Abstract
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种淡化颈纹法令纹抬头纹的组合物及其制备方法,所述组合物包含精华露和淡纹霜;所述精华露包括以下质量分数的组分:植物提取物组分15‑30%、聚二甲基硅氧烷15‑20%、烟酰胺1‑3%、甘油1‑3%、增稠剂0.5‑1%、pH调节剂0.3‑0.5%、防腐剂0.3‑0.5%、水补充余量至100%;所述淡纹霜包括以下质量分数的组分:润肤剂2‑5%、抗皱剂2‑4%、第一分散剂1‑3%、第二分散剂1‑3%、矿油1‑3%、番红花提取物0.3‑0.8%、铁皮石斛提取物0.3‑0.8%、库拉索芦荟提取物0.05‑0.3%、水补充余量至100%。相较于传统治疗方法,本发明运用简单,成本低,操作简单,无并发症,无创口,通过先使用淡纹精华露做好基础的舒缓修护保湿,让肌肤处于相对舒适的状态,后续再使用淡纹霜,双重叠加,增强淡纹效果。

背景技术
随着生活水平提高和科学技术的发展,人们对美容护肤品的要求越来越高,从而促进了化妆品行业快速发展,各种功效性、剂型的化妆品持续问世,而水剂类型的化妆品更是独树一帜,占据了重要的位置。近年来,人们逐渐意识到肌肤粗糙、干燥是由于角质层水分含量不足所造成;同时干燥的皮肤容易出现细纹、暗沉等皮肤问题。但目前市场上的水剂精华护肤品通常是均匀一体的,少有清晰可辨的双层喷雾精华;同时对解决一些皮肤问题仍存在一定的局限性,所以开发具有亮肤保湿功效的水剂精华具有广阔的市场前景。
衰老一般分为光老化和自然老化,其原因复杂,如性别、年龄、紫外线,重力、喝酒、熬夜等等,面部衰老的临床表现为皮肤出现色素性斑,弹性降低、皮肤松弛和皱纹等,最明显的衰老表现如法令纹、抬头纹。颈纹是脖子上的横向皱纹,严重的颈纹可能还会延续到锁骨位置,颈纹的产生有一部分原因是先天性遗传的,颈部皮肤的汗腺和皮脂只有面部皮肤的三分之一,更易缺水,长期低头的不良习惯也会导致颈纹的发生。抬头纹,法令纹,颈纹都是最直观的衰老表现,消费者对于“年轻态”追求越来越多,市场潜力大。
皮肤皱纹产生主要有内源性生理因素和外源性环境因素共同作用的结果。其中,内源性生理因素主要是遗传学规律,随着年龄增长,细胞生物活性逐渐降低,代谢能力减弱,造成新生细胞数目增速低于细胞老化速度,而老化细胞水合能力低下和光老化作用增强,导致皮肤缩水性和保湿性下降;另外汗腺和皮脂腺系统衰退,皮脂分泌不足加剧皮肤坏损和干燥程度,诱发皱纹产生。外源性环境因素主要包括日光紫外线照射、物理化学性污染物等接触导致皮肤产生一种生物活性氧自由基,自由基破坏正常细胞膜组织内的胶原蛋白、生物活性物质,氧化细胞而形成的皱纹。我国市场上的主流祛皱化妆品主要有三种:1、添加甘油、氨基酸和胶原蛋白等保湿剂和蛋白营养,从外部补充皮肤流失的水分和蛋白成份;2、添加超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等,消除皮肤内自由基;3、使用肉毒素,阻断神经和肌肉之间的信号传导,从而引起肌肉的松弛性麻痹而达到迅速去皱的效果。
目前临床上淡化纹路的方法,包括药物、激光和手术等等。通过护肤品的日常护理是一种比较方便且有一定效果的方式,市面上常见的护理产品主要是以下几类功能性原料:1、具有保湿和修复皮肤屏障功能的原料,如甘油、尿囊素、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、神经酰胺以及透明质酸等;2、促进细胞增殖和代谢能力的原料,如各种细胞生长因子、维A酸、果酸、弹性蛋白等;3、抗氧化类原料,如维生素C、维生素E、SOD超氧化物歧化酶、辅酶Q10、原花青素、金属硫蛋白等;4、防晒原料,各种具有物理及化学防晒作用的防晒剂;5、各种中草药提取物,如人参、黄芩、绞股蓝、灵芝、沙棘、银杏等天然植物提取物。
然而,多抗皱美容产品的效果不佳,一方面是因为保湿、防晒等功效化妆品只能从降低外源性环境的老化影响;另一方面,人的皮肤具有独特的生理化学屏障性质,尤其是角质层,高分子量的胶原蛋白和超氧化物歧化酶除了保湿等基础作用外,很难透过表皮发挥进一步作用。另外,肉毒素作为有毒药品,大剂量使用将可能致命,而且会引起皮肤对药物的依赖性,故不能长期使用。此外,还容易过敏,为了高效、快速起到淡纹效果,添加名贵的药草,还容易引起脂肪粒或者刺激,比如人参皂甙具有良好的消除自由基、抗衰老的作用,但是添加量太少,效果并不明显,作用不佳,而为了增强效果在护理产品里添加较多的人参皂甙,虽然能够起到良好的消除自由基、抗衰老的作用,但是很容易就会引起营养过剩,甚至过敏的情况。
因此,研发一种更为实用、效果更好的淡化纹路的产品极具市场价值。
发明内容
本发明是精华露和淡纹霜的组合,通过不同功效原料的搭配达到淡化面部和颈部纹路的效果。
本发明的第一个方面提供了一种淡化颈纹法令纹抬头纹的组合物,所述组合物包含精华露和淡纹霜;
所述精华露包括以下质量分数的组分:植物提取物组分15-30%、聚二甲基硅氧烷15-20%、甘油1-3%、增稠剂0.5-1%、pH调节剂0.3-0.5%、防腐剂0.3-0.5%、水补充余量至100%;
所述淡纹霜包括以下质量分数的组分:润肤剂2-5%、抗皱剂2-4%、第一分散剂1-3%、第二分散剂1-3%、矿油1-3%、番红花提取物0.3-0.8%、铁皮石斛提取物0.3-0.8%、乌头叶豇豆籽提取物0.1-0.5%、库拉索芦荟提取物0.05-0.3%、水补充余量至100%。
本发明中精华露含有:
(1)番红花(CROCUS SATIVUS)花提取物能够增强皮肤屏障功能和天然保湿因子的合成,激活丝聚合蛋白原的表达以及保护脂质免受氧化,从而保护好角质细胞的“水泥”结构。减少外界对皮肤的伤害,降低经皮水分散失。同时帮助降低促炎反应,缓解肌肤不适感;
(2)羟基积雪草甙,层粘连蛋白是基地层的主要蛋白,它们影响着细胞分化,迁移和粘附,甚至是细胞的表型。羟基积雪草苷可以促进层黏连蛋白的合成,同时也可以促进Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的合成,减少皱纹的产生;
(3)二肽二氨基丁酰苄基酰胺二乙酸盐,类蛇毒肽,通过和肌肉烟碱乙酰受体结合,局部阻断神经传递肌肉收缩信息,减少面部肌肉收缩,使脸部肌肉放松,达到抚平细纹的目的;
(4)聚二甲基硅氧烷:在皮肤表面形成保护膜,减少水分散失,让肌肤处于湿润的环境,避免过度干燥,避免纹路加深;
本发明中淡纹霜含有:(1),棕榈酰三肽-5,促进胶原蛋白的生成,保护胶原蛋白,防止肌肤老化;促进透明质酸钠的合成,特别是老化细胞中透明质酸的合成。增加层粘连蛋白Ⅴ合成。减少皱纹的深度,让肌肤更加细腻;
(2)十四烷基氨基丁酰缬氨酰胺基丁酸脲三氟乙酸盐:激活TGF-Beta,促进透明质酸合成,增强皮肤紧实度,同时能促进真皮层中透明质酸合成,增强皮肤水合力,皮肤明显变得柔软平滑水润;
(3)羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇:促进Ⅰ型胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的合成,补充流失的胶原蛋白,肌肤更加饱满紧致。
在一些实施方式中,所述植物提取物组分包括积雪草叶提取物、番红花花提取物、疗伤绒毛花花提取物、蒲公英提取物、芍药根提取物、艳山姜叶提取物、烟酰胺、橙皮苷甲基查尔酮、尿囊素、羟基积雪草甙、助剂。
积雪草有苦味、辛辣味,性寒,主要用于中暑性腹泻、湿热性黄疸、中毒、肿胀、跌打损伤等病症的治疗。现代医学研究表明,积雪草能清热利湿,比如对于咽喉的肿痛、口舌生疮、口渴、头痛都有效,还具有镇静和稳定作用,能修复皮肤,尤其是皮肤溃疡,同时积雪草具有抗菌和抗炎功能,可以治疗各种病毒或细菌,如病毒性肝炎、带状疱疹和泌尿系统细菌感染。
藏红花,又名番红花,为鸢尾科植物番红花花柱的上部及柱头,9~10月选晴天早晨采收花朵,摘下柱头,烘干,即为干红花,若再加工,使油润光亮,则为湿红花,以干红花品质较佳。藏红花对于女性具有美容、养颜、祛斑等功效,可以活血化瘀、补血、养血、理血、行血,能养能导起到双向调节的作用,藏红花用于月经不调、经闭、痛经、产后瘀血腹痛等,对女性的美容养颜功效是非常出众的,可以美白肌肤、祛斑祛痘、抗皮肤老化和氧化,让肤色更加红润,由内到外散发光彩。
疗伤绒毛花又称疗伤草生,长于阿尔卑斯山脉严酷环境下,属豆科类植物,被赋予了“外伤草药”的美誉。由于其能够生长于严苛的环境中,并且拥有出色的药用成分,被誉为药植瑰宝。疗伤绒毛花的珍贵性来源于它丰富的营养价值和强大的疗愈功效,源自北纬45的黄金地带的珍稀花植生长于欧洲、非洲等地区,它可以适应不同外部环境,在不同地方生长,修复肌肤的各种损伤,帮助皮肤免受外部因素的侵袭(污染,干燥空气),使皮肤保持平衡和健康。疗伤绒毛花是最早被列入药典的疗伤之花,其蕴含的高浓度多酚类化合物具有抗炎、抗氧化、加速伤口愈合功效,是一种具有天然修护力的药用植物。疗伤绒毛花精萃蕴藏天然修护功效,可以促进肌肤角化细胞中SESTRINE-2蛋白的效能,从而达到激活肌肤自我调节系统,提高肌肤自愈力。疗伤绒毛花含有多种活性成分,其中包括:儿茶素、多酚、单宁酸、类黄酮、离胺酸、皂苷和单宁,叶黄素等;此外,疗伤绒毛花中含有丰富的多酚类化合物。这些多酚具有抗炎、抗氧化和加速伤口愈合等功效,还能够帮助减轻炎症反应、预防氧化应激,并促进伤口愈合过程。疗伤绒毛花中的单宁单宁酸具有收敛作用。通过与蛋白质发生反应,单宁单宁酸能够使皮肤产生收敛效果。另外,疗伤绒毛花含有丰富的类黄酮。类黄酮是一种强大的抗氧化剂,对延缓皮肤衰老具有重要作用,类黄酮还具有抗炎、抗过敏、抗病毒等多重功效,能够增强细胞膜的稳定性,并促进受损细胞的再生。离胺酸也是疗伤绒毛花中的一种重要成分,它被学界认为可能具有抗老化功能,离胺酸能够帮助减少自由基的产生,并保护细胞免受氧化损伤。

铁皮石斛是一种兼具观赏价值与药用价值的特殊植物,药用作用非常巨大,受到医学界的重视,国际药用植物界称其为药界的大熊猫,被民间称作救命的仙草,可以益胃生津、滋阴清热,主要功效包括:增加人体免疫功能、促进消化、护肝利胆、抗风湿、促进循环扩张血管、保护视力等效果,在护肤品中具有美容养颜,抗衰老的功效,还可以调节女性的内分泌,铁皮石斛非常容易被人体所吸收,能够调理肾脏,肺部等各个器官,铁皮石斛中含有丰富的生物活性多糖,简称石斛多糖,多食石斛多糖,能很好的对抗外界对细胞的氧化作用,有效清除皮肤有害物质自由基的堆积和沉淀,保护胶原蛋白,从而让皮肤鲜活有弹性,保持年轻。
乌头叶豇豆(Vigna aconitifolia(Jacq.)Verdc.)又名蛾豆,是豆科豇豆属一年生草本。生于海拔1000米左右的草地上。乌头叶豇豆籽提取物,是合成视黄醇的天然替代品,具有抗衰老、改善肤色、调节皮脂分泌、新陈代谢等功效,乌头叶豇豆籽提取物,具有更高的耐受性和稳定性。乌头叶豇豆籽提取物Vit-A-LikeTMLS9793是来自巴斯夫的明星原料,一种富含抗氧化的黄酮类成分。由于能够增加胶原蛋白生成,促进细胞更新,同时更具有稳定性,该成分也拥有植物A醇的称号。巴斯夫在实验中曾将该成分与A醇棕榈酸酯进行功效对比,结果显示,5%的乌头叶豇豆籽提取物与0.25%的A醇棕榈酸酯效果相当。

本发明中通过在精华露和淡纹霜中同时添加上述多种纯天然的植物成分,可以更好的刺激皮肤吸收,淡化皮肤纹路。
本发明中不对助剂做特殊限定,可以选自本领域常用的种类,例如甘油、卡波姆、1,2-己二醇、二肽二氨基丁酰苄基酰胺二乙酸盐。
在一些实施方式中,所述润肤剂包括十四烷基氨基丁酰缬氨酰胺基丁酸脲三氟乙酸盐、甘油、氯化镁。
在一些实施方式中,所述抗皱剂包括棕榈酰三肽-5。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一分散剂包括甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯。
在一些实施方式中,所述淡纹霜还包括以下质量分数的组分:异壬酸异壬酯3-5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷1-3%、鲸蜡醇1-3%、丁二醇1-3%、聚甘油-10二棕榈酸酯0.5-3%、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.05-0.1%、红没药醇0.01-0.06%、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇0.0001%。
在一些实施方式中,所述pH调节剂为氨甲基丙醇。
在一些实施方式中,所述防腐剂为对羟基苯乙酮。
在一些实施方式中,所述增稠剂为海藻糖、透明质酸钠。
本发明的第二个方面提供了一种淡化颈纹法令纹抬头纹的组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
制备精华露:
(1)按质量配比配料;
(2)将水加入主锅,加热至80-85℃,加入部分植物提取物组分,将增稠剂均匀撒入,充分润湿后均质均匀;
(3)将烟酰胺和部分甘油加热溶解,搅拌均匀,备用。将pH调节剂和部分水搅拌均匀。
(4)待主锅温度降至40-45℃时,加入剩余原料,搅拌均匀;
(5)将步骤3预制好的原料依次加入主锅,搅拌均匀;
(6)在线检测香味、外观、pH、粘度等理化指标,检测合格后,出料;
制备淡纹霜:
(1)按质量配比原料;
(2)将部分抗皱剂和部分甘油加热溶解均匀,备用;
(3)将水加入主锅,加入部分甘油、矿油、鲸蜡醇,加热至80-85℃,均质均匀;
(4)单独称量第一分散剂、第二分散剂,加热至80-85摄氏度,溶解均匀;
(5)将步骤4处理好的原料加入主锅,均质均匀;
(6)将剩余原料加入主锅,均质均匀;
(7)在线检测香味、外观、pH、粘度等理化指标,检测合格后,出料。
本发明所述组合物的使用方法包括:第一步涂抹精华露于纹路处,均匀涂抹至基本吸收,补充肌肤水分,第二步,叠加涂抹膏霜于纹路处,按摩至吸收,双重叠加,淡化纹路,锁住水分。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的组合物使用方便,无并发症,经人体实验验证祛纹路抗皱效果显著,无过敏刺激等不良反应,适用于男性和女性的大多数年龄段人群,制备工艺简单,成产成本低,适用于大规模生产。
相较于传统治疗方法,本发明运用简单,成本低,操作简单,无并发症,无创口。和其他淡纹产品相比,本品通过先使用淡纹精华露做好基础的舒缓修护保湿,让肌肤处于相对舒适的状态,后续再使用淡纹霜,双重叠加,增强淡纹效果。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种淡化颈纹法令纹抬头纹的组合物,所述组合物包含精华露和淡纹霜,精华露的详细成分见表1,淡纹霜的详细成分见表2:

一种淡化颈纹法令纹抬头纹的组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
制备精华露:
(1)按质量配比配料;
(2)将水加入主锅,加热至85℃,加入部分植物提取物组分,将增稠剂均匀撒入,充分润湿后均质均匀;
(3)将烟酰胺和部分甘油加热溶解,搅拌均匀,备用。将pH调节剂和部分水搅拌均匀。
(4)待主锅温度降至40℃时,加入剩余原料,搅拌均匀;
(5)将步骤3预制好的原料依次加入主锅,搅拌均匀;
(6)在线检测香味、外观、pH、粘度等理化指标,检测合格后,出料;
制备淡纹霜:
(1)按质量配比原料;
(2)将部分抗皱剂和部分甘油加热溶解均匀,备用;
(3)将水加入主锅,加入部分甘油、矿油、鲸蜡醇,加热至80℃,均质均匀;
(4)单独称量第一分散剂、第二分散剂,加热至80摄氏度,溶解均匀;
(5)将步骤4处理好的原料加入主锅,均质均匀;
(6)将剩余原料加入主锅,均质均匀;
(7)在线检测香味、外观、pH、粘度等理化指标,检测合格后,出料。
对比例1
本对比例的具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于,未加乌头叶豇豆(VIGNAACONITIFOLIA)籽提取物。
性能测试
测试实施例1:抬头法令颈纹精华凝露、抬头法令颈纹紧致霜;
测试周期:1周;
产品用法:早晚各使用一次,洁面爽肤后,先后取适量产品均匀涂抹于面颈部纹理处;
测定仪器:美国CANFIELD Generation 7VISIA专业皮肤图像分析系统、lmage-Pro皮肤综合分析软件;
数据统计:数据使用SPSS进行统计,采用t检验分析;
(1)面部纹路-抬头纹
选取志愿者抬头纹处进行皱纹面积分析,其值越小,说明皱纹较少,详见图2-3,使用一周后,抬头纹区域面积减少6.47%。
(2)面部纹路-眉间纹
选取志愿者眉间位置进行纹理面积分析,其值越小,说明皮肤越平滑。9名志愿者使用产品(凝露-霜)1周后,眉间纹面积与使用前比较,减少30.25%。详见图4-5。
(3)面部皱纹-法令纹
取志愿者法令纹位置进行纹理面积分析,其值越小,说明肌肤越平滑。9名志愿者使用产品(凝露-霜)1周后,法令纹面积与使用前比较,减少20.8%。详见图6-7。
3D光强度图,不同深度的皮肤呈现不同的颜色,蓝色区域减少,表明凹陷皮肤减少,皮肤较刚开始使用时变得更平滑,法令纹变浅。
(4)颈部肌肤-颈纹
详见图8-9,分别是志愿者使用前和使用一周后的对比图。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种淡化颈纹法令纹抬头纹的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包含精华露和淡纹霜;
所述精华露包括以下质量分数的组分:植物提取物组分15-30%、聚二甲基硅氧烷15-20%、烟酰胺1-3%、甘油1-3%、增稠剂0.5-1%、pH调节剂0.3-0.5%、防腐剂0.3-0.5%、水补充余量至100%;
所述淡纹霜包括以下质量分数的组分:润肤剂2-5%、抗皱剂2-4%、第一分散剂1-3%、第二分散剂1-3%、矿油1-3%、番红花提取物0.3-0.8%、铁皮石斛提取物0.3-0.8%、乌头叶豇豆籽提取物0.1-0.5%、库拉索芦荟提取物0.05-0.3%、水补充余量至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述植物提取物组分包括积雪草叶提取物、番红花花提取物、疗伤绒毛花花提取物、蒲公英提取物、芍药根提取物、艳山姜叶提取物、烟酰胺、橙皮苷甲基查尔酮、尿囊素、羟基积雪草甙、助剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述润肤剂包括十四烷基氨基丁酰缬氨酰胺基丁酸脲三氟乙酸盐、甘油、氯化镁。

6.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述淡纹霜还包括以下质量分数的组分:异壬酸异壬酯3-5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷1-3%、鲸蜡醇1-3%、丁二醇1-3%、聚甘油-10二棕榈酸酯0.5-3%、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物0.05-0.1%、红没药醇0.01-0.06%、羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇0.0001%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为氨甲基丙醇。
8.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为对羟基苯乙酮。
9.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为海藻糖、透明质酸钠。
10.一种淡化颈纹法令纹抬头纹的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
制备精华露:
(1)按质量配比配料;
(2)将水加入主锅,加热至80-85℃,加入部分植物提取物组分,将增稠剂均匀撒入,充分润湿后均质均匀;
(3)将烟酰胺和部分甘油加热溶解,搅拌均匀,备用。将pH调节剂和部分水搅拌均匀。
(4)待主锅温度降至40-45℃时,加入剩余原料,搅拌均匀;
(5)将步骤3预制好的原料依次加入主锅,搅拌均匀;
(6)在线检测香味、外观、pH、粘度等理化指标,检测合格后,出料;
制备淡纹霜:
(1)按质量配比原料;
(2)将部分抗皱剂和部分甘油加热溶解均匀,备用;
(3)将水加入主锅,加入部分甘油、矿油、鲸蜡醇,加热至80-85℃,均质均匀;
(4)单独称量第一分散剂、第二分散剂,加热至80-85摄氏度,溶解均匀;
(5)将步骤4处理好的原料加入主锅,均质均匀;
(6)将剩余原料加入主锅,均质均匀;
(7)在线检测香味、外观、pH、粘度等理化指标,检测合格后,出料。
