It should be noted that, besides the charging pile, the dust-proof cleaning control method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to other devices, for example: a power supply for use in a computer device, the power supply for providing power to the computer device. The dustproof cleaning control method provided by the embodiment of the invention determines whether a cleaning alarm signal needs to be generated or not by collecting the wind speed and the temperature of the power supply.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, whether the charging pile needs to be subjected to dust-proof cleaning control is monitored in real time, and in other embodiments, dust-proof cleaning control processing may be performed on the charging pile by presetting a dust-proof cleaning period, for example, setting the dust-proof cleaning period to be 3 months.
The embodiment of the invention provides a dustproof cleaning control method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring temperature parameter information acquired by a temperature sensor and wind speed parameter information acquired by a wind speed sensor; and generating a clearing alarm signal based on the temperature parameter information and the wind speed parameter information, so that the dust removal component can carry out dust removal processing based on the clearing alarm signal. The dust removal device and the dust removal method have the advantages that whether dust removal treatment is needed to be carried out on the dust screen in the charging module can be determined by collecting temperature parameter information according to the temperature sensor and collecting wind speed parameter information of the wind channel through the wind speed sensor. The blocking of the dustproof net can be automatically identified, so that the workload of manual inspection of the dustproof net is reduced, unnecessary replacement of the dustproof net is reduced, and the maintenance cost is reduced. And automatic detection laying dust can remind the dust screen to change in good time, avoids the charging efficiency that poor heat dissipation leads to decline by a wide margin.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the generating a clearing alert signal based on the temperature parameter information and the wind speed parameter information includes:

Specifically, an average temperature and a maximum temperature can be obtained by calculation according to temperature parameter information acquired in a preset time or continuously acquired by a temperature sensor, in addition, an average wind speed and a minimum wind speed can be obtained by calculation according to wind speed parameter information acquired in a preset time or continuously acquired by a wind speed sensor, further, the average temperature is compared with a first temperature threshold value, the maximum temperature is compared with a second temperature threshold value, the average wind speed is compared with the first wind speed threshold value, and the minimum wind speed is compared with the second wind speed threshold value, so as to judge whether a dust screen is blocked, and further, if the average temperature is greater than the first temperature threshold value, the maximum temperature is greater than the second temperature threshold value, the average wind speed is less than the first wind speed threshold value, and the minimum wind speed is less than the second wind speed threshold value, the dust screen is proved to be blocked, so that the situation that the wind speed is too low and the temperature is too high occurs is further judged, and the dust removal alarm signal is generated. Therefore, whether dust removal treatment is needed on the dust screen in the charging module or not can be determined according to the temperature parameter information acquired by the temperature sensor and the wind speed parameter information of the wind channel acquired by the wind speed sensor, and the workload of manual inspection of the dust screen is reduced.

Specifically, if the average temperature is greater than a first temperature threshold, the highest temperature is greater than a second temperature threshold, the average wind speed is less than a first wind speed threshold, and the lowest wind speed is less than a second wind speed threshold, the dust screen is proved to be blocked, the temperature exceeds the standard, and then the charging pile is judged to need dust removal. In addition, if the average temperature is not greater than the first temperature threshold and the highest temperature is not greater than the second temperature threshold, the dust screen is not blocked or the temperature exceeds the standard due to blocking, and then the charging pile is judged not to need dust removal.
