the user side ammeter acquisition unit is used for determining a user side ammeter which is in wired connection with the remote self-adaptive smart ammeter and a user side ammeter which is in wireless connection with the remote self-adaptive smart ammeter according to the communication condition information between the remote self-adaptive smart ammeter and each user side ammeter;
the first data receiving unit is used for establishing communication connection with the cloud platform after the installation of the remote self-adaptive intelligent electric meter is completed, and receiving preset information of a user side electric meter which is transmitted by the cloud platform and is in wired connection and wireless connection with the remote self-adaptive intelligent electric meter after the communication connection is completed, wherein the preset information of the user side electric meter at least comprises user side electricity utilization characteristic information and user side historical electricity consumption information;
the second data receiving unit is used for acquiring first real-time information of the user-side electric meter at intervals of a first set time when the remote self-adaptive intelligent electric meter is in wired connection with the user-side electric meter, wherein the first real-time information of the user-side electric meter at least comprises electricity consumption information in the first set time, and polling whether second real-time information of the user-side electric meter is received at intervals of a second set time when the remote self-adaptive intelligent electric meter is in wireless connection with the user-side electric meter, and the second real-time information of the user-side electric meter at least comprises electricity consumption information in the second set time;
the self-adaptive unit is used for matching corresponding user side power utilization characteristic information based on the power utilization information in the first specified time and the power utilization information in the second specified time, and updating user side historical power utilization information after matching;
and the first data sending unit is used for sending the updated historical electricity consumption information of the user side to the cloud platform.
2. The remote adaptive smart meter according to claim 1, wherein the preset information of the user-side meter further includes user-side meter first ID information and user-side meter first location information;
the first ID information of the user side ammeter, the first position information of the user side ammeter, the user side electricity utilization characteristic information and the user side historical electricity utilization amount information are respectively stored in a list form.
3. The remote adaptive smart meter of claim 2, wherein the first real-time information of the user-side meter further comprises user-side meter second ID information and user-side meter second location information;
the second real-time information of the user side ammeter further comprises third ID information of the user side ammeter and third position information of the user side ammeter.

The remote adaptive smart meter according to claim 3, wherein the adaptive unit matches corresponding user-side power usage characteristic information based on the power usage information in the first predetermined time and the power usage information in the second predetermined time, and updates the user-side historical power usage information after the matching, specifically:
when the connection condition of the remote self-adaptive intelligent ammeter and the user side ammeter is wired connection, if the second ID information of the user side ammeter exists in a first ID information list of the user side ammeter, the second position information of the user side ammeter exists in a first position information list of the user side ammeter, and the user side electricity utilization characteristic information corresponding to the second position information can be inquired in a first specified time according to the electricity utilization information of the user side electricity utilization characteristic information list, the electricity utilization information in the first specified time is matched with the corresponding user side electricity utilization characteristic information, and after the matching, the historical electricity utilization information of the user side is updated;
when the connection condition of the remote self-adaptive intelligent ammeter and the user side ammeter is wireless connection, if the third ID information of the user side ammeter exists in the first ID information list of the user side ammeter, the third position information of the user side ammeter exists in the first position information list of the user side ammeter, and the user side electricity utilization characteristic information corresponding to the third ID information of the user side ammeter can be inquired in the user side electricity utilization characteristic information list according to the electricity utilization information in the second specified time, the fact that the electricity utilization information in the second specified time is matched with the corresponding user side electricity utilization characteristic information is indicated, and after the matching, the user side historical electricity utilization information is updated.
5. The remote adaptive smart meter according to claim 1, wherein the user-side electricity usage characteristic information is electricity usage description information of every third predetermined time in the user-side historical electricity usage information;
the first prescribed time and the second prescribed time are each an integer multiple of the third prescribed time.
6. The remote adaptive smart meter of claim 1, further comprising a second data transmission unit;
the second data sending unit is configured to determine, based on the first ID information list of the user-side electric meter, whether the second data receiving unit receives all first real-time information of the user-side electric meter that is in wired connection with the remote self-adaptive electric meter, if not, start when the second data receiving unit receives the first real-time information of any user-side electric meter, and send a request instruction to the user-side electric meter that does not receive the first real-time information of the user-side electric meter every fourth specified time;
and if the first real-time information of the user-side ammeter is still not received by the second data receiving unit after the three continuous request instructions are sent, notifying the cloud platform through the second data sending unit.

The remote adaptive smart meter according to claim 6, wherein after the cloud platform receives the notification from the second data sending unit, the first data receiving unit notifies the user-side meter obtaining unit, and at this time, the user-side meter obtaining unit determines, according to the communication condition information between the remote adaptive smart meter and the user-side meter corresponding to the first real-time information of the user-side meter, whether the communication condition of the wireless connection is provided between the user-side meter and the remote adaptive smart meter, and if the communication condition is provided, the wireless connection is performed, and if the communication condition is not provided, the cloud platform is notified again through the second data sending unit.

and if the second data receiving unit still does not receive the second real-time information of the user-side ammeter after continuously sending the request instruction for three times, notifying the self-adaptive unit through the third data sending unit.

The remote adaptive smart meter according to claim 8, wherein after the adaptive unit receives the notification from the third data transmitting unit, an ad hoc network communication link is established based on the fifth location information of the user-side meter corresponding to the second real-time information of the user-side meter received by the second data receiving unit and the sixth location information of the user-side meter corresponding to the second real-time information of the user-side meter not received by the second data receiving unit, and the second real-time information of the user-side meter not received by the second data receiving unit is transmitted to the second data receiving unit through the established ad hoc network communication link after the second data receiving unit has received the user-side meter corresponding to the second real-time information of the user-side meter.
10. The remote adaptive smart meter of claim 9, wherein the established ad hoc network communication link specifically refers to:
acquiring fifth position information of the user-side ammeter corresponding to second real-time information of the user-side ammeter, which is not received by the second data receiving unit;
acquiring sixth position information of the user-side ammeter corresponding to the second real-time information of the user-side ammeter received by the second data receiving unit;
acquiring a packet loss rate when the second data receiving unit has received second real-time information of the user side ammeter, sequencing the packet loss rate from high to low, and setting a first weight for the packet loss rate;
calculating the distance between the fifth position information and each sixth position information, sorting according to the distance from near to far, and setting a second weight for the distance;
calculating the sum of the first weight and the second weight multiplied by the distance under each user-side ammeter corresponding to the sixth position information, and selecting the largest user-side ammeter as a forwarding node;
and directly connecting the user side ammeter corresponding to the fifth position information with the user side ammeter space corresponding to the forwarding node, establishing an ad hoc network communication link, and forwarding second real-time information of the user side ammeter corresponding to the fifth position information through the forwarding node in the ad hoc network communication link.
