the method further comprises the following steps:
when the information type is internal notice of a company, reading an organization structure and related personnel information based on a human resource module in the enterprise management system; sending a company/department notification to the corresponding company/department employee;
a 1-to-1 communication is established for the employee within the enterprise management system.
