Comparative example 2: the existing modified asphalt waterproof coiled material (provided by eastern rainbow company), wherein two asphalt layers of the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material provided by the company are respectively of the same formula, and are different from the self-adhesive layer and the waterproof layer which are independently designed by the invention.
The self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials based on layered coating prepared in the embodiments 1 to 4 of the present invention were subjected to mechanical property test. Mechanical properties including stretchability, low-temperature flexibility, water impermeability, peel strength and holding power, thermal stability including heat aging, mechanical property test was conducted with reference to the method specified in GB 23441 "self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof roll", heat aging performance was conducted in an oven at around 70 ℃, and comparative examples 1 and 2 were used as controls.
As shown in table 1, it is clear from table 1 that, compared with the existing modified asphalt waterproof coiled material (without waterproof layer) of comparative example 1, the self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials based on layered coating prepared in examples 1 to 4 of the present invention have better tensile property and thermal aging property, and simultaneously have better peel strength and holding viscosity, which indicates that the self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials based on layered coating of the present invention have better mechanical property and thermal stability.
The technical characteristics form the embodiment of the invention, have stronger adaptability and implementation effect, and can increase or decrease unnecessary technical characteristics according to actual needs so as to meet the requirements of different situations.

Claims (8)

1. The self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material based on layered coating is characterized by comprising a waterproof layer and a self-adhesive layer, wherein the waterproof layer is composed of waterproof slurry, and the waterproof slurry comprises, by weight, 70-85 parts of 90# petroleum asphalt, 8-15 parts of styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, 10-20 parts of aromatic oil, 4-8 parts of organic montmorillonite and 1-2 parts of nano sulfur powder; the self-adhesive layer consists of self-adhesive slurry, wherein the raw materials of the self-adhesive slurry comprise 60-75 parts of 90# petroleum asphalt, 20-30 parts of liquid styrene-butadiene rubber, 10-15 parts of calcined dolomite powder and 1-3 parts of silane coupling agent in parts by weight; wherein the particle size of the calcined dolomite powder is 1-80 mu m; the mass ratio of free MgO in the calcined dolomite powder is not less than 85%; the density of the liquid styrene-butadiene rubber is 0.7-0.95 g/cm 3 The method comprises the steps of carrying out a first treatment on the surface of the The molecular weight of the liquid styrene-butadiene rubber is 45000-5500 g/mol, and the self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material based on layered coating is obtained by the following method:

thirdly, arranging a first isolation layer on the upper surface of the waterproof layer and on the surface far away from the tire base layer, and arranging a second isolation layer on the lower surface of the self-adhesive layer and on the surface far away from the tire base layer, so as to obtain the self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material based on layered coating; wherein, the waterproof slurry is prepared by the following steps: s1, mixing 90# petroleum asphalt, a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer and aromatic oil with required amounts for reaction to obtain a first intermediate; s2, adding the organic montmorillonite with required amount and nano sulfur powder into the first intermediate, and mixing and reacting to obtain the waterproof slurry.

The self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material based on layered coating according to claim 1, wherein the waterproof layer is composed of waterproof slurry, and the waterproof slurry comprises, by weight, 75-80 parts of 90# petroleum asphalt, 10-13 parts of styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, 13-17 parts of aromatic hydrocarbon oil, 5-7 parts of organic montmorillonite and 1.3-1.7 parts of nano sulfur powder; or/and the self-adhesive layer is composed of self-adhesive slurry, wherein the raw materials of the self-adhesive slurry comprise, by weight, 65-70 parts of 90# petroleum asphalt, 23-27 parts of liquid styrene-butadiene rubber, 12-13 parts of calcined dolomite powder and 1.5-2.5 parts of silane coupling agent.
3. The self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material based on layered coating according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the silane coupling agent is at least one of propenyl triethoxysilane, gamma-aminopropyl triethoxysilane and vinyl triethoxysilane.

The self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material based on layered coating according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the waterproof coiled material further comprises a first isolation layer, a tire base layer and a second isolation layer, and the first isolation layer, the waterproof layer, the tire base layer, the self-adhesive layer and the second isolation layer are sequentially arranged layer by layer.

The self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material based on layered coating according to claim 4, wherein the first isolation layer and the second isolation layer are respectively selected from one of PE film, PET film or PVC film; or/and the base layer comprises glass fiber felt or glass fiber reinforced polyester felt.
6. A method for preparing the self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material based on layered coating according to claim 1, 2 or 5, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, coating waterproof slurry on the upper surface of a tire base layer, and changing the waterproof slurry into a waterproof layer after the waterproof slurry is cooled and solidified;
secondly, coating self-adhesive slurry on the lower surface of the tire base layer, and changing the self-adhesive slurry into a self-adhesive layer after the self-adhesive slurry is cooled and solidified;
and thirdly, arranging a first isolation layer on the upper surface of the waterproof layer and on one surface far away from the tire base layer, and arranging a second isolation layer on the lower surface of the self-adhesive layer and on one surface far away from the tire base layer to obtain the self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material based on layered coating.
