When the liquid outlet piston 5 slides through the sliding drive of the piston member 41, when the liquid in the accommodating chamber 121 is more, the piston member 41 needs to slide upwards for a larger distance to pump the liquid, and when the piston member 41 slides upwards, the limit protrusion 54 of the liquid outlet piston 5 abuts against the end of the conducting ring 24, so that the sliding of the liquid outlet piston 5 can be limited, and the situation that the liquid outlet piston 5 slides out of the conducting hole 241 under the driving of the piston member 41 can be reduced. And the outer diameter of the limiting convex part 54 is smaller than that of the conducting ring 24, so that when the piston member 41 slides upwards to the upper limit position, the limiting convex part 54 is reduced to have an interference effect on the upward movement of the piston member 41, and the piston member 41 can pump the liquid in the accommodating chamber 121 more completely.
Referring to fig. 2, the connecting shaft 6 includes at least two hard tubes 61 and a flexible tube 62 for connecting the two hard tubes 61, and one hard tube 61 may be inserted into the other hard tube 61. In this embodiment, the connecting shaft 6 includes three hard tubes 61 and the three hard tubes 61 are connected by a flexible tube 62, the flexible tube 62 is made of rubber, and the bottom hard tube 61 is inserted into the middle hard tube 61 along with the rising of the piston 41, and the middle hard tube 61 is inserted into the upper hard tube 61, so as to be compressed in a one-to-one manner. When the limit protrusion 54 of the liquid outlet piston 5 abuts against the end of the conducting ring 24, the piston member 41 is connected with the liquid outlet piston 5 through a connecting shaft 6, so that when the liquid outlet piston 5 stops sliding upwards, the upward sliding of the piston member 41 is easy to influence, the connecting shaft 6 is provided with at least two hard pipe bodies 61 and a hose body 62 for connecting the two hard pipe bodies 61, when the liquid outlet piston 5 stops sliding upwards, the hard pipe body 61 slides upwards through the other hard pipe body 61 under the action of the hose body 62, the piston member 41 can slide upwards continuously, and the situation that the liquid outlet piston 5 influences the sliding of the piston member 41 can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 6, a receiving groove 55 for the connecting shaft 6 to compress and retract is formed in the side of the liquid outlet piston 5 facing the piston member 41. The piston member 41 is provided with a mounting groove 412 for mounting the end of the hard tube 61 on the side facing the tapping piston 5. When the piston member 41 slides upwards to the upper limit position, the top side of the upper piston 41 abuts against the bottom side of the pressing top cover 2, so that the accommodating groove 55 of the liquid outlet piston 5 abuts against the mounting groove 412 of the piston member 41 to form a space for the conduction ring 24, the limit protrusion 54 and the connecting shaft 6 which are retracted to be clamped in, and therefore, the interference effect of the conduction ring 24, the limit protrusion 54 and the connecting shaft 6 on the upward movement of the piston member 41 can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, since the inner housing 12 is sleeved in the outer housing 11, and the inner housing 12 and the outer housing 11 are both cylindrical, the inner housing 12 is rotatably disposed in the outer housing 11, a rotation locking member is disposed between the inner housing 12 and the outer housing 11, when the inner housing 12 is rotated rightward, the inner housing 12 is in an unlocked state and can be pressed downward, and when the inner housing 12 is rotated leftward, the inner housing 12 is in a locked state, thereby improving the stability of the cream bottle in an unused state. Since the rotation locking member is not an important invention point of the present application, it is not described in detail herein.
The implementation principle of the spring-free all-plastic push type cream bottle provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows:
when the springless full-plastic push type cream bottle is used, liquid such as emulsion, cream and the like is contained in the containing cavity 121 of the inner shell 12, a user presses the top cover 2 to push the inner shell 12 downwards, so that the soft pump 42 at the bottom side of the inner shell 12 is extruded, air flowing in the soft pump 42 through the first one-way valve 43 flows into the inner shell 12 through the second one-way valve 44, the piston piece 41 in the inner shell 12 is pushed upwards through air pressure, the liquid outlet piston 5 is driven to slide upwards, the liquid outlet channel 23 is opened, and meanwhile, the piston piece 41 presses the liquid upwards, so that the liquid in the containing cavity 121 can be pumped out; when the user releases the pressing top cover 2, the soft pump 42 returns to its original state according to its own form, so that the piston member 41 loses the gas pressure effect, and slides downwards according to the gravity, thereby driving the liquid outlet piston 5 to slide downwards, so as to close the liquid outlet channel 23, and the liquid remaining in the liquid outlet channel 23 due to the relatively viscous liquid outlet piston 5 can be reduced.

The spring-free full-plastic push type cream bottle is characterized by comprising a bottle body (1), a push top cover (2) arranged above the bottle body (1) and a pump body assembly (4) arranged in the bottle body (1), wherein the bottle body (1) comprises an outer shell (11) and an inner shell (12) slidably arranged in the outer shell (11), an installation cavity (111) for slidably installing the inner shell (12) is arranged in the outer shell (11), a containing cavity (121) for containing liquid is arranged in the inner shell (12), and the push top cover (2) is arranged at the top of the inner shell (12); the pump body assembly (4) comprises a piston member (41) arranged in the accommodating cavity (121) in a sliding manner, a soft pump (42) arranged in the mounting cavity (111) and abutted against the bottom side of the inner shell (12) for driving the piston member (41) to slide, a first one-way valve (43) arranged at the bottom side of the soft pump (42) for allowing external air to flow into the soft pump (42), and a second one-way valve (44) arranged at the bottom side of the inner shell (12) for allowing air in the soft pump (42) to flow into the inner shell (12); the liquid outlet device is characterized in that a liquid outlet channel (23) for liquid to flow out is arranged on the pressing top cover (2), the pressing top cover (2) slides in the liquid outlet channel (23) and is provided with a liquid outlet piston (5) for opening and closing the liquid outlet channel (23), the liquid outlet piston (5) is connected with the piston piece (41) through a connecting shaft (6), and the piston piece (41) drives the liquid outlet piston (5) to slide.

The springless full-plastic push type cream bottle as claimed in claim 1, wherein a conducting ring body (24) is arranged on one side of the push top cover (2) facing the piston member (41), a conducting hole (241) penetrating through two ends of the conducting ring body (24) is formed in the conducting ring body (24), the conducting hole (241) is formed into the liquid outlet channel (23), and a limit convex part (54) in sliding abutting connection with the end part of the conducting ring body (24) is arranged on one end of the liquid outlet piston (5) facing the piston member (41).

A springless full-plastic push type cream bottle as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the conducting ring body (24) is provided with a liquid outlet guide part (242) at one end facing away from the piston member (41), and the liquid outlet piston (5) is provided with a guide cone part (51) adapted to the liquid outlet guide part (242) at one end facing away from the piston member (41).
5. A springless full plastic push type cream bottle as defined in claim 2, further comprising a sealing cover (3) detachably mounted on the top side of said inner housing (12) and covering the upper side of said push top cover (2).
6. The springless full plastic push type cream bottle of claim 4, wherein said liquid outlet piston (5) is provided with a sealing collar (53) in sealing abutment with the edge of said through hole (241) at the end of said guiding cone (51) remote from said piston member (41).
7. A springless, all-plastic, push-type cream bottle as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the push cap (2) is provided with a first guide surface (25) for the outflow of liquid at the edge of the side of the through hole (241) facing away from the piston member (41).
8. A springless, all-plastic, push-type cream bottle as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the tapping piston (5) is provided with a second guide surface (52) for tapping liquid on the side face facing away from the piston member (41).

The springless full plastic push type cream bottle as set forth in claim 5, wherein a blocking protrusion (31) abutting against the top side of the push cap (2) is provided on one side of the push cap (3) facing the push cap (2), and a clamping ring groove (26) for clamping the end of the blocking protrusion (31) is provided on the periphery of the through hole (241) of the push cap (2).
