Specifically, the visitor reservation information sent by the visitor is received, the visitor reservation information is sent to an audit account corresponding to the reservation area according to the reservation area in the visitor reservation information, and when the audit of the audit account is completed, the audit result of the audit account on the visitor reservation information is obtained. Each area in the park corresponds to one audit account, and the audit result is that the audit is passed or not passed.
More specifically, because the functions of the areas in the campus are different, when the visitor reservation information is audited, the areas have different audit standards, and each area corresponds to an audit account established based on the audit standard of the area based on the audit standard of each area. For an area, the manner of establishing the audit account may be: based on the functions of the areas and the area specifications, auditing rules are determined, auditing accounts are created according to the auditing rules, and authority and auditing flow of the auditing accounts are set, so that the use condition of the auditing accounts needs to be monitored and optimized in the process of using the auditing accounts. In one embodiment, in the foregoing embodiment, if visitor traffic information corresponding to the visitor personal information exists, the generating a traffic instruction may specifically include: if the visitor passing information corresponding to the visitor personal information exists, checking based on the visitor passing information corresponding to the visitor personal information and the visited visitor information; and when the visitor passing information corresponding to the visitor personal information is checked to be consistent with the visited visitor information, generating a passing instruction.
The visitor passing information comprises text information and image information, the visitor visiting information comprises the text information and the image information, wherein the image information in the visitor passing information is obtained by identity verification when the image information in the visitor passing information is reservation information, and the image information in the visitor visiting information is obtained by shooting the visitor. Specifically, the text information in the visitor pass information includes visitor personal information, reservation vehicle information, reservation area and reservation time of each reservation visitor, and the image information in the visitor pass information includes face image information of each visitor; the text information in the visitor information includes visitor personal information, visitor vehicle information, and visitor time of each visitor, and the image information in the visitor information includes face image information of each visitor. Wherein, the requirements of different areas in different parks for personal basic information are different.
More specifically, based on the importance degree of the information, the text information and the image information contained in the visitor traffic information and the visitor information are divided into primary information and secondary information, wherein the primary information comprises visitor personal information, reserved vehicle information, face image information and visitor personal information and visitor face image information in the visitor traffic information; the secondary information includes a reservation time in the visitor pass information and a visit time in the visited visitor information.
Specifically, after visitor passing information corresponding to the visited visitor is obtained, the visited visitor information is checked with the visitor passing information, so that the validity of the visitor and the accuracy of access are ensured. Specifically, when the visitor information and the visitor passing information are acquired, the text information in the visitor information and the text information in the visitor passing information are identified, analyzed and checked through a language processing technology to obtain a first checking result, and the visitor image in the visitor information and the face image in the visitor passing information are checked through an image processing technology to obtain a second checking result. When the first checking result and the second checking result are successful in checking, the visitor passing information corresponding to the visitor information is identical with the visited visitor information in checking, and a passing instruction is generated to indicate the visited visitor to enter the park. The checking result is checking success or checking failure.
Further, when the first checking result and/or the second checking result is the checking failure, judging whether the unsuccessful checking information belongs to the first-level information, if so, generating a pass prohibition instruction, and sending the unsuccessful checking information to a manager terminal of the corresponding checking account; if the unsuccessful checking information does not belong to the first-level information, generating an order and a reason for forbidden traffic, displaying or sending the order and the reason for forbidden traffic to a terminal of a visiting visitor, generating a reservation time changing application, and feeding back to a corresponding audit account. The reason why the passage is prohibited is that the check between the reservation time and the visit time is unsuccessful.
In one embodiment, in the step S104, the generating the indication path based on the parking space information, the reserved visited area and the visited time may specifically include: determining a target operation elevator corresponding to the reserved visit area based on the visit time; determining a first route from the current position to a target operation elevator based on the parking space information; an indicated path is generated based on the first route.
Specifically, in general, a visiting visitor arrives at a reserved visiting area by taking an elevator after stopping a vehicle at a parking space, but there are many areas in a park, different elevators in an underground parking garage may have different areas to which they may be connected, and floors to which the elevators may be reached at different times are different, so that an elevator to be taken by the visiting visitor may be determined based on the visiting time and the reserved visiting area, and a parking space to elevator route may be generated to obtain an indication path. More specifically, based on the visit time or the stop time, from each traveling elevator, an elevator which can travel to the reserved visit area at the visit time is determined as a target traveling elevator, and based on the parking space information and the target traveling elevator, a first route from the parking space or the current position to the target traveling elevator is generated, and based on the parking space number and the first route, the parking space number near the first route is obtained to obtain the indicated route.
In one embodiment, in the above embodiment, after a visitor enters a target operation elevator, the visitor needs to press an elevator floor to make the elevator operate, specifically, to acquire image information of passengers of the elevator; when the visitor is identified to exist in the elevator, determining a reserved visiting area corresponding to the visitor in the elevator; and generating the visiting authority based on the reserved visiting area corresponding to the visitor in the elevator.
Wherein, the visitor personal information comprises face image information.
Specifically, since there may be areas not disclosed outside the same building in the campus, the elevator may need to be run by swiping a card, at which time rights may be generated for the visitor in the elevator so that the visitor can reach the reserved visited area. Specifically, after the elevator is turned on and off once, the image information of the elevator taking personnel is obtained, whether the image information contains a face image consistent with the face image of the visitor is judged, if so, the elevator taking visitor is indicated to be in the elevator, the visiting reservation area corresponding to the visitor in the elevator is determined based on the face image of the visitor in the elevator taking personnel image information, and the visiting authority is generated based on the visiting reservation area. For example, the reserved visiting area corresponding to the visiting visitor is an office building, after the visiting visitor enters the target running elevator, an image of the person taking the elevator is shot, and visiting authority of the building is generated, namely, a building floor button is automatically lightened or the passenger is reminded to press the building button.
Further, when there is a walking visiting visitor, the walking visitor information and the walking visitor reservation information of the walking visitor are acquired at the entry to the garden area, and when the walking visitor information coincides with the walking visitor reservation information, a walking passage instruction is generated, and the walking visitor information and the walking visitor reservation information are stored in the visitor database. The walking visitor information comprises visitor personal information and visiting time, and the visitor personal information can comprise visitor face information and basic information representing visitor identity. Further, after the elevator is turned on and off once, the image information of the elevator taking personnel is obtained, whether the image information contains a face image consistent with the face image of the walking visitor or not is judged, if so, a reservation visiting area corresponding to the walking visitor in the elevator is determined based on the face image of the walking visitor in the image information of the elevator taking personnel, and visiting authority is generated based on the reservation visiting area.
Further, if there is no visiting visitor among the riding elevator personnel and the visiting visitor is walking, no operation is performed.
In one embodiment, after the indication path is generated, when the visitor goes forward according to the indication path, forgetting the path or when the visitor does not see the generated indication path, the visitor can perform the path query on any display screen, specifically, when the path query signal sent by any area display screen is received, the query personnel information, the query position and the query time corresponding to the path query signal are obtained; determining a reserved visiting area corresponding to the information of the inquirer; and generating a query path based on the reserved visit area, the query position and the query time corresponding to the query personnel information, and displaying the query path on a display screen of any area.
Specifically, when the visitor is not aware of how to proceed, the visitor can perform a path query on any nearby area display screen to obtain an indication path. More specifically, the visitor presses a path query button on any area display screen, the electronic device receives a path query signal sent by the area display screen and controls the area display screen to generate a query personnel information acquisition frame, the visitor fills in query personnel information and faces the face according to the query personnel information acquisition frame displayed by the area display screen, after receiving the query personnel information, the electronic device acquires the position and the current moment corresponding to the area display screen, respectively serves as a query position and a query moment, determines a reservation visit area corresponding to the query personnel information according to the query personnel information, generates a query path based on the reservation visit area, the query position and the query moment corresponding to the query personnel information, and displays the query path on the area display screen. The method of generating the query path is consistent with the method of generating the indication path, and the embodiments of the present application are not described herein.
In one embodiment, in the step S104, after generating the indication path based on the parking space information, the reserved visited area, and the visited time, the method may further include: when receiving the leaving signal, acquiring information of personnel to be left and leaving position information; determining parking space information corresponding to the information of the personnel to be separated; and generating a departure indication path based on the departure position information and the parking space information corresponding to the information of the people to be departed, and displaying the departure indication path on a second area display screen.
The second area display screen is the area display screen closest to the departure position information.
Specifically, each elevator is monitored, after the other workers in a visitor or a park drop the elevator and arrive at an underground parking lot, whether the number of people to be separated is larger than a preset number threshold value is judged, if the number of people to be separated is not larger than the preset number threshold value, a separation signal is triggered, face information of the people to be separated is identified, parking space information corresponding to each face information is obtained, a separation indication path is generated based on the current position, namely the separation position and the parking space information, the separation indication path is sent to a second area display screen, and the workers are reminded to go to the second area display screen to check. The preset people number threshold value can be set according to the scale of the underground parking garage and the number of the regional display screens, which is not limited in the embodiment of the application.
Further, if the number of people to be separated is greater than the reservation number threshold, a reminding voice is generated to remind people forgetting the parking space or needing to carry out path inquiry to carry out path separation inquiry before arriving at the regional display screen. Specifically, the person to be left presses a leave path query button on the second area display screen according to reminding voice, the electronic equipment receives a leave signal and a leave path query signal, controls the second area display screen to generate a person to be left information acquisition frame, fills in information of the person to be left and faces the face according to the acquisition frame displayed by the second area display screen, acquires parking space information corresponding to the person to be left from the parking space database after receiving the information of the person to be left, acquires a position corresponding to the second area display screen, namely, leave position information, generates a leave indication path based on the leave position information corresponding to the information of the person to be left and the parking space information, and displays the leave indication path on the second area display screen. Furthermore, the electronic device may display the two-dimensional code for inquiring the departure path, and after the person waiting for departure scans the two-dimensional code for inquiring the departure path, the electronic device sends the generated departure indication path to the terminal of the person waiting for departure. The manner of generating the departure indication path is identical to the manner of generating the indication path, and the embodiments of the present application are not described herein.
The above embodiments describe a smart park operation management method from the perspective of a method flow, and the following embodiments describe a smart park operation management device from the perspective of a virtual module or a virtual unit, specifically the following embodiments.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides an intelligent park operation management device 20, including: the device comprises an acquisition module 210, a judgment module 220, a recording module 230 and a generation module 240.
An intelligent campus operation management device 20, comprising:
an obtaining module 210, configured to obtain visitor information, where the visitor information includes visitor personal information, visitor vehicle information, and visitor time;
a judging module 220, configured to judge whether visitor traffic information corresponding to the visitor personal information exists based on the visitor personal information and the visiting vehicle information;
the recording module 230 is configured to generate a pass instruction if visitor pass information corresponding to the visitor personal information exists, record parking space information after the visiting vehicle parks, and determine a first area display screen corresponding to the parking space information, where the visitor pass information includes a reserved visiting area;
the generating module 240 is configured to generate an indication path based on the parking space information, the reserved visited area, and the visited time, and display the indication path on the first area display screen, where the indication path is used to indicate a direction and a distance of progress of the visitor.
In one possible implementation manner of this embodiment of the present application, when generating the indication path based on the parking space information, the reserved visited area, and the visited time, the generating module 240 may be specifically configured to:
determining a target operation elevator corresponding to the reserved visit area based on the visit time;
determining a first route from the current position to a target operation elevator based on the parking space information;
an indicated path is generated based on the first route.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the apparatus 20 may further include:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring image information of passengers taking the elevator, wherein the visitor personal information comprises face information;
the determining module is used for determining a reserved visiting area corresponding to the visitor in the elevator when the visitor in the elevator is identified to exist;
and the permission generation module is used for generating the visiting permission based on the reserved visiting area corresponding to the visitor in the elevator.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the apparatus 20 may further include:
the time acquisition module is used for acquiring inquiry personnel information, inquiry positions and inquiry time corresponding to the path inquiry signals when receiving the path inquiry signals sent by any area display screen;
The area determining module is used for determining a reserved visited area corresponding to the inquiry personnel information;
the display module is used for generating a query path based on the reserved visit area, the query position and the query time corresponding to the query personnel information, and displaying the query path on a display screen of any area.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the apparatus 20 may further include:
the receiving module is used for receiving visitor reservation information, wherein the visitor reservation information comprises visitor personal information, reservation areas, reserved vehicle information and reservation time;
the transmitting module is used for transmitting the visitor reservation information to the audit account corresponding to the reservation area and acquiring the audit result of the audit account on the visitor reservation information, wherein each area in the park corresponds to one audit account, and the audit result is that the audit is passed or not passed;
and the information generation module is used for generating visitor passing information when the auditing result of the visitor reservation information is that the visitor passes the auditing.
In one possible implementation manner of this embodiment of the present application, when the recording module 230 generates the passing instruction if there is visitor passing information corresponding to visitor personal information, the recording module may be specifically configured to:
If the visitor passing information corresponding to the visitor personal information exists, checking based on the visitor passing information corresponding to the visitor personal information and the visited visitor information;
and when the visitor passing information corresponding to the visitor personal information is checked to be consistent with the visited visitor information, generating a passing instruction.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the apparatus 20 may further include:
the position acquisition module is used for acquiring information of people to be separated and separation position information when receiving the separation signal;
the parking space determining module is used for determining parking space information corresponding to the information of the personnel to be separated;
the path generation module is used for generating a departure indication path based on the departure position information and the parking space information corresponding to the information of the people to be departed, and displaying the departure indication path on a second area display screen, wherein the second area display screen is the area display screen closest to the departure position information.
It will be clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, specific working procedures of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to corresponding procedures in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not repeated herein.
The embodiment of the application also describes an electronic device from the perspective of the entity apparatus, as shown in fig. 3, the electronic device 300 shown in fig. 3 includes: a processor 301 and a memory 303. Wherein the processor 301 is coupled to the memory 303, such as via a bus 302. Optionally, the electronic device 300 may also include a transceiver 304. It should be noted that, in practical applications, the transceiver 304 is not limited to one, and the structure of the electronic device 300 is not limited to the embodiment of the present application.
The processor 301 may be a CPU (Central Processing Unit ), general purpose processor, DSP (Digital Signal Processor, data signal processor), ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit ), FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array, field programmable gate array) or other programmable logic device, transistor logic device, hardware components, or any combination thereof. Which may implement or perform the various exemplary logic blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with this disclosure. Processor 301 may also be a combination that implements computing functionality, e.g., comprising one or more microprocessor combinations, a combination of a DSP and a microprocessor, etc.
Bus 302 may include a path to transfer information between the components. Bus 302 may be a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect, peripheral component interconnect Standard) bus or an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture ) bus, or the like. Bus 302 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in fig. 3, but not only one bus or one type of bus.
The Memory 303 may be, but is not limited to, a ROM (Read Only Memory) or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a RAM (Random Access Memory ) or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory ), a CD-ROM (Compact Disc Read Only Memory, compact disc Read Only Memory) or other optical disk storage, optical disk storage (including compact discs, laser discs, optical discs, digital versatile discs, blu-ray discs, etc.), magnetic disk storage media or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer.
The memory 303 is used for storing application program codes for executing the present application and is controlled to be executed by the processor 301. The processor 301 is configured to execute the application code stored in the memory 303 to implement what is shown in the foregoing method embodiments.
Among them, electronic devices include, but are not limited to: mobile terminals such as mobile phones, notebook computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), car terminals (e.g., car navigation terminals), and stationary terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, and the like, and servers and the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 3 is only an example and should not be construed as limiting the functionality and scope of use of the embodiments herein.
The present application provides a computer readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, which when run on a computer, causes the computer to perform the corresponding method embodiments described above.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the figures are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited in order and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated herein. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts of the figures may include a plurality of sub-steps or stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, the order of their execution not necessarily being sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the other steps or stages.
The foregoing is only a partial embodiment of the present application and it should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the principle of the present application, and these improvements and modifications should also be considered as the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent park operation management method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining visitor information, wherein the visitor information comprises visitor personal information, visitor vehicle information and visitor time;
judging whether visitor passing information corresponding to the visitor personal information exists or not based on the visitor personal information and the visiting vehicle information;
if visitor passing information corresponding to the visitor personal information exists, a passing instruction is generated, after the visiting vehicle parks, parking space information is recorded, a first area display screen corresponding to the parking space information is determined, and the visitor passing information comprises a reserved visiting area;
and generating an indication path based on the parking space information, the reserved visiting area and the visiting time, and displaying the indication path on the first area display screen, wherein the indication path is used for indicating the advancing direction and the advancing distance of the visitor.
2. The smart park operation management method according to claim 1, wherein the generating an instruction path based on the parking space information, the reserved visited area, and the visit time includes:
determining a target operation elevator corresponding to the reserved visiting area based on the visiting time;
Determining a first route from the current position to the target operation elevator based on the parking space information;
an indication path is generated based on the first route.
3. The intelligent campus operation management method according to claim 2, wherein the visitor personal information includes face information, the method further comprising:
acquiring image information of passengers taking an elevator;
when the visitor is identified to exist in the elevator, determining a reserved visiting area corresponding to the visitor in the elevator;
and generating the visiting authority based on the reserved visiting area corresponding to the visitor in the elevator.
4. The intelligent campus operation management method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
when receiving a path query signal sent by any area display screen, acquiring query personnel information, a query position and a query time corresponding to the path query signal;
determining a reserved visited area corresponding to the inquiry personnel information;
and generating a query path based on the reservation visit area, the query position and the query time corresponding to the query personnel information, and displaying the query path on any area display screen.
5. The intelligent campus operation management method according to claim 1, further comprising, before the visitor information is acquired:
receiving visitor reservation information, wherein the visitor reservation information comprises visitor personal information, reservation areas, reserved vehicle information and reservation time;
transmitting the visitor reservation information to an audit account corresponding to the reservation region, and acquiring an audit result of the audit account on the visitor reservation information, wherein each region in the park corresponds to one audit account, and the audit result is that audit is passed or audit is not passed;
and when the auditing result of the visitor reservation information is that the auditing is passed, generating visitor passing information.
6. The intelligent campus operation management method according to claim 5, wherein generating a passage instruction if visitor passage information corresponding to the visitor personal information exists comprises:
if the visitor passing information corresponding to the visitor personal information exists, checking based on the visitor passing information corresponding to the visitor personal information and the visited visitor information;
and when the visitor passing information corresponding to the visitor personal information is checked to be consistent with the visited visitor information, generating a passing instruction.
7. The smart park operation management method according to claim 1, further comprising, after generating an instruction path based on the parking space information, the reserved visited area, and the visit time, the steps of:
when receiving the leaving signal, acquiring information of personnel to be left and leaving position information;
determining parking space information corresponding to the information of the person to be separated;
and generating a departure indication path based on the departure position information and the parking space information corresponding to the information of the people to be departed, and displaying the departure indication path on a second area display screen, wherein the second area display screen is the area display screen closest to the departure position information.
8. An intelligent park operation management device, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring visitor information, and the visitor information comprises visitor personal information, visitor vehicle information and visitor time;
the judging module is used for judging whether visitor passing information corresponding to the visitor personal information exists or not based on the visitor personal information and the visiting vehicle information;
the recording module is used for generating a passing instruction if visitor passing information corresponding to the visitor personal information exists, recording parking space information after the visiting vehicle parks, and determining a first area display screen corresponding to the parking space information, wherein the visitor passing information comprises a reserved visiting area;
The generation module is used for generating an indication path based on the parking space information, the reserved visiting area and the visiting time, displaying the indication path on the first area display screen, and indicating the advancing direction and the advancing distance of the visitor by the indication path.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor;
a memory;
at least one application program, wherein the at least one application program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the at least one processor, the at least one application program configured to: executing the intelligent park operation management method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when executed in a computer, causes the computer to perform the smart park operation management method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
