The inner cover 132 is also a disc-shaped structure, which is disposed on the other side of the outer cover 131, and forms a mounting hole 130 opposite to the water inlet component 4 in sealing engagement with the outer cover 131, and forms the water outlet chamber 12 in sealing engagement with the rear cover component 13.
Specifically, the inner cap 132 is provided with a second connecting portion 1321 extending axially toward the outer cap 131 side; the outer cover 131 is provided with a third connecting portion 1312 axially extending towards one side of the inner cover 132, the second connecting portion 1321 and the third connecting portion 1312 are both tubular structures, the third connecting portion 1312 is sleeved outside the second connecting portion 1321, and the inner wall of the third connecting portion 1312 and the outer wall of the second connecting portion 1321 are sealed through a sealing ring. The second connection portion 1321 and the inner cavity of the first connection portion 1311 of the cover 131 constitute the mounting hole 130.
The seat body 133 is a cylindrical structure and is installed in the installation hole 130, one end of the seat body is provided with a first hole 13321 communicated with the water outlet end of the water inlet component 4, the other end of the seat body is provided with a second hole 13311 communicated with the water outlet cavity 12, the side wall of the seat body is provided with a water passing opening 111, and the inner cavity of the seat body forms the water inlet channel 11; preferably, when the seat body 133 is arranged in place in the mounting hole 130, a water passing gap is formed between the outer wall of the seat body 133 and the inner wall of the mounting hole 130, and the water passing gap is connected with the water inlet 111 and the water outlet cavity 12, so that the water inlet channel 11 is communicated with the water outlet cavity 12, and the water passing port 111 is communicated with the water outlet cavity 12, and the structure is simple and the function is reliable; it should be understood, however, that the water gap does not communicate directly with the water outlet end of the water inlet assembly 4.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the seat body 133 includes a fixing seat 1331 and a pressing cover 1332; the fixing seat 1331 is a cylindrical structure with one end open, and the gland 1332 is sealed and arranged at the open end of the fixing seat 1331 to seal the water pumping unit 2 therein; the pressing cover 1332 is provided with the first hole 13321, the other end of the fixing seat 1331 is provided with the second hole 13311, and it should be understood that the inner cover 132 is provided with a third hole corresponding to the second hole 13311, so as to ensure that the insertion column 211 on the air bag 21 can penetrate out to extend into the water outlet cavity 12. In the rear cover assembly 13, the required water inlet channel 11 is formed by adopting the split type seat body 133, so that the maintenance and the replacement can be convenient.
The surface cover assembly 14 is provided with a plurality of water outlets 121, and the water outlets 121 are distributed in a radial shape, so that the water drainage efficiency is high.
The water outlet cavity 12 comprises a plurality of strip-shaped water channels 1320 distributed in a radial shape; each strip-shaped water channel 1320 is distributed corresponding to the water outlet 121 and is communicated with the water passing port 111, so that the residual water storage in the water passing cavity is reduced as much as possible, the volume of the water storage cavity 3 can meet the residual water storage, and the residual water dripping phenomenon can be reduced as much as possible.
Specifically, the face cover assembly 14 includes a water outlet cover 141 and a water outlet face cover 142; the water outlet sleeve 141 is tightly attached to the water outlet cover 142, and is provided with water outlet columns 1411 distributed in a radial shape, and the water outlet columns 1411 are provided with corresponding water outlets 121; strip-shaped water channels 1320 distributed in a radial shape are formed between the water outlet sleeve 141 and the inner cover 132 in a sealing fit mode. In this embodiment, a circular central water channel is formed between the inner lid 132 and the water outlet sleeve 141, the central water channel is communicated with the water outlet 111, and each strip-shaped water channel 1320 is communicated with the periphery of the central water channel.
The water outlet cover 142 is fixedly connected to the outer cover 131 by screws, and openings are correspondingly formed in the water outlet cover for the water outlet columns 1411 to pass through.
It should be understood that the above-described on-off stop device may be used not only with showers, but also with other water outlets.
In the technical scheme, the shower head is closed and stopped immediately when used, so that the outflow of residual water is avoided, and the structure with compact structure, thin thickness and good appearance integrity can be realized. In the water inlet process of the shower head, the water inlet pressure in the water inlet channel 11 acts on the air bag 21 to overcome the elastic force effect to deform and compress the air bag, so that the water storage cavity 3 is gradually compressed, and the air and the residual water in the water storage cavity 3 are discharged to the water outlet cavity 12; when the air bag 21 deforms to a certain degree, the water passing opening 111 is exposed, and at the moment, water in the water inlet channel 11 flows to the water outlet cavity 12 through the water passing opening 111 to realize water outlet; when the water inlet of the shower head is closed again, the water inlet pressure borne by the air bag 21 disappears, and the water storage cavity 3 is reset under the action of elastic force, at the moment, the water storage cavity 3 is restored, and the air pressure in the water outlet cavity 12 is smaller than the external air pressure, so that the water in the water outlet cavity 12 can be pressed into the water storage cavity 3 to be stored under the action of the external air pressure, and the situation that residual water flows out after the water inlet is stopped is avoided, the volume and the sealing performance of the water storage cavity 3 are controllable, the sealing performance is good, the water storage quantity is large, and therefore, the function of storing the residual water is reliable, and the residual water cannot easily fall off; in addition, when water is fed again, the mixed water with proper temperature in the water inlet channel 11 immediately enters the water outlet cavity 12 to be mixed with the residual water at the moment that the residual water enters the water outlet cavity 12 again, so that the situation that the cold residual water drops onto a user body first to cause discomfort of the user is avoided.
