On the basis of the technical scheme, if the dialing user which is not stored in the contact person list is a friend or a family, the number information and the voice information of the dialing user can be automatically stored, and the information is updated to the database, wherein the name of the contact person and the like need to be answered by the user. In the practical application process, there may be a situation that the mobile phone of the answering user is lost or the number is changed, if the situation is that a friend verification mode can be adopted, the verification mode can be understood as the same verification mode as that of logging in the WeChat again, or the login account number obtains the data stored in the database corresponding to the account number.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the program or the system can also have the function of intelligently filtering the short messages. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the intelligent anti-fraud system or the application program can accurately identify the numbers of operators such as banks and the like, automatically filter the numbers of counterfeit banks and public security bureaus, and label 'fraud information' for the information; if bank transfer information, winning short messages and information of related contents appear in the short messages, the system can automatically mark the identifier of 'preventing from being cheated'.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the safety level of the dialing terminal corresponding to the current answering and dialing user is determined by acquiring the number information and/or the current voice information corresponding to the dialing user and based on the number information and/or the current voice information; when the current security level is determined, establishing a communication path corresponding to the dialing terminal so that the dialing user can communicate with a receiving user of the receiving terminal through the communication path; recording call information in a call process, sending the call information and the security level within preset time to a control terminal, so that a control user of the control terminal determines the identity of a dialing user according to the call information verification according to the security level, and feeds back the verification result to an answering terminal; the method and the system receive the check result fed back by the control terminal, remind the user of answering according to the check result, solve the technical problem that in the prior art, whether the phone is a fraud phone is determined only according to whether the phone is marked by an operator, but some numbers are still fraud phones even if not marked, so that phone fraud cannot be effectively avoided, realize that the user is reminded before the phone is connected, and recheck is carried out in the answering process, and timely and effectively remind the user, and further realize the technical effect of effectively avoiding phone fraud.

Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a reminding device according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, where the reminding device includes: a call security level determination module 310, a communication establishment module 320, an identity verification module 330, and a reminder module 340. The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention can be set as application software and can also be integrated on the terminal.
The module 310 for determining the call security level is configured to obtain number information and/or current voice information corresponding to a dialing user, and determine, based on the number information and/or the current voice information, a security level of currently answering the dialing terminal corresponding to the dialing user; the establishing communication module 320 is used for establishing a communication path corresponding to the dialing terminal when the current security level is determined, so that the dialing user can communicate with a receiving user of a receiving terminal through the communication path; the identity verification module 330 is configured to record call information during a call, send the call information and the security level within a preset time to a control terminal, so that a control user of the control terminal determines to verify an identity of the dialing user according to the call information according to the security level, and feed back a verification result to an answering terminal; and the reminding module 340 is configured to receive the verification result fed back by the control terminal, and remind the answering user according to the verification result.

judging whether the number information is in a contact list and/or whether the current voice information is consistent with pre-stored voice information; and determining that the security level of the current answering dialing terminal corresponding to the dialing user is the first level when the number information is judged to be in the contact list and/or the current voice information is consistent with the pre-stored voice information.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, the module for determining a security level of a call is further configured to:
if the number information is not in the violation mark list and the voice information is not matched with the same voice information in the pre-stored voice information, determining that the current answering security level is of a second level; or, if the number information is in the violation mark list and the number information is matched with the preset voice information according to the voice information, determining that the current answering safety level is three levels, and sending out alarm information at the answering terminal to remind the answering user to prevent fraud; or if the number information is in the violation mark list and the voice information is not matched with the same pre-stored voice information, determining that the current security level is four.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, the reminding module is further configured to:
if the dialing user is determined to be a safe user according to the feedback verification result, carrying out safe reminding on the user at the answering terminal; and if the dialing user is determined to be an unsafe user according to the feedback verification result, sending an alarm sound to remind an answering user and hang up the call so as to terminate the communication between the dialing terminal and the answering terminal.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, after the reminding module is configured to determine whether the dialing user is a safe user, the reminding module is further configured to:
if the dialing user is a safe user and the related information of the dialing user is not included in the contact list, storing the related information of the dialing user into the contact list; if the dialing user is an unsafe user and the information related to the dialing user is stored in the contact list, deleting the information related to the dialing user from the contact list; the related information comprises a user name, number information and voice information in preset time.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, the apparatus further includes: an alarm module to:
recording call information in a call process, and if sensitive words appear in the call information, reminding the answering user to prevent the answering user from being cheated by a call; wherein the sensitive vocabulary includes at least one of transfers, remittances, payment and red parcels.
On the basis of the above technical solutions, the apparatus further includes an update module, configured to:
and backing up the contact list information in a database, and updating the contact list information to the database when the contact list information of the answering terminal is updated.
The reminding device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the reminding method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
It should be noted that, the units and modules included in the apparatus are merely divided according to functional logic, but are not limited to the above division as long as the corresponding functions can be implemented; in addition, specific names of the functional units are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the embodiment of the invention.

Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary terminal 40 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present invention. The terminal 40 shown in fig. 4 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the terminal 40 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of the terminal 40 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 401, a system memory 402, and a bus 403 that couples the various system components (including the system memory 402 and the processing unit 401).
Bus 403 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, such architectures include, but are not limited to, Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro-channel architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
Terminal 40 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by terminal 40 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The system memory 402 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM)404 and/or cache memory 405. The terminal 40 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 406 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 4, and commonly referred to as a "hard drive"). Although not shown in FIG. 4, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to the bus 403 by one or more data media interfaces. Memory 402 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules that are configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
A program/utility 408 having a set (at least one) of program modules 407 may be stored, for example, in memory 402, such program modules 407 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 407 generally perform the functions and/or methods of the described embodiments of the invention.
The terminal 40 may also communicate with one or more external terminals 409 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 410, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the terminal 40, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable the terminal 40 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through input/output (I/O) interface 411. Also, the terminal 40 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the internet) via the network adapter 412. As shown, the network adapter 412 communicates with the other modules of the terminal 40 over the bus 403. It should be understood that although not shown in fig. 4, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with the terminal 40, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
The processing unit 401 executes various functional applications and data processing by running programs stored in the system memory 402, for example, to implement the reminding method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
EXAMPLE five
The fifth embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, are used for executing a reminding method.
The method comprises the following steps: acquiring number information and/or current voice information corresponding to a dialing user, and determining the security level of currently answering a dialing terminal corresponding to the dialing user based on the number information and/or the current voice information;
when the current security level is determined, establishing a communication path corresponding to the dialing terminal so that the dialing user can communicate with a receiving user of a receiving terminal through the communication path;
recording call information in a call process, sending the call information and the security level within preset time to a control terminal, so that a control user of the control terminal determines to check the identity of a dialing user according to the call information according to the security level, and feeds back a check result to an answering terminal;
and receiving the verification result fed back by the control terminal, and reminding the answering user according to the verification result.
Computer storage media for embodiments of the invention may employ any combination of one or more computer-readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for embodiments of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. Claims (9)

1. A reminding method is applied to a mobile terminal and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring number information and/or current voice information corresponding to a dialing user, and determining the security level of currently answering a dialing terminal corresponding to the dialing user based on the number information and/or the current voice information;
when the current security level is determined, establishing a communication path corresponding to the dialing terminal so that the dialing user can communicate with a receiving user of a receiving terminal through the communication path;
recording call information in a call process, sending the call information and the security level within preset time to a control terminal, so that a control user of the control terminal determines to check the identity of a dialing user according to the call information according to the security level, and feeds back a check result to an answering terminal;
receiving the verification result fed back by the control terminal, and reminding the answering user according to the verification result;
determining a security level of currently answering a dialing terminal corresponding to the dialing user based on the number information and/or the current voice information, including:
judging whether the number information is in a contact list and/or whether the current voice information is consistent with pre-stored voice information;
when the number information is judged to be in the contact list and/or the current voice information is consistent with the pre-stored voice information, determining that the security level of the current answering of the dialing terminal corresponding to the dialing user is a first level;
whether the voice information is consistent or not is that the voice characteristics corresponding to the dialing user can be determined according to the received voice information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a security level of currently listening to a dialing terminal corresponding to the dialing user based on the number information and/or the current voice information comprises:
if the number information is not in the violation mark list and the voice information is not matched with the same voice information in the pre-stored voice information, determining that the current answering security level is of a second level; or the like, or, alternatively,
if the number information is in the violation mark list and the number information is matched with the preset voice information according to the voice information, determining that the current answering safety level is three levels, and sending alarm information at the answering terminal to remind the answering user to prevent fraud; or the like, or, alternatively,
and if the number information is in the violation mark list and the voice information is not matched with the same number from the pre-stored voice information, determining that the current security level is four.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving the verification result fed back by the control terminal and reminding the answering user according to the verification result comprises:
if the dialing user is determined to be a safe user according to the feedback verification result, carrying out safe reminding on the user at the answering terminal;
and if the dialing user is determined to be an unsafe user according to the feedback verification result, sending an alarm sound to remind an answering user and hang up the call so as to terminate the communication between the dialing terminal and the answering terminal.
4. The method of claim 3, after determining whether the dialing user is a secure user, further comprising:
if the dialing user is a safe user and the related information of the dialing user is not included in the contact list, storing the related information of the dialing user into the contact list;
if the dialing user is an unsafe user and the information related to the dialing user is stored in the contact list, deleting the information related to the dialing user from the contact list;
the related information comprises a user name, number information and voice information in preset time.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
recording call information in a call process, and if sensitive words appear in the call information, reminding the answering user to prevent the answering user from being cheated by a call;
wherein the sensitive vocabulary includes at least one of transfers, remittances, payment and red parcels.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and backing up the contact list information in a database, and updating the contact list information to the database when the contact list information of the answering terminal is updated.
7. A reminding device configured in a mobile terminal is characterized by comprising:
the call safety level determining module is used for acquiring number information and/or current voice information corresponding to a dialing user and determining the safety level of currently answering the dialing terminal corresponding to the dialing user based on the number information and/or the current voice information;
the communication establishing module is used for establishing a communication path corresponding to the dialing terminal when the current security level is determined so that the dialing user can communicate with a receiving user of a receiving terminal through the communication path;
the identity verification module is used for recording call information in the call process, sending the call information and the security level within preset time to the control terminal, so that a control user of the control terminal determines to verify the identity of the dialing user according to the call information according to the security level and feeds back a verification result to the answering terminal;
the reminding module is used for receiving the verification result fed back by the control terminal and reminding the answering user according to the verification result;
the module for determining the call security level is further configured to:
judging whether the number information is in a contact list and/or whether the current voice information is consistent with pre-stored voice information;
when the number information is judged to be in the contact list and/or the current voice information is consistent with the pre-stored voice information, determining that the security level of the current answering of the dialing terminal corresponding to the dialing user is a first level;
whether the voice information is consistent or not is that the voice characteristics corresponding to the dialing user can be determined according to the received voice information.
8. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the reminder method of any of claims 1-6.
