Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of tooth health care and nursing, in particular to a capsule-wrapped perfuming composition and an intervention type tooth gap cleaning product.
Background
The intervening type tooth gap cleaning products comprise dental floss, toothpicks, tooth gap brushes and the like, can conveniently remove dirt on tooth gaps and tooth surfaces, and keep clean and healthy. The intervening type tooth gap cleaning product is loaded with essence and/or functional components, so that the product has the effects of freshening breath, removing dental plaque and the like. Existing mainstream interventional type tooth space cleaning products such as dental floss products generally adopt the steps of directly mixing and coating essence and/or functional components with an adhesive on the dental floss products, and enabling the essence and/or functional components of the coating layer to be in contact with teeth to exert effects while removing food residues through contact friction between a dental floss body and the teeth.
However, the essence itself has the characteristics of being volatile and poor in stability, and when being loaded on dental floss, the fragrance concentration of the dental floss can be greatly reduced along with the extension of the storage time, namely the fragrance cannot be kept for a long time, so that the fragrance and the cool feeling felt between teeth are weaker during use. Some dental floss products are flavored with powdered flavors, which are applied to dental floss after being diluted with water. The powder essence has low essence content, and has the problems of higher solid content and weak adhesion capability. Therefore, after the dental floss is flavored, the phenomenon of powder falling can be caused by insufficient fragrance concentration and insufficient adhesive force. In addition, the dental floss body is thinner, essence and functional components are not easy to carry, and the problems of agglomeration and the like are easy to occur when the dental floss body is dried after part of the adhesive is adhered to the dental floss, so that the storage stability of the functional dental floss is poor, the problem of powder falling is easy to occur after long-term storage, and the using effect of the functional dental floss is affected.

TABLE 1
Test example 1
The flavor retention performance of the flosses of examples 1 to 5, 14 and comparative example 1 during use was examined, wherein the flosses were scored and evaluated after use by a test team consisting of 20 persons for flavor intensity and cool feeling intensity (7 to 10 points: strong flavor; 5 to 6 points: strong flavor; 2 to 4 points: weak flavor; 1 point: weak flavor), and the results are shown in Table 2 below.
Table 2 results of fragrance retention properties of examples 1 to 5, 14 and comparative example 1
/>
As can be seen from Table 2, the flavor intensity and cool feeling intensity of the dental floss products of examples 1 to 5 can reach 5 to 10 minutes, and the dental floss products can also feel obvious cool taste and flavor after picking 3 to 8 teeth on average, wherein the second wrapping layer is adopted to cover the outer wrapping layer in example 4, and the lasting flavor retaining effect of 7 to 8 teeth can also be achieved, which indicates that the flavoring composition of the application has better slow release and lasting flavor retaining effect between teeth through the cooperation of the essence inner core and the outer wrapping layer structure; in the example 14, the sodium starch octenyl succinate is replaced by the Arabic gum, and compared with the example 1 with the same essence dosage, the higher fragrance intensity and cool feeling intensity can be achieved at first, but the fragrance and cool feeling are released rapidly in the interdental environment, and the obvious fragrance and cool feeling are difficult to feel after 4 teeth are removed on average, so that the sodium starch octenyl succinate can be matched with cyclodextrin, the slow release effect of the essence is further improved, and the lasting fragrance is promoted; in comparative example 1, the mixture of sodium starch octenyl succinate and cyclodextrin is used for forming a coating layer, the persistence of the flavor and the cool feeling is poorer, and 3 teeth are averagely removed to lose obvious flavor and cool feeling, thus reflecting the advantage of the two-layer coating structure for improving the slow release effect.
Test example 2
The storage stability of the dental flosses of examples 1 to 5 was examined, and the flavor intensity of the dental flosses at the beginning and after one, two and three months of storage was measured, respectively, and the measurement results are shown in Table 3 below.
TABLE 3 fragrance intensity after storage test results for examples 1-5
As can be seen from Table 3, the initial flavor intensity of the dental floss of examples 1 to 5 can reach 5 to 10 minutes, the flavor intensity can be maintained at 3 to 8 minutes after three months of storage, and a certain flavor is still provided.
Test example 3
The dental floss products prepared in examples 1, 6, 7 and 13 were examined for storage stability, powder falling degree, flavor property, cool feeling property and use effect, and the results are shown in table 4.
Table 4 results of performance investigation of example 1, example 6, example 7 and example 13
As is clear from Table 4, the initial flavor intensity and cool feeling intensity of the dental floss products of examples 1, 6, 7 and 13 were 8 minutes or more, and a good use experience was exhibited. Wherein, the dental floss of example 1 has no powder falling phenomenon in appearance after 3 months of storage, and the fragrance intensity and cool feeling intensity are slightly attenuated, but can still reach about 75-77.8% of the initial fragrance intensity and cool feeling intensity after three months, and the dental floss has excellent storage stability; the examples 7 and 13 using cellulose gum as the binder and the example 6 using corn starch as the binder also ensure strong initial fragrance intensity and cool feeling intensity, but slight powder falling occurs after one month of storage, obvious powder falling problems are visible after two and three months, and fragrance intensity is only 12.5 to 25% of the initial fragrance intensity before and during three months of use. For the lasting degree of fragrance and cool feeling, the dental floss of the embodiment 1 ensures a better slow release effect at the beginning, the lasting effect is improved by 33% compared with the dental floss of the embodiment 6, the embodiment 7 and the embodiment 13, the lasting effect is more than 6 times of that of the embodiment 7 after three months of storage, and the moderate strong fragrance feeling can be maintained, so that the application has good slow release effect when the application is carried out in a tooth gap due to the fact that the essence is wrapped by the microcapsule structure of the first wrapping layer and the outer wrapping layer, the fragrance and/or cool feeling initial concentration is high, the fragrance is lasting, the long-term storage stability is ensured by adopting the cooperation of the gelatinized glutinous rice starch and the microcapsule structure, and the problem that the powder of the dental floss essence is easy to fall is solved.
