When the cleaning device is used, the lifting device drives the cleaning device to stay at different positions on the inner wall of the container, and the built-in power of the cleaning device is started to enable the brush body with the rotating function to rotate and clean; and starting an oil cylinder under the electric bracket traversing platform to enable the electric bracket traversing platform to reciprocate relative to the inner wall of the container, wherein the reciprocating cleaning of the inner side surface of the container is formed by combining the movement of the electric bracket traversing platform and the movement of the lifting device. Meanwhile, a vibrating motor on the vibrating device is started to drive the vibrating device to vibrate, vibration is transmitted to the inner wall of the container through the rubber wheel, and the cleaning dropping process of materials is accelerated. When the lifting device moves, the guide device is always provided with 2 groups of guide wheels to keep contact with the inner wall of the container, so that the stability of the whole cleaning system is maintained. By adjusting the limiting device, vibration limitation on the crank arm assembly is caused to match different cleaning requirements.
