The access module is used for connecting with a big data center of an operator, acquiring a mobile phone number of a principal from the big data center through the principal identification card number input by the information management module or inquired in the system management module, wherein the operator comprises mobile, communication, telecommunication and broadcast television; the real-name verifying module adaptively selects number issuing litigation information according to the number of the acquired mobile phone numbers of the parties; the information sending module is connected with a gateway communication interface of an operator and is used for sending litigation information to a principal and generating a receipt and supporting 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G; under the condition that the mobile phone number received by the principal is clear, the case number, the mobile phone number, the flash message content, the short message content and the multimedia message content can be directly input and sent to the principal through the information sending module; under the condition that the mobile phone number of the principal is unknown, the court can check and send the number at four operators through the identity card number, submit the identity card number and the sending content to a service platform of four telecom operators, automatically inquire the real-name mobile phone number under the identity card, automatically send the number and immediately generate a sending receipt.
The information sending module is used for supporting sending of short messages, multimedia messages and flash messages to a mobile phone of a party, wherein the flash messages push a popup screen, brief introduction of litigation content and prompt of the party to check detailed information in the short messages or the multimedia messages are carried out, the mobile phone screen is locked after the party receives the popup screen short messages, and the mobile phone can be used continuously after the flash message notification content is read and is clicked to be closed; the content of the short message comprises an electronic litigation platform link, and the content of the multimedia message is a litigation document and a picture. The platform sends a delivery mode of flash message, short message or flash message and multimedia message with forced screen flicking function to the mobile phone number of the party through four operators of mobile, telecom, unicom and broadcast television, and delivers court litigation documents except decision books, adjudication books and mediation books, and the party can effectively read delivery contents and synchronously generate delivery activities of delivery returns.
