Specifically, referring to fig. 4, after the range hood is opened, the motor starts to operate, the motor drives the fan blades to rotate, so that the gas is blown out from the volute outlet to generate negative pressure inside the range hood, and air outside the range hood is sucked into the volute under the action of the negative pressure. The air contains grease particles and dust particles, and the air passes through the dynamic net at the air inlet of the volute in the process of entering the volute inside the range hood, wherein the grease particles and the dust particles contained in the air collide with the dynamic net and are adhered to the dynamic net in a large quantity. The dynamic net rotates at a high speed along with the motor when the cigarette machine is started, so that a large amount of grease particles and dust particles adhered to the dynamic net are thrown out under the action of centrifugal force, and the cleaning and intercepting efficiency of the dynamic net is ensured. However, as grease particles and dust particles accumulate, the dirt blocks the meshes of the dynamic net, so that the air permeability of the dynamic net is reduced, and the interception efficiency is reduced. A pressure monitoring point is arranged at the front and the back of the dynamic network to monitor the pressure values at the front and the back of the dynamic network, and the pressure values are transmitted to a computing chip of the control device in real time to be computed. The pressure sensors are used as pressure monitoring points, cannot rotate at a high speed and are only close to the dynamic network, and the two pressure sensors are arranged on the box bodies of the range hoods at the two sides inside and outside the dynamic network. The chip stores standard pressure loss of a dynamic network, if the calculated pressure loss rate continuously exceeds 6% within 1min, the dynamic network meets the requirement of cleaning, the chip sends two groups of commands, one group of commands reaches a buzzer, the buzzer starts to drop, the buzzing state is maintained for 10min at the longest in a single starting operation period, then the buzzing prompt is not performed, the user still performs detection again when starting the machine next time, and if the pressure loss rate reaches the requirement of cleaning, the buzzing prompt is performed again, and the dynamic network is maintained for 10min at the longest. And the other group of cleaning reminding display lamps on the panel of the range hood change the color of the display lamps into red and start to continuously flash, and the reminding is maintained until the pressure loss rate on two sides of the dynamic network is within 6 percent after a user cleans the dynamic network.
According to the range hood monitoring method, after a first pressure value of the front side of a dynamic network of the range hood and a second pressure value of the rear side of the dynamic network are obtained, a loss rate is obtained through calculation according to the first pressure value, the second pressure value and standard pressure loss, when the loss rate is larger than or equal to a preset loss rate threshold value, a reminding instruction is sent to the information reminding device in consideration of the fact that the loss rate is larger, and therefore the information reminding device is controlled to send out reminding information of cleaning of the dynamic network. Through monitoring the pressure value to the dynamic net both sides, when the loss rate is more than or equal to and predetermines the loss rate threshold value, consider that the loss rate is great this moment, the wind channel resistance is great, the gas permeability of dynamic net is poor, timely control information reminding device sends prompt message this moment, reminds the user in time to carry out the dynamic net clean to improve the filtering quality of filter screen, avoid the filter screen to block up and cause lampblack absorber working property poor, thereby improved the use reliability of lampblack absorber.
In an embodiment, please refer to fig. 5, which provides a range hood monitoring device, including a pressure value obtaining module, a loss rate obtaining module and a prompting module, where the pressure value obtaining module is configured to obtain a first pressure value on a filtering front side and a second pressure value on a filtering rear side of a dynamic network of a range hood, the loss rate obtaining module is configured to calculate a loss rate according to the first pressure value, the second pressure value and a standard pressure loss, the prompting module is configured to send a prompting instruction to an information prompting device when the loss rate is greater than or equal to a preset loss rate threshold, and the prompting instruction is used to control the information prompting device to send out prompt information for cleaning the dynamic network.
In one embodiment, the range hood detection device further comprises a standard pressure loss acquisition module, wherein the standard pressure loss acquisition module is used for calculating a standard pressure loss according to a pressure value on the front side of the dynamic network of the range hood and a pressure value on the rear side of the dynamic network of the range hood when the range hood is started for the first time before the loss rate is calculated according to the first pressure value, the second pressure value and the standard pressure loss by the loss rate acquisition module.
In one embodiment, the range hood detection device further comprises a return module, wherein the return module is used for returning the first pressure value on the filtering front side and the second pressure value on the filtering rear side of the dynamic net of the range hood acquired by the pressure value acquisition module when the loss rate is smaller than a preset loss rate threshold value after the loss rate acquisition module calculates the loss rate according to the first pressure value, the second pressure value and the standard pressure loss.
In one embodiment, the range hood detection device further comprises a stopping module, the stopping module is used for sending a reminding instruction to the information reminding device after the reminding module sends a reminding instruction to the information reminding device when the loss rate is greater than or equal to the preset loss rate threshold value, and sending a stopping instruction to the information reminding device after the duration of the information reminding device sending the prompt information of dynamic network cleaning reaches the preset reminding duration, and the stopping instruction is used for controlling the information reminding device to stop sending the prompt information.

In an embodiment, please refer to fig. 6, which provides a range hood monitoring apparatus, including a pressure sensor 20, a control device 40 and an information reminding device 60, where the pressure sensor 20 and the information reminding device 60 are both connected to the control device 40, the pressure sensor 20 is configured to detect a first pressure value on a front side of a dynamic network of a range hood and a second pressure value on a rear side of the dynamic network and send the first pressure value and the second pressure value to the control device 40, and the control device 40 is configured to perform range hood monitoring according to the range hood control method.
Specifically, the filter front side of the dynamic mesh refers to the side of the dynamic mesh away from the motor, and the filter back side of the dynamic mesh refers to the side of the dynamic mesh close to the motor. In general, the pressure sensor 20 is not disposed on the dynamic network, and does not rotate at a high speed with the dynamic network, so that the rotation of the dynamic network does not affect the operation performance of the pressure sensor 20. The pressure sensor 20 is arranged close to the dynamic network in an expandable manner, and the specific distance thereof can be adjusted according to actual conditions so as to improve the accuracy of the detection result.
In one embodiment, the information reminding device 60 is a buzzer, and the control device 40 is configured to control the buzzer to send a buzzer prompt when the loss rate is greater than or equal to a preset loss rate threshold.
When the information reminding device 60 is a buzzer, if the loss rate is greater than or equal to the preset loss rate threshold value, the control device 40 sends a reminding instruction to the buzzer, and the buzzer starts to make a dripping sound after receiving the reminding instruction, so that the function of reminding a user of cleaning the dynamic network is achieved.
In one embodiment, the control device 40 is further configured to send a stop instruction to the buzzer after the time length for controlling the buzzer to send out the buzzer reaches the preset reminding time length. The stopping instruction is used for controlling the buzzer to stop giving out the buzzing prompt. The buzzer does not buzz after the buzz reminding time reaches the preset reminding time, so that the trouble of continuous alarm of the buzzer on a user is avoided. when the loss rate is greater than or equal to a preset loss rate threshold value, sending a reminding instruction to an information reminding device; the reminding instruction is used for controlling the information reminding device to send out dynamic network cleaning reminding information.
2. The range hood monitoring method according to claim 1, wherein the calculating a loss rate from the first pressure value, the second pressure value and a standard pressure loss comprises:
calculating to obtain the operating pressure loss according to the first pressure value and the second pressure value;
and calculating the loss rate according to the operating pressure loss and the standard pressure loss.
3. The range hood monitoring method according to claim 1, wherein when the loss rate is greater than or equal to a preset loss rate threshold, sending a reminding instruction to an information reminding device comprises:
