the data display unit is used for displaying the information set by the user information unit and the balance corresponding to the serial number of the steam meter; and displaying the data information sent by the monitoring center.
4. A steam heating network prepayment system according to claim 3, characterized in that the monitoring center comprises:
the data receiving module is used for receiving the data information of the steam meter sent by the wireless communication unit; the data information comprises the serial number of the steam meter, the instant time and the instant code; receiving login information of the user login unit, wherein the login information comprises the user name and a user password; receiving data information of the user information setting unit; receiving recharging information of the balance recharging unit, wherein the recharging information comprises the user name, the serial number of the steam meter and the recharging amount;
the login judging module is used for comparing the login information of the user login unit with background data, and sending a login success message to the user login unit when the login information of the user login unit is judged to be correct;
the data storage module is provided with a user information table comprising a user name, a user address, starting use time, ending use time and the number of the steam meter; storing the data information of the user information setting unit into a user information table; the user information table is provided with one or more sub-tables, the tables comprise the steam meter number, an initial table code, initial time, an instant table code, instant time, account balance, a balance early warning threshold value, a valve threshold value and unit price, and the initial time is the using start time; an account table is further arranged and comprises the user name and the user password; storing data information of the steam meter into the meter;
the calculation module is used for acquiring the corresponding user information table and the gauge based on the serial number of the steam gauge; judging whether the instant time is in the range of the starting time and the ending using time or not, and if not, determining that the data information of the steam meter is invalid data; and when the current time is within the range, calculating the cost, wherein the calculation formula is as follows: d = (C-B) × a, where D is the cost of the current date, C is the instant form code, B is the start form code, and a is the unit price; the account balance minus the current cost is the latest account balance and is updated into the user information table; replacing the starting table code by the instant table code, replacing the starting time by the instant time, and updating the starting time into the meter, wherein the data is updated to form a new piece of data; after the recharging information is received, comparing the user name and the steam meter number with the user information table to find the corresponding meter, adding the account balance in the meter with the recharging amount to obtain the latest user balance and updating the latest user balance into the meter;
the valve judgment module is used for comparing the account balance with the valve threshold value, closing the automatic valve through the wireless communication unit when the account balance is smaller than the valve threshold value, starting the alarm device to give an alarm and reminding a user of recharging; after the user recharges, when the account balance is judged to be larger than the valve threshold value, the automatic valve is opened through the wireless communication unit;
and the balance early warning module is used for comparing the account balance with the balance early warning threshold value, and sending a message to the user interaction module to remind the balance of the user when the account balance is smaller than the balance early warning threshold value.

The prepayment system for the steam heating network according to claim 2, characterized in that a temperature probe is arranged in the steam meter, a temperature signal is directly led into the circuit board by a sensor for temperature compensation, a pressure transmitter is arranged outside for pressure compensation, and the steam meter automatically measures according to a set value when the temperature and pressure signals are abnormal.
6. The prepaid system for a steam heating network of claim 2, wherein the remote metering and monitoring module further comprises:
the uninterrupted power supply is used for automatically switching the uninterrupted power supply when an emergent power failure condition occurs, ensuring normal metering and preventing users from power failure fraud;
and the coded lock is used for preventing unauthorized personnel from operating and changing the parameters and the settings of the steam meter.
7. The prepaid system for a steam heating network of claim 4, wherein the monitoring center further comprises:
the data statistics module is used for carrying out statistics on the total accumulated flow, the daily accumulated flow and the monthly accumulated flow of the steam meter based on the data in the meter; storing the data into the data storage module to form a data statistical table, wherein the data statistical table comprises the user name, the serial number of the steam meter, the total accumulated flow, the daily accumulated flow and the monthly accumulated flow; and when the user interaction module requests to view the statistical data, sending the data statistical table to the user interaction module for displaying.
