of the upper cross rod is rotationally connected with the top of the clearing center rod shaft, the rack part is slidably arranged at the top of the liquid inlet barrel body, and the rack part is meshed with an external gear fixedly arranged on the rotating sleeve;
the end part of the upper cross rod, which is far away from the clearing center rod shaft, is provided with a push-pull connecting rod, one end of the push-pull connecting rod is hinged with the end part of the upper cross rod, and the other end of the push-pull connecting rod is hinged with one end of the rack part.

the plurality of air pipe fittings are circumferentially distributed on the outer side of the separation filter cylinder, and the side wall of each air pipe fitting is provided with a plurality of unidirectional air injection holes facing the separation filter cylinder;
the top of the air pipe piece penetrates through the annular drainage plate, an extrusion movable rod is arranged in the air pipe piece in a sliding mode, the top of the extrusion movable rod is connected with an upper connecting frame, and the upper connecting frame is connected with a cleaning center rod shaft.
