本发明涉及植物杀菌剂领域,具体涉及一种用于杀真菌的组合物及应用组合物的方法。
背景技术
植物由于受到病原性疾病的困扰,影响其生长发育。尤其是植物病原性真菌的杀灭,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
化学杀菌是植物疾病防治中最为经济、有效的手段,但长期连续高剂量地使用单一品种或单一作用方式的化学杀菌剂,容易造成真菌耐药和抗性演化等问题。
杀真菌化合物的合理复配或混配具有扩大杀菌谱、提高防治效果、延缓真菌耐药性和抗药性的发生与发展等优点,是解决上述问题的最为有效的方法之一。
从CN113845480A中已知,突烯酰胺类化合物有针对植物病原性真菌的生物活性。
然而,生产上仍需开发安全性高、杀菌谱广、能够产生增效作用并解决抗性真菌问题的杀菌组合物品种。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种适合于控制由植物病原菌引起的疾病的组合物及其应用方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的第一方面提供一种用于杀真菌的组合物,该组合物中含有协同有效量的活性组分A和活性组分B;所述活性组分A为具有式(I)所示结构的突烯酰胺类化合物,
所述活性组分B选自群组a、群组b、群组c、群组d、群组e和群组f中的至少一种化合物;
所述群组a为唑类化合物;
所述群组b为酰胺类化合物;
所述群组c为杂环化合物类化合物;
所述群组d为氨基甲酸酯类化合物;
所述群组e为甲氧基丙烯酸酯类化合物;
所述群组f中含有胍类化合物、硝基苯衍生物、有机金属化合物、含硫的杂环基化合物、有机磷化合物、有机氯化合物、无机活性物质和抗菌活性化合物中的至少一种;
所述抗菌活性化合物选自井冈霉素、联苯基、拌棉醇、环氟菌胺、清菌脲、二苯胺、苯菌酮、米多霉素、喹啉铜、调环酸钙、螺环菌胺、咯菌腈、对甲抑菌灵、乙蒜素、枯茗酸、枯茗醛、蛇床子素、丁子香酚、大黄素甲醚、盐酸血根碱、天名精内酯酮、迷迭香酸中的至少一种。

适合于制备本发明的杀菌剂组合物的粘合剂可以是天然的或合成的,例如黄原胶、明胶、阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、硅酸铝镁、聚乙烯醇、酚醛树脂、虫胶、羧甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素和海藻酸钠。消泡剂可以是泡敌、硅酮类、C8~10脂肪醇、C10~20饱和脂肪酸类及酰胺等。
适合于制备本发明组合物的消泡剂可以为硅酮乳液、长链醇、脂肪酸、脂肪酸盐、氟有机化合物及其混合物。
适合于制备本发明组合物的防冻剂可以为乙二醇,丙二醇,丙三醇,聚乙二醇等。
适合于制备本发明组合物的增粘剂或粘合剂可以为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯乙酸酯、聚乙烯醇和纤维素醚。
适合于制备本发明组合物的崩解剂可以为氯化钙、硫酸钠、硫酸铵、聚丙烯酸乙酯、碳酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、海藻酸钠、羧甲基淀粉钠的一种或几种。
适合于制备本发明组合物的染色剂可以为低水溶性色素和水溶性染料、罗丹明、颜料红、颜料蓝、颜料黄、颜料绿、颜料棕、碱性紫、酸性红、碱性红。
适合于制备本发明组合物的成膜剂可以为聚乙烯醇、聚醋酸乙烯酯、羧甲基纤维素、阿拉伯树胶、明胶、黄原胶、淀粉。
优选地,所述乳化剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠。
优选地,所述组合物中还含有溶剂,所述溶剂选自环己酮、二甲苯、乙二醇、乙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇、戊醇、二丙酮醇、二甲基甲酰胺、癸酰胺、环己酮、二氯乙烷、二甲基亚砜、丁醇、辛醇、异戊醇中的至少一种。
简而言之,本发明的组合物可以和现有技术的配方中常规使用的固体和液体添加剂混合。随着外部条件的变化,有效组分的使用量也不同,外部条件为,例如温度、湿度、使用的杀菌剂的性质等等。
本发明还提供一种控制有用植物上或其繁殖材料上由植物病原菌引起的疾病的方法,该方法包括将上述定义的组合物施用至这些有用植物、其场所或其繁殖材料。
本发明对如何形成可湿性粉剂、可溶性粉剂、乳油、水悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂和水分散颗粒剂等剂型的方法并没有特别的限制,例如本领域技术人员可以参照《现代农药剂型加工技术》(刘广文主编,化学工业出版社)等中提供的方法形成本发明提供的各种剂型。
以下将通过实例对本发明进行详细描述。
以下实例中,在没有特别说的情况下,使用的原料均为普通市售品。
在没有特别说明的情况下,以下配方中的百分含量均表示重量百分含量。
实施例1:24%种子处理悬浮剂(1:2)
配方:活性组分A为8%,活性组分B咪鲜胺(购自陕西秦丰农化有限公司,纯度为97%)16%,润湿剂苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%,分散剂萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物6%,防冻剂丙三醇5%,增稠剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2%,染色剂罗丹明B为8%,水补足至100%。
制备方法为:将活性组分和润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、染色剂和水投入搅拌釜中,充分搅拌后,抽入高速剪切机中,进行高速剪切(转速为5000rpm),再泵至砂磨机中进行充分砂磨,砂磨合格后加入增稠剂,搅拌均匀即得悬浮种衣剂。
实施例2:22%悬浮剂(13:9)
配方:活性组分A为13%,活性组分B嘧菌酯(购自江苏瑞邦农化股份有限公司,纯度为98%)9%,润湿剂苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚3%,分散剂羧甲基纤维素7%,成膜剂聚乙烯醇9%,防冻剂丙三醇5%,增稠剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3%,水补足至100%。
制备方法为:将活性组分和润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、成膜剂和水投入搅拌釜中,充分搅拌后,将物料抽入砂磨机中进行充分研磨,研磨完成后,抽入高速剪切机中,加入增稠剂后,进行高速剪切(转速为6000rpm),剪切完成后即制得悬浮剂。
实施例3:28%微乳剂(3:1)
配方:活性组分A为21%,活性组分B咯菌腈(购自江苏省常州沃富斯农化有限公司,纯度为99%)7%,溶剂环己酮15%,乳化剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚14%,防冻剂丙三醇5%,水补足至100%。
制备方法为:将活性组分A和活性组分B用溶剂充分溶解后,投入乳化剂和防冻剂混合均匀,最后加入去离子水,进行高速剪切(转速为5000rpm),即可得微乳剂。
实施例4:24%水乳剂(1:3)
配方:活性组分A为6%,活性组分B吡唑醚菌酯(购自安道麦安邦(江苏)有限公司,纯度为98%)18%,乳化剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6%,溶剂二甲苯9%,溶剂环己酮4%,乳化剂顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠4%,防冻剂丙三醇3%,水补足至100%。
制备方法为:将活性组分A和活性组分B用溶剂充分溶解后,投入乳化剂充分搅拌后形成油相;将防冻剂加入水中溶解,形成水相;将水相缓慢加入油相中,使用高速剪切机剪切(转速为5000rpm),即可得水乳剂。
实施例5:40%水分散粒剂(3:5)
配方:活性组分A为15%,活性组分B苯醚甲环唑(购自江苏七洲绿色化工股份有限公司,纯度为95%)25%,润湿剂苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚9%,分散剂萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物8%,崩解剂硫酸钠5%,黏结剂聚乙二醇0.8%,填料硅藻补足至100%。
制备方法为:将所有物料混合均匀后,经气流粉碎机粉碎,再次混合均匀,然后,加入水将此混合物捏合,挤压造粒,经干燥筛分,即得到水分散粒剂。

试验依据:NY/T1156.2-2006《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂第2部分:抑制病原真菌菌丝生长试验平皿法》;
药剂配置:将活性组分A和活性组分B配制成需要的试验药剂,将单剂及各组合设置5个不同浓度梯度。设清水对照,重复3次。
试验方法:采用平皿法。将培养好的病原菌,在无菌条件下用直径5mm的灭菌打孔器,自菌落边缘切取菌饼,用接种器将菌饼接种于含药平板中央,菌丝面朝上,盖上皿盖,置适宜温度的培养箱中培养。待对照组菌落长满时,测量菌落直径,计算各药剂处理抑制菌丝生长的百分率。
菌丝生长抑制率(%)=(空白比对照菌落直径-药剂处理菌落直径)/(空白对照菌落直径-5)*100
组分A与组分(B)进行单剂和混剂的EC50值(半数抑制浓度)测定。所得结果根据孙云沛的共毒系数(co-toxicity coefficient,CTC)法来明确增效程度,即CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,120≤CTC<200为增效作用,CTC≥200时为显著增效作用。共毒系数最高者,增效作用最强。共毒系数按下列公式计算:

测试例2:盆栽生测实例
试验对象为小麦白粉病菌(Blumeria graminis)。将原药配制成需要的试验药剂,试验采用盆栽法。首先将单剂及各混配药剂设置5个不同浓度梯度(防效在5%~90%的范围内按等比级数设定)。首先选用饱满籽粒的小麦种子,用清水浸种40~60min,然后均匀点播在装有沙壤土的营养基质中。每钵20~25粒,用覆土基质均匀撒在其表面,使得种子完全被覆盖住,浇足底水,保温、保湿,待长至2~3叶期备用。测定药剂的保护效果时,先喷药,在健康小麦幼苗2片叶时,分别对其叶面喷施药剂,设置药剂对照和清水对照,24h后,采用抖落法接种小麦白粉菌,接菌7d后,当清水对照叶片上有白色病斑出现时,分别调查每个处理叶片病情指数,以3次重复的平均值作为统计数据。通过调查小麦叶片的病情计算其病情指数,得出对小麦白粉病的防效。分级标准如下:
0级:无病斑;
1级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的比例大于5%至10%以下;
5级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的比例大于11%至25%以下;

通过实验发现,活性组分A与其他杀菌剂复配使用后对小麦赤霉病菌、油菜菌核病菌,小麦白粉病、小麦锈病的杀菌活性优异,具有明显的增效作用。
具体地,活性组分A与其他杀菌剂配合后对小麦赤霉病菌的共毒系数最高能达到252.58;对油菜菌核病菌的共毒系数最高能达到207.43;对小麦白粉病的共毒系数最高能达到284.25;对小麦锈病的共毒系数最高能达到220.17,均能达到显著增效作用。
测试例4
防治黄瓜白粉病田间药效试验。
防治对象为黄瓜白粉病。试验设在南京市六合区骁营村,试验田地势平坦,土壤为壤土,肥力中等,pH值6.8,试验期间肥水管理中等。设空白对照,每处理3次重复,每小区30㎡,随机区组排列。采用常规喷雾法,亩用水量为40L,均匀喷洒在叶片正反面。
调查与统计方法:施药前调查病情基数,最后一次施药后10~14d再调查一次,共调查2次。每小区随机取四点,每点调查2株,每株调查全部叶片,每片叶按照病斑占叶面积的百分率分级记录。分级方法:
0级:无病斑;
1级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的6%~10%;
5级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的11%~25%;
7级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的26%~50%;
9级:病斑面积占整个叶面积的50%以上。

当所述活性化合物组合物的杀真菌活性超过单独施用时的活性化合物的活性的总和时,则总是存在杀真菌剂的协同效应。两种活性化合物的给定结合物的预期活性可如下进行计算(根据Colby公式)(参考S.R.Colby,“Calculation of the synergisticandantagonistic responses of herbicide combinations”,Weeds 1967,15,第20-22页):

田间试验结果表明:制剂实施例2、3、4、5中,组分A与嘧菌酯,咯菌腈,吡唑醚菌酯,苯醚甲环唑复配后,增效比C均大于1,增效作用明显。
另外,本发明的活性组分A与氰烯菌酯、活性组分A咪鲜胺、活性组分A咯菌腈,活性组分A戊唑醇针对水稻恶苗病菌的杀菌活性优异,具有明显的增效作用。
本发明的活性组分A与三环唑、活性组分A与稻瘟灵、活性组分A与嘧菌酯,活性组分A与咪鲜胺针对稻瘟病菌的杀菌活性优异,具有明显的增效作用。
本发明的活性组分A与戊唑醇、活性组分A与咪鲜胺、活性组分A与丙环唑、活性组分A与井冈霉素、活性组分A与嘧菌酯针对稻曲病菌的杀菌活性优异,具有明显的增效作用。
本发明的活性组分A与嘧菌酯、活性组分A与嘧霉胺、活性组分A与咯菌腈针对黄瓜灰霉病菌的杀菌活性优异,具有明显的增效作用。
本发明的活性组分A与嘧菌酯针对大豆叶斑病菌的杀菌活性优异,具有明显的增效作用。
本发明的活性组分A与苯醚甲环唑、活性组分A与戊唑醇对花生叶斑病菌的杀菌活性优异,具有明显的增效作用。
另外,本发明的实施例1中提供的24%种子处理悬浮剂在防治水稻恶苗病、小麦茎基腐病中具有增强种子活力,促进全苗、壮苗的效果。能够直接杀死种子携带病菌或防止土传病菌侵染,提高出苗率和成苗率。

所述活性组分B选自群组a、群组b、群组c、群组d、群组e和群组f中的至少一种化合物;
所述群组a为唑类化合物;
所述群组b为酰胺类化合物;
所述群组c为杂环化合物类化合物;
所述群组d为氨基甲酸酯类化合物;
所述群组e为甲氧基丙烯酸酯类化合物;
所述群组f中含有胍类化合物、氰基丙烯酸酯类、硝基苯衍生物、有机金属化合物、含硫的杂环基化合物、有机磷化合物、有机氯化合物、无机活性物质和抗菌活性化合物中的至少一种;

3.根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其中,所述活性组分B选自苯醚甲环唑、丙环唑、嘧菌酯、醚菌酯、吡唑醚菌酯、井冈霉素、精甲霜灵、咯菌腈、咪鲜胺、灭菌唑、三唑醇、烯唑醇、叶菌唑、腈菌唑、戊唑醇、硅氟唑、啶氧菌酯、稻瘟酯、咪唑菌酮、氟嘧菌酯、肟菌酯、氟菌唑、四氟醚唑、氯氟醚菌唑、氰烯菌酯、噻呋酰胺、氰霜唑、甲霜灵、烯酰吗啉、粉唑醇、百菌清、丙硫菌唑、环丙唑醇、氟唑菌酰胺、腐霉利中的至少一种化合物。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的组合物,其中,所述活性组分A与所述活性组分B的含量重量比为1000:1至1:1000;
优选地,所述活性组分A与所述活性组分B的含量重量比为100:1至1:100;
更优选地,所述活性组分A与所述活性组分B的含量重量比为1:50至50:1;
更加优选地,所述活性组分A与所述活性组分B的含量重量比为1:25至25:1;
更加优选地,所述活性组分A与所述活性组分B的含量重量比为1:10至10:1;
最优选地,所述活性组分A与所述活性组分B的含量重量比为1:5至5:1。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的组合物,其中,该组合物中还含有农业上可接受的载体;
优选地,所述载体选自陶土、硅酸盐、二氧化硅、树脂、蜡、固体肥料、水、醇类、酮类、石油馏分、芳烃或蜡烃、氯代烃、液化气中的至少一种。
6.一种控制有用植物上或其繁殖材料上由植物病原菌引起的疾病的方法,该方法包括将权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的组合物施用至所述有用植物、种植有所述有用植物的场所或所述有用植物的繁殖材料上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述有用植物选自葡萄藤、谷类作物、甜菜作物、水果植物、豆科植物、油料植物、瓜类植物、纤维植物、蔬菜、樟科植物中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的方法,其中,所述植物病原菌选自子囊菌纲、担子菌纲、不完全菌纲、卵菌纲中的至少一种。
9.权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的组合物在防治作物褐斑病、作物灰霉病、作物炭疽病、作物枯萎病、作物白粉病中的至少一种的应用。
10.权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的组合物在防治油菜菌核病、小麦赤霉病、水稻恶苗病、瓜类白粉病、芒果白粉病、香蕉叶斑病、香蕉黑星病、马铃薯早疫病、马铃薯晚疫病、黄瓜霜霉病、花生叶斑病、黄瓜细菌性角斑病、草坪币斑病、小麦白粉病、小麦锈病、黄瓜灰霉病中的至少一种的应用。
