The present invention provides a substrate container, which is mainly used for stacking and accommodating more than two (including the number) substrates (not shown). The substrate may be a printed circuit board, a wafer, a semiconductor substrate, or other conductive and insulating substrates, which is not limited in the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the substrate container includes a container body 10, at least one locking mechanism 20, and at least one receiving rack 30.
The container body 10 mainly comprises a carrying case 11 and a door panel 12. The carrying case 11 is a hollow rectangular body and has a cavity 111 inside the carrying case 11, and an opening 112 communicating with the cavity 111 is formed at a side of the carrying case 11, so that each substrate can be moved into the cavity 111 or removed from the cavity 111 through the opening 112. The door 12 is plate-shaped and covers the opening 112 to close the cavity 111, so as to prevent foreign matters or dust from invading the cavity 111 to affect the quality of each substrate. Preferably, the carrying case 11 is provided with more than two supporting frames 113 in the space of the cavity 111 to carry each substrate, but the invention is not limited thereto. In the present embodiment, the carrying case 11 and the door panel 12 are both made of plastic, so that the overall weight of the container body 10 is greatly reduced for transferring and transporting, and the container body 10 of the present invention may further include a supporting frame 13, wherein the supporting frame 13 is a metal member and is wrapped on the outer side of the carrying case 11 to enhance the structural strength of the container body 10, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
The locking mechanism 20 is disposed on the door panel 12, and the locking mechanism 20 includes a driving turntable 21 and at least one driven locking bar 22. In the present embodiment, the number of the driven locking bars 22 of the locking mechanism 20 is two, but the invention is not limited thereto. The drive turntable 21 is operable to drive each of the follower latches 22 to project out of the door panel 12 or retract into the door panel 12, thereby enabling locking or releasing of the door panel 12 from the opening 112. Specifically, the driven locking bars 22 extend outwards from the driving turntable 21 to form a straight line, and the driven locking bars 22 in the present embodiment are arranged in a vertical straight line, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the driven locking bars 22 may be arranged in a left-right direction or an inclined direction. In the present embodiment, the number of the locking mechanisms 20 is two and the locking mechanisms are arranged on the door panel 12 in parallel, so that when the locking mechanisms 20 are jointly locked to the container body 10, the locking force can be applied equally without being easily broken due to the influence of moment, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and only one locking mechanism 20 is used for convenience of description.
The number of the storage racks 30 may be preferably arranged corresponding to the number of the locking mechanisms 20, so that the number of the storage racks 30 in the present embodiment is two, but only one storage rack 30 is described below for convenience of description. The storage rack 30 is provided outside the container body 10. Specifically, the storage rack 30 may be disposed on the door panel 12, the carrying case 11 or the supporting frame 13, and the storage rack may be disposed at a position that is convenient for an operator to reach, depending on design and use requirements. In the present embodiment, the storage rack 30 is integrally formed by plastic injection, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the storage rack 30 may be formed of metal, for example. The storage rack 30 is a rack body, a slot 31 is formed at the center of the storage rack 30 for hanging and placing the unlocking device 40, and the storage rack 30 can be locked and fixed by more than two bolts (not shown), but the storage form and the fixing mode of the storage rack 30 are not limited as described above.
Further, the door panel 12 includes a base 121 and a cover 122. The locking mechanism 20 is disposed on the base plate 121, and the cover plate 122 covers the base plate 121 and shields the locking mechanism 20. Specifically, a wall (not shown) is formed by extending a side periphery of the base 121, and the base 121 is formed with two or more reinforcing ribs (not shown) in a surrounding area of the wall to strengthen the overall structure, and a space for the locking mechanism 20 is formed between the wall and each of the reinforcing ribs, wherein the cover 122 can be covered and fixed on the base 121 by a fastening manner, but the fixing manner between the cover and the base is not limited in this invention.
Further, the door 12 has two or more slots 121A, and the carrying case 11 has two or more slots 114 at the opening 112 corresponding to the positions of the slots 121A. Each of the driven locking bars 22 is movably inserted into each of the through grooves 121A at an end far away from the driving turntable 21, so as to be locked in each of the locking grooves 114 of the carrying case 11, thereby locking the door panel 12 on the carrying case 11. Specifically, each through slot 121A is disposed on the enclosing wall of the substrate 121, and the position of each through slot 121A corresponds to the position of each driven locking bar 22, and each clamping slot 114 also corresponds to the position of each through slot 121A.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, the driving turntable 21 is provided with more than two arc-shaped curved slots 212, one end of each driven locking bar 22 adjacent to the driving turntable 21 is respectively provided with a driven post 221 corresponding to each arc-shaped curved slot 212, and each driven post 221 is slidably partially accommodated in each arc-shaped curved slot 212. Specifically, each of the arcuate curved grooves 212 is approximately arc-shaped and has an unlocking end 212A and a locking end 212B. A first interval t1 is formed between the center of the unlocking end 212A and the center of the driving turntable 21, a second interval t2 is formed between the center of the locking end 212B and the center of the driving turntable 21, and the first interval t1 is smaller than the second interval t2. Therefore, when the driving turntable 21 rotates to the position where the driven post 221 is located at the locking end 212B, the driven locking bar 22 is driven by the driving turntable 21 to protrude out of the door panel 12 to lock the carrying case 11, as shown in fig. 6 and 7; when the driving turntable 21 rotates until the driven post 221 is located at the unlocking end 212A, the driven locking bar 22 is driven by the driving turntable 21 to retract into the door panel 12 to unlock the carrying case 11, as shown in fig. 6 and 8. The difference between the second interval t2 and the first interval t1 is the displacement of the driven locking bar 22 between the unlocking position and the locking position, so that the designer can control the protrusion of each driven locking bar 22 by adjusting the difference.
The base plate 121 of the door panel 12 is provided with two or more positioning posts 121B arranged in a straight line, and each of the driven locking bars 22 is provided with two or more bar-shaped holes 222 corresponding to each of the positioning posts 121B. The bar-shaped holes 222 are sleeved on the positioning posts 121B, so as to limit the movement of the driven locking bars 22 along the arrangement direction of the bar-shaped holes 222. In the present embodiment, since each of the driven locking bars 22 extends up and down from the driving turntable 21, each of the positioning posts 121B in the present embodiment also extends up and down from the location of the driving turntable 21, and the extending direction of each of the bar-shaped holes 222 also extends up and down. Therefore, each of the positioning posts 121B is limited in each of the bar-shaped holes 222, so that each of the driven locking bars 22 can stably move vertically up and down without being skewed, and each of the driven locking bars 22 can be ensured to be accurately clamped into each of the clamping grooves 114 of the carrying case 11 when protruding out of the door panel 12.
The present invention also provides a substrate container, which is mainly used for stacking and accommodating more than two substrates (not shown). The substrate may be a printed circuit board, a wafer, a semiconductor substrate, or other conductive and insulating substrates, which is not limited in the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the substrate container includes a container body 10, at least one locking mechanism 20, at least one storage rack 30, and at least one unlocking device 40.
The driving turntable 21 is used for driving each driven locking bar 22 to protrude out of the door panel 12 or retract into the door panel 12.
Specifically, the storage rack 30 may be disposed on the door panel 12 or the carrying case 11, and the storage rack may be disposed at a position that is convenient for an operator to reach, depending on design and use requirements. In the present embodiment, the storage rack 30 is integrally formed by plastic injection, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the storage rack 30 may be formed of metal, for example. The storage rack 30 is a rack body, a slot 31 is formed at the center of the storage rack 30 for hanging the unlocking device 40, and the storage rack 30 can be locked and fixed by two or more bolts (not shown), but the storage form and the fixing mode of the storage rack 30 are not limited as described above.
Since the number of the unlocking devices 40 is arranged corresponding to the number of the storage racks 30, the number of the unlocking devices 40 in the present embodiment is two, but only one unlocking device 40 will be described below for convenience of description. As shown in fig. 3, the unlocking device 40 mainly comprises a handle 41 and an insert 42, wherein the insert 42 is detachably connected with the handle 41. Specifically, the insert 42 extends vertically to form a fixing post 421, the handle 41 has a fixing hole 411 for inserting the fixing post 421, and the unlocking device 40 further includes a bolt 43 for locking the fixing post 421 in the fixing hole 411. In addition, an embedded groove 211 is provided at the center of the driving turntable 21 of the locking mechanism 20, and the embedded block 42 can be locked corresponding to the embedded groove 211, so that the driving turntable 21 can be driven to rotate together when the unlocking device 40 rotates. Therefore, the insert 42 can be replaced according to the insert slots 211 with different sizes, and is mounted in the fixing hole 411 of the handle 41 through the fixing posts 421 with the same size, so that the lock opener 40 achieves a universal effect. Therefore, the unlocking device 40 can be selectively clamped on the driving turntable 21 or placed in the storage rack 30 for storage. When the unlocking device 40 is locked on the driving turntable 21, rotating the unlocking device 40 can make the driving turntable 21 drive each driven locking bar 22 to protrude out of the door panel 12 or retract into the door panel 12, so as to lock or release the door panel 12 from the opening 112.
The cover 122 is provided with at least one through groove 122A, and a part of the lock opener 40 is inserted into the through groove 122A and is engaged with the drive turntable 21. Specifically, the insert 42 of the unlocking device 40 is inserted into the insert slot 211 of the driving turntable 21 in the door panel 12 after passing through the through slot 122A, and the fixing post 421 of the unlocking device 40 passes through the through slot 122A to expose the handle 41 of the unlocking device 40 outside the cover 122 for convenient operation. It should be noted that the through groove 122A is disposed corresponding to the position of the caulking groove 211 when the locking structure is unlocked, so that when the locking structure is in the locking position, the position of the through groove 122A is offset from the position of the caulking groove 211, so that the caulking block 42 is stopped by the cover plate 122 and cannot be taken out of the lock opener 40.
In summary, the present invention has industrial applicability, novelty and creativity, fully meets the requirements of patent application, and is filed according to the patent law. Of course, the present invention is capable of other and further embodiments, and its several details are capable of modification and variation in light of the present teachings, as will be apparent to those of skill in the art and of modification and variation in light of the teachings herein, but are intended to cover such modifications and variations within the scope of this invention as defined by the appended claims.
