In one embodiment, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and with reference to the attached drawings.
The technical scheme of this application embodiment provides a cup, including cup body 2 and bowl cover 1, bowl cover 1 can cover and locate cup body 2.
It can be understood that the cup is suitable for various suction tube cups with suction tubes, saves more labor when absorbing liquid, does not have abnormal sound when absorbing liquid, has good sealing property, is convenient and quick to use, and is simple and convenient to install and the like.
It should be noted that, the present embodiment does not limit the specific shape and structure of the cup body, and all cup bodies that can be connected or used with the cup cover in a matching manner in the prior art are within the protection scope of the present application.
Wherein, the connection mode of the cup cover 1 and the cup body 2 can be various. For example, the cup body 2 and the cup cover 1 can be connected through a fastener, specifically: an external thread is arranged at the opening at the top of the cup body 2, the fastening piece is preferably a threaded cover 3 with an internal thread, the threaded cover 3 is arranged at the bottom of the cup cover 1, and a sealing ring 5 is also arranged between the threaded cover 3 and the cup cover 1, so that when liquid does not need to be filled into the cup body 2, the cup cover 1 can be arranged at the opening at the top of the cup body 2 only by screwing the threaded cover 3 in a certain direction; when liquid needs to be filled into the cup body 2 or the liquid needs to be poured, the cup cover 1 can be taken down from the opening at the top of the cup body 2 only by screwing the threaded cover 3 in the opposite direction.
The cup can be used for containing various liquids such as water, beverages and the like, and a user can suck the liquid in the cup by sucking the straw. For simplification, the cup cover and the cup are specifically explained by taking the water contained in the cup as an example. In this embodiment, through adopting above-mentioned bowl cover, can be more favorable to being used for drinking water to promote user's drinking water experience and feel.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the specific structure of the cup lid 1 will be described in detail.
The cup lid 1 provided by the embodiment includes a cup lid body 10, a water outlet unit 11 and a first locking unit 12, wherein the water outlet unit 11 and the first locking unit 12 are both disposed on the cup lid body 10, specifically, the first locking unit 12 includes a sliding member 121 and a moving member 122, the sliding member 121 is slidably mounted on the cup lid body 10, the moving member 122 is slidably mounted in the cup lid body 10, the sliding member 121 is connected with the moving member 122, and a space for avoiding the water outlet unit 11 exists between the sliding member 121 and the moving member 122, so that the water outlet unit 11 can be located between the sliding member 121 and the moving member 122.
In a normal state, the movable member 122 extrudes the water unit 11 to deform the water unit 11, thereby achieving a sealing effect on the water unit 11 to prevent water in the cup body 2 from flowing out to the outside through the water unit 11; when a user needs to drink water, the sliding member 121 is operated to move towards the first direction (left direction in fig. 1), specifically, the pressing portion 1212 provided at the end of the sliding member 121 is pressed, at this time, the sliding member 121 drives the movable member 122 to move towards the first direction, so that the movable member 122 releases the squeezing effect on the water outlet unit 11, and thus, the water outlet unit 11 is elastically restored to be opened.
Further, the cup lid 1 further comprises a second locking unit 13 and a ventilation unit 14 arranged on the cup lid body 10. The second locking unit 13 includes a key 131, and the vent unit 14 has a vent hole 141. The catch 131 fits over the slider 121 and seals the vent 141 and can be used to open or close the vent unit 14. The latch 131 is also disposed on the lid body 10, and the latch 131 can reciprocate along a second direction (vertical direction in fig. 1) perpendicular to the first direction, and the sliding member 121 has a protrusion 1211.
In a normal state, an end surface of the protrusion 1211 is opposite to and abuts against an inner wall of the locking key 131, and at this time, since the sliding member 121 is not moved and is located in the initial state, the movable member 122 is also not moved and is located in the initial state, that is, the movable member 122 presses the water outlet unit 11 to make the water outlet unit 11 in a sealed state; when the sliding member 121 is operated to move toward the first direction (left in fig. 1), the movable member 122 moves to a certain extent along with the sliding member 121 toward the first direction, so that the movable member 122 releases the pressing effect on the water outlet unit 11, and the water outlet unit 11 is elastically restored to open, at this time, the end surface of the protrusion 1211 and the inner wall of the latch 131 are dislocated due to the movement of the sliding member 121, and thus, in order to effectively prevent the movable member 122 and the sliding member 121 from returning toward the direction (right in fig. 1) opposite to the first direction, the latch 131 moves a certain distance in the second direction, specifically, the inner wall of the latch 131 on the side close to the protrusion 1211 is close to the sliding member 121 (upward in fig. 1), so that the side wall of the latch 131 is opposite to the side surface of the protrusion 1211, and therefore, the side wall of the latch 131 blocks the sliding member 121 from returning toward the direction opposite to the first direction, the movable member 122 is prevented from moving back toward the opposite direction to the first direction to seal the outlet unit 11.
It should be noted here that the vent 141 is provided to balance the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the cup in order to avoid the negative pressure in the cup causing the water outlet to be laborious when opening, or to avoid the pressure in the cup causing water in the suction pipe to splash out and hurt people.
Therefore, when the sliding member 121 and the movable member 122 move in the first direction, the water outlet unit 11 is in the open state, and at the same time, the locking key 131 is in the state of blocking the sliding member 121 from returning, and at the same time, the bottom of the locking key 131 is separated from the upper end surface of the ventilation unit 14, that is, the locking key 131 opens the ventilation hole 141 of the ventilation unit 14, and at this time, the ventilation hole of the inner cavity of the cup communicating with the outside is in the open state, so that when a user sucks water from the outer end portion of the water outlet unit 11, since the water outlet unit 11 and the ventilation unit 14 are both open, and the inner cavity of the cup communicates with the outside, the water suction can be easier, or the water can be prevented from being sprayed. When the latch 131 moves in the second direction to release the side wall of the latch 131 from blocking the protruding side surface, the sliding member 121 and the moving member 122 move back toward the direction opposite to the first direction, so as to press and seal the water outlet unit 11 through the moving member, and at the same time, the vent hole communicating the inner cavity of the cup with the outside is also closed, that is, the bottom of the latch 131 is in close contact with the upper end surface of the vent unit 14, and the latch 131 closes the vent hole 141 of the vent unit 14, so that when the water outlet unit is closed and the vent hole is closed, it is ensured that water in the cup does not flow out through the water outlet unit, and the sealing effect is good.
In conclusion, in the embodiment, by adopting the cup cover, the problem caused by adopting umbrella-shaped ventilation silica gel sealing in the prior art can be effectively relieved, namely, the water outlet unit and the air vent are opened actively, so that a user can absorb water conveniently, and the problem that the ventilation silica gel is vibrated to make sound due to the influence of air flow is avoided; and moreover, the water outlet unit and the vent hole are closed actively, so that double functions are realized, and the risk of water leakage is effectively relieved. And the water outlet unit is of a straight-through type, so that the resistance and the length of water flow can be reduced, the experience feeling during sucking can be improved, and more labor is saved during sucking.
Further, in order to achieve the automatic return of the movable element 122, so that the movable element 122 can extrude the water unit 11 to deform and achieve sealing, the preferred solution in this embodiment is: the first locking unit 12 includes a first return spring 123, one end of the first return spring 123 is connected to the inner wall of the lid body 10, and the other end is connected to the movable member 122. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, an installation seat 101 for installing one end of the first return spring 123 is arranged on the inner wall of the cup cover body 10, and a tail groove 1222 for installing the other end of the first return spring 123 is arranged on one side of the movable element 122 away from the water outlet unit 11, so that the first return spring 123 is stably installed through the installation seat 101 and the tail groove 1222.
In order to realize the extrusion deformation of the movable member 122 to the water outlet unit 11, in this embodiment, it is preferable that an extrusion block 1221 is disposed on the movable member 122 at a side close to the water outlet unit 11, and an extrusion end portion of the extrusion block 1221 is an arc-shaped surface, so that the water outlet unit 11 is extruded out through the arc-shaped surface at the front end of the extrusion block 1221 under the elastic force action of the first return spring 123 of the movable member 122, which not only realizes the deformation sealing of the water outlet unit 11, but also reduces the damage to the water outlet unit 11.
It should be noted that, in consideration of the installation and movement of the sliding member 121, in the present embodiment, a fixing seat 15 is disposed in the inner side fixing groove of the lid body 10 and at a position around the water outlet unit, and specifically referring to fig. 1, in order to prevent the fixing seat 15 from moving, a pin 16 is installed from above the lid body 10, so as to achieve a fixing effect on the fixing seat 15 through the pin 16, and to ensure that the fixing seat 15 does not move axially.
Further, in order to prevent the sliding member 121 from being detached from the cup lid body 10, in this embodiment, a fixing member such as a pin 17 is provided, specifically referring to fig. 1 to 6, the pin 17 is installed on the fixing base 15 along a front-back direction (a direction perpendicular to a screen in fig. 1 inward or outward), the sliding member 121 includes a propping end 1213 for propping against the moving member 122, a through groove 1214 penetrating along a second direction is provided at the propping end 1213, the fixing base 15 is disposed in the through groove 1214, and the through groove 1214 can move relative to the fixing base 15, so that when the sliding member 121 moves along the first direction, the through groove 1214 can avoid the fixing base 15 to ensure the movement of the sliding member 121; preferably, two side walls of the through groove 1214 are provided with sliding holes 1215, and two ends of the pin 17 respectively penetrate through the sliding holes 1215 on the two side walls.
Based on the above, when the sliding member 121 moves towards the first direction, the through groove 1214 moves relative to the fixed seat 15, and the sliding hole 1215 moves relative to the pin 17, so as to ensure smooth sliding of the sliding member 121; after the sliding member 121 moves a certain distance in the direction opposite to the first direction, the inner wall of one end of the sliding hole 1215 is blocked by the pin 17, so that the movement of the sliding member 121 is limited, and the sliding member 121 is prevented from being separated from the cup cover body 10.
It should be noted that, in view of the fact that the water outlet unit 11 is located between the sliding member 121 and the movable member 122, in the embodiment, it is preferable that a groove 1223 is provided on the movable member 122, the water outlet unit 11 is accommodated in the groove 1223, and the abutting end 1213 of the sliding member 121 abuts against the groove 1223 of the movable member 122, and encloses the water outlet unit 11 in the groove 1223.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, an abutting end 1213 and a mounting sleeve 1216 are disposed at an end of the slider 121 close to the movable element 122, when mounting, the mounting sleeve 1216 is sleeved on an outer side wall of the movable element 122, and the abutting end 1213 abuts against an end surface of the groove 1223, so that the slider 121 and the movable element 122 are mounted through the mounting sleeve 1216, and the movable element 122 is abutted through the abutting end 1213. Further, the abutting end 1213 and the groove 1223 of the movable member 122 enclose the water outlet unit 11 therebetween, so that the water outlet unit 11 can be avoided. Furthermore, the fixed seat 15 is also accommodated between the abutting end 1213 and the groove 1223, so that the water outlet unit 11 is accommodated between the fixed seat 15 and the groove 1223, and when the movable element 122 extrudes the water outlet unit 11 under the action of the first return spring 123, the movable element can cooperate with the fixed seat 15 to extrude and deform the water outlet unit 11, thereby achieving sealing; when the sliding member 121 drives the movable member 122 to move toward the first direction, the movable member 122 is away from the water outlet unit 11, so that the water outlet unit 11 is easily deformed and restored to be opened.
In this embodiment, the key 131 is sleeved on the sliding member 121, preferably, a through hole 1311 is provided on the key 131, the penetrating direction of the through hole 1311 is parallel to the first direction, the sliding member 121 passes through the through hole 1311, and the sliding member 121 can move in the through hole 1311 along the first direction or in the opposite direction; further preferably, referring to fig. 1, 2, 4, a step 1312 is provided on an inner wall of the through hole 1311, and the step 1312 corresponds to the projection 1211 of the slider 121.
As shown in fig. 1, in the normal state, the sliding member 121 is in the initial state, the movable member 122 extrudes the water unit 11 to realize sealing, and at this time, the lower end surface of the protrusion 1211 is disposed opposite to the upper end surface of the step 1312 and abuts against each other; as the sliding member 121 and the movable member 122 move in the first direction, the protrusion 1211 gradually moves leftward, and when the protrusion 1211 and the step 1312 are completely dislocated, the protrusion 1211 releases the abutment effect on the step 1312, so that the step 1312 moves upward in the second direction, and the left side surface of the step 1312 gradually faces the right side surface of the protrusion 1211, so that the abutment effect on the right side surface of the protrusion 1211 is achieved by the left side surface of the step 1312, and finally, the limiting effect on the sliding member 121 is achieved, so that the sliding member 121 and the movable member 122 are prevented from moving rightward, the movable member 122 releases the squeezing effect on the water outlet unit 11, and the drinking water of a user is further influenced. When the water outlet unit 11 needs to be sealed, the operation locking key 131 moves downwards, at this time, the step 1312 gradually moves downwards to release the abutting action on the side surface of the protrusion 1211, and then the sliding piece 121 releasing the limiting action can move rightwards, the movable piece 122 can also move rightwards, and finally the sliding piece 121 extrudes out of the water outlet unit 11 again to realize sealing.
Further, in order to realize the automatic return of the latch 131, in this embodiment, a second return spring 132 is further added between the lid body 10 and the latch 131, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the top end of the latch 131 protrudes out of the top of the lid body 10; when the protrusion 1211 of the slider 121 releases the abutment action on the step 1312 on the latch 131, the latch 131 automatically moves upward under the elastic force of the second return spring 132, so that the side surface of the step 1312 gradually faces the side surface of the protrusion 1211, and the side surface of the protrusion 1211 is limited by the side surface of the step 1312.
Specifically, the cup lid of the present embodiment further includes an opening 102 disposed in the lid body 10, and the opening 102 is communicated with the outside through some gaps (not shown in the figure) to ensure that the inner cavity of the cup is communicated with the outside. The opening 102 is provided with a vent unit 14 made of silicon rubber, and the vent hole 141 is a through hole penetrating through the vent unit 14. The upper end of the vent 141 is opposite to the bottom end of the key 131, which can be referred to fig. 1 to 4.
Therefore, in a normal state, the lower end surface of the protrusion 1211 of the sliding member 121 abuts against the upper end surface of the step 1312 on the inner wall of the latch 131 to prevent the latch 131 from moving upward under the elastic force of the second return spring 132, and at this time, the bottom end of the outer wall of the latch 131 abuts against the upper end of the vent unit 14, so that the vent hole 141 is sealed by the latch 131 to prevent the inside and outside communication, and further, even if the sealing at the water outlet unit 11 is not perfect, the water in the cup does not leak from the water outlet unit 11 basically based on the basic principle of atmospheric pressure, thereby further alleviating the problem of water leakage of the cup.
When drinking water is needed, the sliding member 121 and the movable member 122 move leftwards, the protrusion 1211 releases the abutment on the upper end surface of the step 1312, and the locking key 131 moves upwards under the action of the elastic force of the second return spring 132, so that the bottom end of the locking key 131 releases the abutment on the upper end of the ventilation unit 14, the ventilation hole 141 can be communicated with the gap, the communication between the inner cavity of the cup and the outside is realized through the gap, at the moment, the internal and external air pressures are balanced, the water outlet unit 11 is in an open state, and a user can easily suck water.
Based on the water outlet unit 11 can realize sealing in the elastic deformation state and can realize communication in the elastic return state to facilitate water outlet, in this embodiment, it is preferable that the water outlet unit 11 is made of a soft material, and further preferably, the water outlet unit 11 is made of a silicone tube. Specifically, the water outlet unit 11 is provided with a water outlet channel, and the water outlet channel is of a straight-through structure, so that compared with other fold-line structures, the water outlet unit 11 in the embodiment can reduce water outlet resistance and the length of a water outlet path, and is more favorable for improving experience feeling during water absorption, and water absorption is more labor-saving.
In order to realize that the user can absorb water from the water outlet unit 11, the bottom end of the water outlet unit 11 is further connected with a water outlet pipe 4 in the embodiment, preferably, the water outlet pipe 4 is made of food-grade plastic material, so that the water outlet unit 11 can extend into the cup body 2 through the water outlet pipe 4, and further guarantee is provided for the user to absorb water.
The further preferred scheme in this example is: an outer cover 18 is further arranged on the outer side of the cup cover body 10, a dustproof cover 19 is further covered on the outer side of the outer cover 18, the upper end of the water outlet unit 11 extends out of the outer cover 18, a pushing block 191 is arranged inside the dustproof cover 19, and pushing of the upper portion of the locking key 131 can be achieved through the pushing block 191, as shown in fig. 4 and 5 in particular. When the dust cap 19 is completely covered on the outer side of the cup lid body 10, the pushing block 191 just abuts on the upper portion of the latch 131 and pushes the latch 131 to move downward, and when the side surface of the step 1312 releases the abutment on the side surface of the protrusion 1211, the sliding member 121 and the movable member 122 move rightward under the elastic force of the first return spring 123, so that the movable member 122 realizes the extrusion sealing of the water outlet unit 11; meanwhile, after the dust cap 19 is covered, the pushing block 191 pushes the upper part of the locking key 131 at any time, so that the locking key 131 tightly abuts against the ventilation unit 14, and the ventilation hole 141 is prevented from being accidentally communicated to cause water leakage.
Further, set up shield 19 in the outside of bowl cover body 10 and enclosing cover 18, can establish including structures such as play water unit 11, enclosing cover 18, second locking unit 13 cover through shield 19 to can prevent effectively that external dust from falling into places such as play water unit, further guarantee sanitary safety.
In addition, it should be noted that, in view of the problem of cleaning the cup, it is preferable in this embodiment that other attached components such as the water outlet unit 11, the ventilation unit 14, and the like are detachably designed, so as to facilitate periodic cleaning and ensure sanitary safety.
The specific scheme of the cup cover provided by the implementation is as follows:
in a normal state, a user does not need to drink water, the dustproof cover 19 is closed at the moment, the pushing block 191 in the dustproof cover 19 pushes the upper part of the locking key 131, so that the locking key 131 is in a downward position, and the bottom of the locking key 131 is tightly propped against the vent hole 141 of the ventilation unit 14, so that the inside and the outside of the cup are separated; meanwhile, under the action of the first return spring 123, the sliding member 121 and the movable member 122 are both located at the right-going position, and the pressing block 1221 of the movable member 122 presses out the water unit 11 to deform, so as to seal the water unit 11, and the protrusion 1211 of the sliding member 121 abuts against the upper end of the step 1312 of the latch 131, so as to further prevent the latch 131 from moving upwards. Based on the above state, the movable member 122 realizes the sealing of the water outlet unit 11 through the pressing block 1221, and the locking key 131 blocks the vent hole 141, so that the water in the cup is not easy to flow out, i.e. the water leakage phenomenon is not easy to occur in this state.
When a user needs to drink water, the dust cap 19 is opened, the pushing action of the pushing block 191 on the upper portion of the locking key 131 is released, then the pressing portion 1212 of the sliding member 121 is pushed, the sliding member 121 moves leftwards and drives the movable member 122 to move leftwards, at the moment, the extrusion block 1221 gradually releases the extrusion action on the water outlet unit 11, so that the water outlet unit 11 is gradually opened, meanwhile, the protrusion 1211 releases the extrusion action on the step 1312 of the locking key 131, the locking key 131 moves upwards under the action of the elastic force of the second return spring 132, so that the side surface of the step 1312 gradually faces the side surface of the protrusion 1211, therefore, when the pressing portion 1212 is released, the right side surface of the protrusion 1211 tightly abuts against the left side surface of the step 1312 under the action of the elastic force of the first return spring 123, the sliding member 121 is limited and cannot move rightwards, and the water outlet unit 11 cannot be closed in the water sucking process; moreover, the latch 131 moves upward, so that the top of the vent 141 is released from the tight sealing effect, and the vent 141 is communicated with the outside through a gap, so that the internal and external air pressures are balanced. Based on the above state, the water discharge unit 11 is fully opened on the one hand, and the vent hole 141 is opened on the other hand, so that the user can drink water conveniently in this state without problems of the related art.
Of course, the cup provided by the embodiment comprises the cup cover, and the technical advantages are also achieved.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
