determining an immediate dispatch task based on the personnel representation, a current location, and the visual management model;
displaying the instant scheduling task to a user;
wherein said determining an instant scheduling task based on said personnel representation, current location and said visual management model comprises:
determining a model position corresponding to the current position from the visual management model;
establishing a basis for searching tasks in a radius range preset around the model position in the visual management model based on a preset third searching rule;
determining a fourth search rule corresponding to the personnel image from a preset second search rule base;
searching a target task formulation basis from the task formulation basis based on the fourth search rule;
and formulating the instant scheduling task based on the target task formulation basis.
5. The wastewater resource utilization management method as claimed in claim 4, further comprising:
acquiring a task execution picture of a user;
and mapping the task execution picture into the visual management model.
6. A wastewater resource utilization management system, comprising:
the process information acquisition module is used for acquiring process information of alkaline wastewater resource utilization;
the visual management model construction module is used for constructing a visual management model based on the process information;
the visual management model display module is used for displaying the visual management model;
the auxiliary module is used for assisting a user to input a management instruction based on the visual management model;

searching a plurality of event related information in the visual management model based on the second search rule;
marking and displaying the event-related information in the visual management model;
determining a duration threshold corresponding to the process abnormal event from a preset duration threshold library, and starting timing;
acquiring a pending management decision input by the user;
when the timing duration of timing is greater than or equal to the duration threshold, determining a plurality of suggested management decisions based on the undetermined management decisions, decision objects, event association information and a preset decision knowledge base;
generating a suggestion management decision table based on the suggestion management decision;
displaying the suggestion management decision table;
and acquiring the management instruction input by the user based on the proposal management decision table.
8. The wastewater resource utilization management system of claim 7 wherein the auxiliary module determines a plurality of management decisions based on the pending management decisions, decision objects, event correlation information, and a pre-set decision knowledge base, comprising:
based on a preset feature extraction template, carrying out feature extraction on the decision object and the event related information to obtain a plurality of information features;
constructing a feature description vector based on the information features;
determining a knowledge decision corresponding to the feature description vector from the decision knowledge base;
performing similarity matching on the knowledge decision and the undetermined management strategy to obtain similarity;
when the similarity is greater than or equal to a preset similarity threshold, taking the undetermined management decision as the suggested management decision; otherwise, acquiring the preset credibility corresponding to the knowledge decision;
when the credibility is larger than or equal to a preset credibility threshold, taking the knowledge decision as the proposal management decision; otherwise, acquiring preset applicable information corresponding to the knowledge decision;
and combining the pending management decision, the knowledge decision and the applicable information as the suggested management decision.

determining an immediate dispatch task based on the personnel representation, a current location, and the visual management model;

wherein said determining an instant scheduling task based on said personnel representation, current location and said visual management model comprises:
determining a model position corresponding to the current position from the visual management model;
establishing a basis for searching tasks in a radius range preset around the model position in the visual management model based on a preset third searching rule;
determining a fourth search rule corresponding to the personnel image from a preset second search rule base;
searching a target task formulation basis from the task formulation basis based on the fourth search rule;
and formulating the instant scheduling task based on the target task formulation basis.
10. The wastewater resource utilization management system of claim 9, further comprising:
