In this embodiment, the first pollutant shielding area is compared with a preset first shielding area threshold and a preset second shielding area threshold, and the pollution degree of the filter screen can be obtained through judgment; whether the filter screen needs to be replaced can be judged according to the pollution degree of the filter screen, and timely replacement and accurate replacement of the filter screen are ensured; the pollution degree of filter screen reaches when being about to need to change or the pollution degree that needs to change immediately, according to the rotational speed of predetermined rotational speed adjustment rule increase fan, can reduce the pollution degree of filter screen improves the availability factor and the life of filter screen.
In a preferred embodiment, the contaminant blocking area of the screen is obtained by:
acquiring a pollutant shielding area of the filter screen through at least one infrared imaging sensor; wherein the contaminant blocking area includes the first contaminant blocking area, the second contaminant blocking area, and the third contaminant blocking area.
Wherein, the infrared imaging sensor is a high-resolution infrared imaging sensor, the resolution of the infrared imaging sensor is not less than 120 x 90, and the imaging coverage area of the infrared imaging sensor is not less than 30% of the area of the filter screen.
Particularly, infrared imaging sensor is used for detecting the pollution degree of filter screen, it can set up filter screen position is inboard, shelters from the area to the filter screen pollutant when opening and carries out real-time detection, and its and electrical equipment's control module adopt serial ports or II2C communication mode.

after a preset third time threshold value, acquiring a second pollutant shielding area of the filter screen after the rotating speed of the fan is adjusted;
comparing the second contaminant occlusion area to the first occlusion area threshold and the second occlusion area threshold;
when the shielding area of the second pollutant is not larger than the threshold value of the first shielding area, judging that the filter screen does not need to be replaced, and maintaining the current rotating speed of the fan unchanged;
when the shielding area of the second pollutant is larger than the first shielding area threshold value and smaller than the second shielding area threshold value, judging that the filter screen is about to be replaced, and maintaining the current rotating speed of the fan unchanged;

When the filter screen needs to be replaced immediately, the embodiment also provides a relief measure, the pollution degree of the filter screen is reduced by increasing the rotating speed of the fan, the pollutant shielding area is further judged and processed after adjustment, and the judgment accuracy can be improved.
Optionally, the fan speed may be adjusted and determined multiple times.
It will be appreciated that when the degree of contamination of the screen is high, a greater fan speed than in the degree of contamination is required to reduce the degree of contamination.
In a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises:
