Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the disclosure can automatically generate the evidence obtaining list, can solve the problems of large workload of auditors, great time and labor consumption, low auditing work efficiency and the like in the existing auditing process, can reduce the workload of auditors, can save time and labor resources and improve the auditing work efficiency. And moreover, the related information of the evidence obtaining list confirmation version can be displayed and managed, so that the workload of auditors is reduced, meanwhile, the auditors can conveniently check and manage, and the auditing work efficiency is further improved.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a forensic sheet generating device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The forensic sheet generating means may be an electronic device as described in the above embodiments, or the forensic sheet generating means may be a part or component in the electronic device. The forensic sheet generating device provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure may execute a processing flow provided in the forensic sheet generating method embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the forensic sheet generating device 60 includes: a first acquisition module 61, an acquisition module 62, a second acquisition module 63, a generation module 64; the first obtaining module 61 is configured to obtain related information of a target audit item; the obtaining module 62 is configured to analyze, based on a preset rule, relevant information of the target audit item, and obtain an audit problem list field of the target audit item; the second obtaining module 63 is configured to obtain a preset forensic sheet template; the generating module 64 is configured to generate a forensic sheet of the target audit item based on the audit problem list field of the target audit item and the preset forensic sheet template.
Optionally, the relevant information of the target audit item includes at least one of the following: purchase information, contract information, payment information, material warehouse entry information, and management information.
Optionally, the obtaining module 62 is configured to analyze the related information of the target audit item based on a preset rule, and when obtaining an audit problem list field of the target audit item, specifically configured to: acquiring preset rules related to audit, wherein the preset rules comprise association rules of the related information and verification rules of whether the related information is compliant or not; and analyzing the related information of the target audit item based on the association rule of the related information and the verification rule of whether the related information is compliant or not to obtain an audit problem list field of the target audit item.
Optionally, the preset forensic sheet template at least includes the following fields: target audit item name, audited entity or individual, audit item abstract, audit personnel, and date of compilation.
Optionally, the generating module 64 is specifically configured to, when generating the forensic sheet of the target audit item based on the audit problem list field of the target audit item and the preset forensic sheet template: identifying field information corresponding to each field in the preset evidence obtaining single template from the audit problem list field of the target audit item, and obtaining the corresponding relation between the audit problem list field and each field in the preset evidence obtaining single template; and filling field information corresponding to each field in the preset evidence obtaining single template into each field of the preset evidence obtaining single template based on the corresponding relation between the audit problem list field and each field in the preset evidence obtaining single template, and generating the evidence obtaining single of the target audit item.
Optionally, after the generating the forensic sheet of the target audit item, the forensic sheet generating device 60 further includes: editing module 65, rechecking module 66, and confirmation module 67; the editing module 65 is configured to obtain a evidence obtaining single-standby review board in response to an editing operation of an auditor on a evidence obtaining sheet of the target audit item, and push the evidence obtaining single-standby review board to a review worker for review; the review module 66 is configured to obtain a review form of the evidence obtaining sheet in response to a review operation of the review form by at least one review person, and push the review form of the evidence obtaining sheet to a confirmation person of the audited unit for a confirmation process; the validation module 67 is configured to obtain a validation version of the forensic sheet in response to a validation operation of the validation version of the forensic sheet by at least one validation person.
Optionally, after the obtaining the evidence obtaining form confirmation, the evidence obtaining form generating apparatus 60 further includes: a management module 68; the management module 68 is configured to display information related to the evidence obtaining form confirmation version, and manage the evidence obtaining form confirmation version, where the information related to the evidence obtaining form confirmation version includes at least a target audit item name, an audited entity or person, an audit item abstract, an auditor, a compiling date, a review completion date, and an audited entity confirmation completion date.
The forensic sheet generating device in the embodiment shown in fig. 6 may be used to implement the technical solution of the above method embodiment, and its implementation principle and technical effects are similar, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device in an embodiment of the disclosure. Referring now in particular to fig. 7, a schematic diagram of an electronic device 600 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present disclosure is shown. The electronic device shown in fig. 7 is merely an example and should not be construed to limit the functionality and scope of use of the disclosed embodiments.
As shown in fig. 7, the electronic device 600 may include a processing means (e.g., a central processing unit, a graphic processor, etc.) 601 that may perform various suitable actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 602 or a program loaded from a storage means 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603 to implement a forensic sheet generation method according to embodiments described in the present disclosure. In the RAM 603, various programs and data required for the operation of the electronic apparatus 600 are also stored. The processing device 601, the ROM 602, and the RAM 603 are connected to each other through a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
In general, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 605: input devices 606 including, for example, a touch screen, touchpad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, and the like; an output device 607 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; storage 608 including, for example, magnetic tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 609. The communication means 609 may allow the electronic device 600 to communicate with other devices wirelessly or by wire to exchange data. While fig. 7 shows an electronic device 600 having various means, it is to be understood that not all of the illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may be implemented or provided instead.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a non-transitory computer readable medium, the computer program containing program code for performing the method shown in the flowchart, thereby implementing the forensic sheet generation method as described above. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via communication means 609, or from storage means 608, or from ROM 602. The above-described functions defined in the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure are performed when the computer program is executed by the processing device 601.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium described in the present disclosure may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium, or any combination of the two. The computer readable storage medium can be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer-readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this disclosure, a computer-readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present disclosure, however, the computer-readable signal medium may include a data signal propagated in baseband or as part of a carrier wave, with the computer-readable program code embodied therein. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, fiber optic cables, RF (radio frequency), and the like, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
In some implementations, the clients, servers may communicate using any currently known or future developed network protocol, such as HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol ), and may be interconnected with any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include a local area network ("LAN"), a wide area network ("WAN"), the internet (e.g., the internet), and peer-to-peer networks (e.g., ad hoc peer-to-peer networks), as well as any currently known or future developed networks.
The computer readable medium may be contained in the electronic device; or may exist alone without being incorporated into the electronic device.
The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to:
acquiring related information of a target audit item;
analyzing the related information of the target audit item based on a preset rule to obtain an audit problem list field of the target audit item;
acquiring a preset evidence obtaining single template;
and generating a evidence obtaining list of the target audit item based on the audit problem list field of the target audit item and the preset evidence obtaining list template.
Alternatively, the electronic device may perform other steps described in the above embodiments when the above one or more programs are executed by the electronic device.
Computer program code for carrying out operations of the present disclosure may be written in one or more programming languages, including, but not limited to, an object oriented programming language such as Java, smalltalk, C ++ and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
The flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units involved in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by means of software, or may be implemented by means of hardware. Wherein the names of the units do not constitute a limitation of the units themselves in some cases.
The functions described above herein may be performed, at least in part, by one or more hardware logic components. For example, without limitation, exemplary types of hardware logic components that may be used include: a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an Application Specific Standard Product (ASSP), a system on a chip (SOC), a Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD), and the like.
In the context of this disclosure, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. The machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.

Claims (10)

1. A method of forensic generation, the method comprising:
acquiring related information of a target audit item;
analyzing the related information of the target audit item based on a preset rule to obtain an audit problem list field of the target audit item;
acquiring a preset evidence obtaining single template;
and generating a evidence obtaining list of the target audit item based on the audit problem list field of the target audit item and the preset evidence obtaining list template.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the information regarding the target audit item includes at least one of:
purchase information, contract information, payment information, material warehouse entry information, and management information.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the analyzing the related information of the target audit item based on the preset rule to obtain an audit problem list field of the target audit item includes:
acquiring preset rules related to audit, wherein the preset rules comprise association rules of the related information and verification rules of whether the related information is compliant or not;
and analyzing the related information of the target audit item based on the association rule of the related information and the verification rule of whether the related information is compliant or not to obtain an audit problem list field of the target audit item.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the preset forensic sheet template comprises at least the following fields:
target audit item name, audited entity or individual, audit item abstract, audit personnel, and date of compilation.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating the forensic sheet for the target audit item based on the audit problem list field for the target audit item and the preset forensic sheet template comprises:
identifying field information corresponding to each field in the preset evidence obtaining single template from the audit problem list field of the target audit item, and obtaining the corresponding relation between the audit problem list field and each field in the preset evidence obtaining single template;
and filling field information corresponding to each field in the preset evidence obtaining single template into each field of the preset evidence obtaining single template based on the corresponding relation between the audit problem list field and each field in the preset evidence obtaining single template, and generating the evidence obtaining single of the target audit item.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after the generating the forensic sheet for the target audit item, the method further comprises:
responding to the editing operation of auditors on the evidence obtaining list of the target audit item to obtain a evidence obtaining list to be checked and pushing the evidence obtaining list to be checked to a check person to perform a check flow;
responding to the rechecking operation of at least one rechecking personnel on the evidence obtaining single-standby rechecking plate to obtain the evidence obtaining single-standby rechecking plate, and pushing the evidence obtaining single-standby rechecking plate to a confirmation personnel of an audited unit for confirmation;
and responding to the confirmation operation of at least one confirmation personnel on the evidence obtaining list rechecked edition to obtain the evidence obtaining list confirmation edition.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein after the obtaining the forensic confirmation version, the method further comprises:
and displaying the related information of the evidence obtaining list confirmation version, and managing the evidence obtaining list confirmation version, wherein the related information of the evidence obtaining list confirmation version at least comprises a target audit project name, an audited unit or person, an audit item abstract, an audit person, a compiling date, a rechecking completion date and an audited unit confirmation completion date.
8. A forensic sheet generating apparatus comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the related information of the target audit item;
the obtaining module is used for analyzing the related information of the target audit item based on a preset rule to obtain an audit problem list field of the target audit item;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a preset evidence obtaining single template;
and the generation module is used for generating a evidence obtaining list of the target audit item based on the audit problem list field of the target audit item and the preset evidence obtaining list template.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory;
a processor; and
a computer program;
wherein the computer program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the method according to any of claims 1-7.
