the emergency response center 32 performs interactive operation with the reserved contact party through the 5G message and sends an abnormal prompt to the customer service center 33;
the customer service center 33 performs a confirmation operation with the reserved contact.
Optionally, the data exception handling system further includes: the gateway equipment is used for acquiring transaction data when a transaction initiator initiates a transaction, and transmitting the transaction data to the gateway equipment and the transaction system; the gateway device is used for sending the transaction data to the processing system; the transaction system performs transaction processing.
The present application also provides a computer readable storage medium having stored therein computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, are adapted to carry out the methods provided by the various embodiments described above.
The present application also provides a computer program product comprising computer instructions stored in a computer readable storage medium. The computer instructions may be read from a computer-readable storage medium by at least one processor of the device, and executed by the at least one processor, cause the device to implement the methods provided by the various embodiments described above.
The embodiment of the application also provides a chip, which comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory is used for storing computer instructions, and the processor is used for calling and running the computer instructions from the memory, so that a device provided with the chip executes the method in various possible implementation manners.

1. A method for processing data anomalies, the method comprising:
when a transaction initiator initiates a transaction, transaction data are acquired, and the transaction data are matched with preset conditions;
if the transaction data is matched with the preset condition, confirming that the transaction is abnormal, sending an abnormal prompt to a reserved contact corresponding to the transaction initiator through a 5G message, and sending the abnormal prompt to an emergency response center, wherein the emergency response center performs interactive operation with the reserved contact through the 5G message and sends the abnormal prompt to a customer service center, so that the customer service center performs confirmation operation with the reserved contact.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining transaction data when the transaction initiator initiates the transaction specifically comprises:
when a transaction initiator initiates a transaction, transaction data is acquired through gateway equipment.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein prior to matching the transaction data with a preset condition, the method further comprises:

and the second processing module is used for confirming that the transaction is abnormal if the transaction data is matched with the preset condition, sending an abnormal prompt to a reserved contact party corresponding to the transaction initiator through a 5G message, and sending the abnormal prompt to an emergency response center, wherein the emergency response center performs interactive operation with the reserved contact party through the 5G message and sends the abnormal prompt to a customer service center so as to enable the customer service center to perform confirmation operation with the reserved contact party.
7. An electronic device, comprising: a processor, and a memory communicatively coupled to the processor;
the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the processor executes computer-executable instructions stored in the memory to implement the data exception handling method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
8. A data exception handling system, comprising:
the system comprises a processing system, an emergency response center and a customer service center;
when the transaction initiator initiates a transaction, the processing system acquires transaction data and matches the transaction data with preset conditions; if the transaction data is matched with the preset condition, determining that the transaction is abnormal; initiating an abnormal prompt to a reserved contact party corresponding to the transaction initiator through a 5G message, and sending the abnormal prompt to an emergency response center;
the emergency response center performs interactive operation with the reserved contact party through a 5G message and sends the abnormal prompt to a customer service center;
and the customer service center performs confirmation operation with the reserved contact party.
9. The system of claim 8, further comprising: gateway equipment and transaction systems;
the gateway equipment is used for acquiring transaction data and sending the transaction data to the gateway equipment and the transaction system when the transaction initiator initiates a transaction;
the gateway device is used for sending the transaction data to the processing system;
the transaction system is used for conducting transaction processing.
10. A computer readable storage medium having stored therein computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, are adapted to carry out the data exception handling method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
