Specifically, the minimum unit nonstandard order materials can be disassembled through the nonstandard product orders, the data package of each nonstandard product in the nonstandard product database is utilized to obtain the minimum unit of the materials of the nonstandard products, after that, the minimum unit nonstandard order materials are combined according to each production line procedure through the nonstandard product processing technology database to obtain the intermediate nonstandard order materials for each production line procedure, finally, the association relation between the first identifiable label of the second identifiable label corresponding to the current production line procedure and the second identifiable label of the at least one minimum unit nonstandard order materials corresponding to other production line procedures is established, the association relation indicates the minimum unit nonstandard order materials and/or the intermediate nonstandard order materials corresponding to nonstandard workpieces produced by the current production line procedure, and the material required by each production line procedure can be extracted through statistics analysis of the association relation of each production line procedure in the whole production process, so that the nonstandard product production task of each production line procedure can be generated, and the nonstandard product production task of each production line procedure can be processed according to the required by the corresponding processing task of each production line procedure. Therefore, the material statistics and management required by each production line procedure from nonstandard order to nonstandard order processing are realized, the circulation requirement of materials is uniformly managed from the order level, and the intelligence of the system on material management is improved.

On this basis, the processing interaction terminal 30 specifically includes: a non-standard product task receiving module configured to receive a third identifiable tag of a non-standard product to be processed; a non-standard product task submission module configured to identify a third identifiable tag upon detecting a submission of the third identifiable tag; and the material comparison starting module is configured to search a material set of the production line work requirements corresponding to the production line work station where the processing interaction terminal is located only when the third identifiable tag is identified, and generate a material comparison instruction for driving the report work signal generation module to compare the material set of the production line work requirements with the material storage information.
In this embodiment, besides generating a first identifiable tag for each minimum unit nonstandard order material and generating a second identifiable tag for an intermediate nonstandard order material, so as to improve the capability of monitoring and flow management of nonstandard materials, a third identifiable tag needs to be generated for each nonstandard product, and meanwhile, an association relationship between the third identifiable tag and a production line work demand material set of each production line work procedure is established, so that when a processing task is distributed, the third identifiable tag can be directly distributed to a processing interaction terminal corresponding to the production line work station. After that, the processing personnel of the production line working station can submit the third identifiable label which is distributed, the nonstandard product which needs to be produced is positioned by identifying the third identifiable label, and the association relation between the third identifiable label and the production line working station demand material set of each production line working procedure is called, so that the processing task which needs to be carried out by the production line working procedure and the required material condition can be accurately and quickly matched. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, in order to distribute materials more reasonably and cooperatively, only when a processing person presents a third identifiable tag, the report signal generating module may acquire a material requirement presented by the process station, and further execute a material comparison instruction to generate a report signal, if the processing person does not execute processing of the nonstandard product, the third identifiable tag does not need to be presented, otherwise, material accumulation of a material circulation intermediate warehouse may occur, and a situation that materials caused during fuzzy management of materials are selected but not processed by people may occur.
In a preferred embodiment, the material management terminal further includes: the material fuzzy processing module is configured to extract all minimum unit nonstandard order materials in the nonstandard product database, replace a plurality of first identifiable labels corresponding to the completely same minimum unit nonstandard order materials with the same replacement identifiable labels, extract all intermediate nonstandard order materials in the nonstandard product processing technology database, and replace a plurality of second identifiable labels corresponding to the completely same intermediate nonstandard order materials with the same replacement identifiable labels; the system comprises a material storage information, a material processing interaction terminal, a material reporting signal generation control module, a material reporting signal fuzzy generation module, a material reporting signal generation control module and a material reporting signal generation control module, wherein the material processing interaction terminal is used for receiving material comparison instructions transmitted by the material processing interaction terminal, determining the material reporting signal generation priority of each material processing interaction terminal according to the sequence of the material comparison instructions transmitted by different material processing interaction terminals, and based on the material reporting signal generation priority, controlling the material reporting signal generation module to preferentially generate the material reporting signal of the material processing interaction terminal with high priority when the material storage information has the material with the same proportion of the material with the material line process requirement in the material storage information, and controlling the material reporting signal generation module to preferentially generate the material reporting signal of the material processing interaction terminal with higher proportion when the material with the material line process requirement in the different proportion in the material storage information.
It should be noted that, in order to reduce the influence that the materials that nonstandard product processing receives can't be general as far as possible, this embodiment proposes the fuzzy management of material, through changing the first identifiable label that is corresponding to the nonstandard order material of the minimum unit that is identical to the same replacement identifiable label, and change the second identifiable label that is corresponding to the nonstandard order material that is identical to the middle of the same replacement identifiable label, when this, realize that the material distribution faces a plurality of identical materials, need not to select according to the correspondence of order and the identifiable label of material strictly, through changing the identifiable label of the same material to the same, if any one of a plurality of required materials is deposited in the material circulation intermediate warehouse, can all be used for triggering the report signal generation of one of the process stations. Specifically, for the report signal generation of the selection process station, the present embodiment follows the following selection procedure; firstly, when the material storage information contains the material with the production line process requirement and the material with the same proportion in the concentrated production line process requirement, selecting a processing interaction terminal with high priority to generate a report signal (for example, if the first station is assembled before the second station is assembled to transmit a material comparison instruction, the first station is assembled with higher priority than the second station, when the material storage information of the two stations is provided with the material with the production line process requirement of the same proportion in the material concentration, for example, 5 stand columns are required for assembly, and 4 stand columns are allocated to the material storage information, when the material storage information of 1 stand column is detected, the stand columns are allocated to the first station for assembly to generate a work report signal; secondly, when the material storage information is provided with the material with the production line and the process requirement, the material with the production line and the process requirement is concentrated in different proportions, the processing interaction terminal with higher proportion is selected to generate the report signal (for example, the first station is provided with 3 upright posts, the second station is provided with 4 upright posts, the material storage information of the second station is provided with the material with the production line and the process requirement, the material with the process requirement is concentrated in higher proportion, and then when the material storage information is detected to generate the storage information of 1 upright post, the upright posts are distributed to the second station to generate the report signal). Therefore, the material which is completely the same in the production process of the nonstandard product is subjected to blurring, and the blurred material can be distributed to the processing interaction terminal corresponding to any production line process requiring the material according to the selection principle, so that the whole processing efficiency of the nonstandard product is improved while the circulation efficiency of the nonstandard material is improved.

Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of a non-standard order material management informatization method according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 2, a non-standard order material management informatization method is used in a non-standard order material management informatization system provided in the foregoing embodiment, and includes the following steps:
s1: the material circulation intermediate warehouse generates material storage information when storing nonstandard order materials which are circulated from an upstream process station to a downstream process station of the production line;
S2: the material management terminal generates a report signal according to the material storage information of the material circulation intermediate warehouse; the report signal comprises the storage positions of all nonstandard order materials required by the target nonstandard workpiece in the material circulation intermediate warehouse;
S3: when receiving a report signal, the processing interaction terminal extracts the storage position of nonstandard order materials in the report signal in the material circulation intermediate warehouse, so that a processing personnel of a working procedure station at the downstream of the production line can acquire all nonstandard order materials required by a target nonstandard workpiece from the material circulation intermediate warehouse according to the storage position.
The specific implementation of the nonstandard order material management informatization method of the present application is basically the same as the above-mentioned examples of the nonstandard order material management informatization system, and will not be described herein.

the material management terminal is connected with the material circulation intermediate warehouse and is configured to generate a report signal according to the material storage information of the material circulation intermediate warehouse; the report signal comprises the storage positions of all nonstandard order materials required by the target nonstandard workpiece in the material circulation intermediate warehouse;
The processing interaction terminal is arranged at a working position at the downstream working position of the production line and is connected with the material management terminal and is configured to extract the storage position of non-standard order materials in the material circulation intermediate warehouse in the material report signal when the material report signal is received, so that a processing staff at the working position at the downstream working position of the production line can acquire all the non-standard order materials required by a target non-standard workpiece from the material circulation intermediate warehouse according to the storage position;
the nonstandard order management terminal specifically comprises:
The order acquisition module is configured to acquire a nonstandard product order transmitted by a user side and extract nonstandard product demand information in the nonstandard product order; wherein the demand information comprises the demand type and the demand quantity of non-standard products;
The production task generation module is configured to generate a nonstandard product production task according to the nonstandard product demand information;
the production task generating module specifically comprises:
The non-standard product disassembling unit is configured to search a data packet of each non-standard product in the non-standard product database according to the type and the quantity of the demands in the non-standard product order, extract all minimum unit non-standard order materials in each data packet, and generate a first identifiable label for each minimum unit non-standard order material;
the production line process bill generation unit is configured to call a non-standard product processing process database, search middle non-standard order materials of each non-standard product for each production line process in the production process in the non-standard product processing process database, generate second identifiable labels for each middle non-standard order material, establish association relations between the second identifiable labels corresponding to the current production line process and at least one first identifiable label and/or at least one second identifiable label corresponding to other production line processes, and take the at least one first identifiable label and/or the at least one second identifiable label as the production line process bill of the current production line process;
The production task generating unit is configured to generate nonstandard product production tasks of each production line procedure according to the association relation between each second identifiable label and at least one first identifiable label and/or at least one second identifiable label in the production line procedure bill of materials.
