Description

Data processing method and data processing system
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of data processing technologies, and in particular, to a data processing method and a data processing system.
Background
Money laundering is a act of legalizing an illegal outcome. It mainly means that the illegal gains and the profits generated by them are concealed and concealed from the sources and properties by various means, so that they are legalized in form. Anti-money laundering is a system project which is used by government to draw legislative and judicial strength, mobilize related organizations and commercial institutions to identify possible money laundering activities, dispose related money and punish related institutions and persons, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing criminal activities.
The third-party payment mechanism is an independent mechanism with certain strength and credit guarantee, and adopts a network payment mode, such as paying treasures, financial payment and the like, which is in butt joint with internet to facilitate the transaction of two transaction parties. When the third-party payment mechanism conducts centralized cross-border exchange purchasing transaction through banks, according to the requirements of regulations, the third-party payment mechanism needs to screen the anti-money laundering lists of individual users with detailed transaction.
However, when the number of transaction detail is very large, the anti-money laundering screening may take a long time. If the screening hits, manual screening is also required. The manual screening is to manually further judge whether the screening is wrong, intercept the screening if the screening is not wrong, and release the screening if the screening is wrong. And after manual screening, the final result is returned to the third-party payment mechanism. And the third-party payment mechanism needs to reject the hit details and then retransmit the hit details. As such, the screening operation may interrupt the transaction, resulting in a longer processing time for the entire transaction.
Currently, some cross-border remittance transactions have a high time-sensitive requirement. However, in conjunction with the above description, the existing data processing methods of anti-money laundering engineering affect the timely processing of transaction data.

Detailed Description
As described above, the current anti-money laundering project is usually executed during the transaction process, resulting in long transaction processing time and affecting the transaction data processing speed of normal users. In view of the above problem, the present inventors have studied and provided a data processing method and a data processing system. Before the user carries out a transaction by using the transaction service provided by the third-party payment mechanism, the server of the bank carries out pre-screening on the list to be screened provided by the third-party payment mechanism, so that the user with abnormal high money laundering risk is detected as early as possible, and the screening result is fed back to the third-party payment mechanism. Furthermore, the transaction processing efficiency of the bank and the third-party payment mechanism to the normal transaction user is improved, and meanwhile, the smooth implementation of the anti-money laundering project is guaranteed.
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a data processing method is shown. The method is applied to a server of a bank. For ease of distinction, the server of the bank is named the first server here. Here, the bank may be any bank having a cooperative relationship with the third party payment authority, and may be, for example, a chinese bank, a chinese construction bank, a transportation bank, a tenderer bank, or the like. The third party payment mechanism may be a payment treasure, a financial payment and the like. Neither the bank nor the third party payment institution is limited herein.
As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: the first server obtains a list to be screened of the third-party payment mechanism.
In one possible implementation, the first server is communicatively coupled to a server of a third party payment authority. For ease of differentiation, the server of the third party payment authority is named herein as the second server. The first server obtains the details file of the third party payment mechanism from the second server. And the first server analyzes the detail file to obtain the list to be screened. The first server may parse the detail file according to an agreed parsing method with the second server, or parse the detail file according to a parsing method corresponding to a format of the detail file. The resolution method employed by the first server is not limited here.
The third party payment authority may periodically send the detail file to the first server using the second server. For example, a detail file is sent every 10 minutes, and the list to be screened obtained after the detail file is parsed includes a user who registers the third-party payment authority APP within 10 minutes before sending, and specifically may be an identity of the user (for example, one or more of a name, an identity card number, a mobile phone number, and an account number, or an encoding result of one or more of a name, an identity card number, a mobile phone number, and an account number). Since the bank records more detailed information of each user, in order to reverse money laundering, the second server needs to send the detail file to the first server, so that the first server can analyze the detail file to obtain a list to be screened, and then screens users with high money laundering risks according to the list to be screened.
In the embodiment of the application, before the pre-screening is performed, the third-party payment mechanism does not perform transaction processing operation on the transaction request (such as a cross-country remittance request) made by the user in the screening list. The third-party payment mechanism can form the list to be screened according to the transaction requests of a plurality of users in batches. And after the first server is subjected to pre-screening, transaction processing is carried out in a centralized manner. In addition, the third-party payment mechanism may also form a list to be screened before receiving the transaction request of the user, for example, after the user logs in an APP of the third-party payment mechanism, the third-party payment mechanism forms the list to be screened by collecting user information.
Step 102: before the user in the list to be screened develops a transaction through the third-party payment mechanism, the first server carries out pre-screening on the list to be screened by using the mark list to obtain a screening result of the list to be screened.
Before the first server performs the pre-screening, user information stored in a bank system (or the first server) before can be used for analyzing, and some user information of which the credit is lower than a first preset threshold or the violation number exceeds a second preset threshold is summarized to obtain a mark list. Each user in the label list is a user who has a history of money laundering, or a user who has a high risk of money laundering. The users in the marked list are not normal transaction users, so the marked list is a list of users to be intercepted, that is, the third-party payment mechanism needs to intercept the transaction request initiated by the user on the marked list. It should be noted that the user in the list to be screened may be a personal user or an enterprise user; the users in the tag list may be individual users or enterprise users.
The first preset threshold and the second preset threshold may be set according to actual requirements, where the values of the first preset threshold and the second preset threshold are not limited.
The tag list may be updated in real time, for example, every 2 minutes.
As an example implementation manner of this step, the first server matches the tag list with the list to be screened, and if the identity of the user in the list to be screened matches the identity of the user in the tag list, the user is listed in the hit list.
It should be noted that, if the identity of any user in the list to be screened is not matched with the identity of the user in the tag list, the hit list is an empty set.
The screening result comprises a hit list and also comprises the number of users in the hit list.
Step 103: and the first server feeds back the screening result to the third-party payment mechanism.
After the first server sends the screening result to the third-party payment mechanism, the third-party payment mechanism can intercept users in the hit list to conduct transactions according to the hit list contained in the screening result, and allows the users in the list to be screened, which are not coincident with the hit list, to conduct transactions by using the APP of the third-party payment mechanism. Because the list screening operation of the bank is completed before the transaction, the processing of transaction data is not delayed, and the real-time performance of normal transaction processing is ensured.
In the embodiment of the application, a first server of a bank obtains a list to be screened of a third-party payment mechanism; pre-screening the list to be screened by using a mark list before a user in the list to be screened develops a transaction through a third-party payment mechanism; and feeding the screening result back to the third-party payment mechanism. The third party payment authority may thus intercept users involved in the hit list of screening results before they have conducted transactions, preventing them from conducting transactions through the transaction services provided by the third party payment authority. Therefore, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can improve the data processing efficiency of the anti-money laundering project, and avoids the influence on the processing speed of transaction data through list pre-screening before transaction.
In order to improve the safety and the legality of data interaction between the third-party payment mechanism and the bank, the application also provides another data processing method.
Referring to fig. 2, the figure is a flowchart of another data processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step 201: the first server receives a pre-screening online request of the third-party payment mechanism, wherein the pre-screening online request carries a file name.
The third-party payment mechanism firstly sends a pre-screening online request to the third-party payment mechanism through the second server. The method comprises the steps that a first data interface and a second data interface are arranged on a first server, wherein the first data interface receives data sent to the first server by the second server; the first server sends data to the second server through the second data interface. Here, the first server receives the pre-screening online request sent by the second server of the third-party payment mechanism through the first data interface.
Step 202: and the first server checks the pre-screening online request.
The pre-screening online request is signed by the second server of the third-party payment authority before being sent, and therefore, after the pre-screening online request is received by the first server, the request needs to be signed by checking. Therefore, the safety of the information carried by the pre-screening online request is ensured. And after the signature is checked, the file name carried by the request can be obtained.
Step 203: the first server downloads the detailed file using the file name.
For example, the file name is abc, and the first server may download the detail file with the file name abc according to the file name. The detail file is also provided to the first server through the first data interface of the first server.
Step 204: and the first server checks the detailed file.
In order to ensure the security of the detail file, the second server also adds a label to the detail file before providing the detail file. Therefore, after the first server obtains the detail file, the first server also needs to check the label of the detail file.
Step 205: and the first server analyzes the detail file to obtain a list to be screened.
Step 206: before the user in the list to be screened develops a transaction through the third-party payment mechanism, the first server carries out pre-screening on the list to be screened by using the mark list to obtain a screening result of the list to be screened.
The implementation manner of steps 205-206 is substantially the same as that of steps 101-102 in the foregoing embodiment, so that reference may be made to the foregoing embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Step 207: and the first server adds a label to the screening result and feeds the screening result back to the third-party payment mechanism.
In order to ensure that the effective information in the screening result is fed back to the third-party payment mechanism safely, the second server may perform tagging on the screening result before sending the screening result, and send the tagged screening result to the second server of the third-party payment mechanism through the second data interface.
In the above embodiment, the anti-money laundering pre-screening is focused only on the machine screening results of the first server, without manual screening. The process is carried out before the transaction, so that the hit rate of anti-money laundering is greatly reduced during the transaction, and the anti-money laundering processing efficiency is improved.
In the application, the decoupling of financial transaction and anti-money laundering is realized to a certain extent, so that the processing efficiency of transaction data is improved. The method is easy to realize, and the screening result can be obtained by calling the third-party payment mechanism through a standard interface (a second data interface).
Based on the data processing method provided by the foregoing embodiment, correspondingly, the present application further provides a data processing system. As shown in fig. 3, the data processing system 300 includes:
