Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶及制备方法,其特征在于:由在溶解有气泡保持剂的水溶液里,发生60μm以下的臭氧微气泡,得到臭氧纳米气泡水;所述气泡保持剂由电解质、表面活性剂和水溶性聚合物组成;在臭氧纳米气泡水中添加凝胶水溶性高分子,得到臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶。本发明的臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶制备方法简单,保存时间长,其臭氧纳米气泡水溶液以液相存在于水凝胶中,也就是以液相保存在水凝胶中,增加了臭氧纳米气泡水溶液的保存时间,最长超过七个月。

本发明涉及一种抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶及制备方法,属于保存性臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶制备技术领域。
背景技术
本申请发明人的专利《一种高浓度长效臭氧纳米气泡水溶液及制备方法,专利号:ZL 202010409543.4》的制备方法,通过在以无机盐为主的水溶液中发生大量的臭氧纳米气泡,把臭氧气体包裹在纳米气泡里,而无机盐的正负离子在纳米气泡外形成一电子壳紧紧包裹住纳米气泡,使臭氧气体凝缩于纳米气泡里。凝缩于纳米气泡里的臭氧气体不分解也不能从纳米气泡逃逸,而纳米气泡因极其微小,不受重力浮力影响,在水溶液中不上升也不下降,能长期溶存于水溶液中,从而实现臭氧气体在常温下可长期保存,能保存的臭氧气体就可贮存流通,极大地扩展了臭氧的应用。
臭氧纳米气泡水溶液是一个克服了臭氧水三大缺点(不能保存、挥发臭氧气体损伤粘膜、只能杀灭物体表面的细菌病毒)的同时,保留了臭氧水杀菌灭毒功效,并融合了纳米气泡的渗透、剥离、组织修复、提高生理活性等功效,具有缓释性,不挥发臭氧气体损伤粘膜以及不产生耐药菌、无毒副作用、安全性高,环保等特点,是一种新型多功能常温保存的长效杀菌臭氧水。

1.臭氧浓度高,在40mg/L以上,有着极高的杀菌能力。
2.臭氧纳米气泡能渗透到组织或细胞里,释放臭氧杀灭里面的病原微生物,可应用于预防感冒、预防和治疗口腔疾病、维护口腔健康以及治疗皮癣、妇科炎症、脚气、泌尿感染等症,治愈效果好、治愈快。
但臭氧纳米气泡水溶液为水剂,没有附着性,即无持续性,不能持续向患处或创面释放臭氧,治疗一些疾病如妇科疾病、脚气等,只能用泡浴的方式,使用量大,不方便患者使用。
另外,目前,市场上的抗菌水凝胶含有银离子(如参考专利1:CN103768643A一种银离子海藻酸盐缓释抗菌凝胶及其制备方法)或杀菌剂(如参考专利2:CN109316418 A一种海藻酸盐抗菌凝胶及其加工工艺),银离子对生物组织有毒性,抗生素(杀菌剂)长期使用会产生耐药菌。
还有一种具有抗菌作用的臭氧油凝胶(如参考专利3:CN109528982 A一种用于妇科炎症的臭氧油凝胶及其制备方法),其制备方法主要是在卡波姆凝胶中,加入臭氧油、乙醇、中药浸膏,臭氧油会氧化有机物中药材,并产生过氧化物,过氧化物会引起皮肤红肿、搔痒,所以臭氧油凝胶并没有得到广泛应用。
还有一种臭氧凝胶水球(如参考专利4:CN114698681 B一种制作富含臭氧的凝胶水球的装置、方法和凝胶水球)和臭氧凝胶(如参考专利5:CN113908781 A一种用于储存臭氧的凝胶及其制备方法),是把臭氧气体保存于凝胶中,但没有写明保存时间,其凝胶制备工艺复杂。
上述参考专利的抗菌水凝胶、臭氧油、臭氧凝胶都不具备渗透性,不能渗透到组织细胞中杀菌灭毒,杀菌性能与治疗效果有限。
除此之外,上述参考专利的水凝胶制备工艺复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶及制备方法。制备的臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,三维网络结构稳定,臭氧含量高,保存时间长,具有高效杀菌、组织渗透、组织修复、创伤治愈活性功能,制造成本低、工艺简单,耗能低,不添加交联剂,引发剂等化学品。
本发明的技术方案:
一种抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,由在溶解有气泡保持剂的水溶液里,发生60μm以下的臭氧微气泡,得到臭氧纳米气泡水;所述气泡保持剂由电解质、表面活性剂和水溶性聚合物组成;在臭氧纳米气泡水中添加凝胶水溶性高分子,得到臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶。
所述凝胶水溶性高分子为海藻酸盐、车前籽胶、沙蒿胶、田菁胶、黄原胶、黄芪胶、瓜尔胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,使用一种或二种以上。
所述凝胶水溶性高分子为海藻酸盐。
所述海藻酸盐为海藻酸钠、海藻酸钾、海藻酸铵,使用一种或二种以上。
所述海藻酸盐为海藻酸钠。
所述凝胶水溶性高分子添加量为0.5%~5%。
所述臭氧纳米气泡水溶液的电解质的质量百分比浓度为1%~15%。
所述臭氧纳米气泡水溶液的电解质为二价金属的无机盐电解质,或含有二价金属的卤盐。

抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶制备方法,包括以下步骤,
S1、将所述气泡保持剂加入水中溶解,在所得水溶液中发生60μm以下的臭氧微气泡;在气泡保持剂的作用下,臭氧微气泡在此水溶液里,缩小形成臭氧纳米气泡并存留于此水溶液里,得到臭氧纳米气泡水;
S2、在臭氧纳米气泡水里加入凝胶水溶性高分子的同时进行搅拌分散;
S3:静置溶胀;
S4:再次搅拌;
S5:真空脱泡,得到抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶。
所述臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶根据用途制备成喷涂水凝胶、涂敷水凝胶、栓塞水凝胶、固态水凝胶以及创面敷料。
有益效果
水凝胶是凝胶水溶性高分子介质在以水为媒质的水溶液里,交联形成三维网络结构而形成的膨润体。
水凝胶由固液二相组成,具有液体的某些性质。凝胶水溶性高分子介质和媒质水在水凝胶中都是以连续相存在,并有连通的毛细管空间系统,因此,低分子物质和离子在水凝胶中的扩散速度和在纯水中的扩散速度相同。臭氧纳米气泡极其微小,平均直径在300nm以下,它也能在水凝胶中扩散,因此,臭氧纳米气泡仍具有渗透性,当把抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶涂敷于皮肤或粘膜表面上时,能渗透组织里杀灭里面的微生物。
本发明的臭氧纳米气泡水抗菌凝胶的粘度最好在50mPa.s(25℃)以下,低粘度的臭氧纳米气泡水抗菌凝胶能更好的保持臭氧纳米气泡的渗透性,能更好地发挥其杀菌、抗菌功能。
因水凝胶具有液体的性质,所以用臭氧纳米气泡水溶液为水媒质制备的水凝胶仍与臭氧纳米气泡水溶液具有同等杀菌能力。
所以,臭氧纳米气泡水抗菌凝胶除了具备臭氧纳米气泡水溶液的杀菌、渗透、组织修复等功能外,还具有附着性,能制成各种喷涂水凝胶、涂敷水凝胶、栓塞水凝胶、固态水凝胶以及创面敷料,扩展了臭氧纳米气泡水溶液的应用范围。
虽然现有的抗菌水凝胶制备方法很多,能选择的凝胶水溶性高分子也很多,但本发明的臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,与其它抗菌水凝胶的根本不同点如下:
1、本发明的臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶具有极高的杀菌能力,因为媒质水为臭氧纳米气泡水溶液,水凝胶里含有大量的臭氧纳米气泡,臭氧纳米气泡密度高,臭氧浓度高。
2、本发明的臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶含有大量的纳米气泡,具有纳米气泡的组织渗透、组织修复、创伤治愈活性等多功能,这是现有抗菌水凝胶不具备的功能。
3、本发明的臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶保存时间长,臭氧纳米气泡水溶液含有气泡保持剂,制备成水凝胶,其臭氧纳米气泡水溶液以液相存在于水凝胶中,也就是以液相保存在水凝胶中,增加了臭氧纳米气泡水溶液的保存时间,最长超过七个月。
4、本发明的臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶安全性高,无毒,无副作用,还具有缓释性,不损伤粘膜。
5、本发明的臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶制备方法简单,成本低,现有抗菌水凝胶制备方法需要专业设备,成本高。
本发明人通过试验,在常温下,最终找出海藻酸盐、车前籽胶、沙蒿胶、田菁胶、黄原胶、黄芪胶、瓜尔胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等凝胶水溶性高分子能与臭氧纳米气泡水溶液混合制备成水凝胶,也就是以凝胶水溶性高分子为介质,以臭氧纳米气泡水溶液为媒质制备水凝胶。上述凝胶水溶性高分子都为食品级凝胶水溶性高分子,或为医药级凝胶水溶性高分子,由上述凝胶水溶性高分子制备的水凝胶无毒无害,无刺激性,无副作用,与人体相容性高。
经试验,臭氧纳米气泡水溶液不氧化上述凝胶水溶性高分子,不产生过氧化物。
上述凝胶水溶性高分子优选海藻酸盐,其中海藻酸钠为最佳,海藻酸钠的持水能力强,持水率高,只需添加0.5~5%的海藻酸钠就能制备成不同粘度、不同形态的水凝胶。海藻酸钠是从褐藻中制取的一种天然凝胶水溶性高分子聚合物,是一种线性的阴离子多糖,具有很强的亲水性;无毒,与人体相容性高,海藻酸钠因其优异的性能,用作创伤敷料、药物缓释剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、粘合剂、上浆剂等,已经广泛用于食品、医药、纺织、印染、造纸、日用品等领域。市场上食品级或药用辅料级海藻酸钠价格低廉。
和现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1.本发明的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶物理性能稳定,在水媒质里,海藻酸钠能与二价金属离子交联形成三维网络结构。臭氧纳米气泡水溶液里溶解有无机盐,如卤盐、卤水、卤晶,岩卤等,这些无机盐的氯化镁含量在46%以上,所以二价金属镁离子含量多,还含有其它二价金属离子如钙离子,臭氧纳米气泡水溶液中的二价金属离子含量高,与海藻酸钠交联能形成非常稳定的三维结构,具有优异的物理性能,在常温下避光存放2~7.5个月不离浆(老化)。
2.本发明的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶制造设备和工艺简单,制备成本低。臭氧纳米气泡水溶液的制造设备和制造工艺简单,自动化程度高,制造成本低,本发明使用价格低廉的海藻酸钠。本发明的水凝胶主要只用凝胶水溶性高分子和臭氧纳米气泡水溶液二种材料,在常温下只需把凝胶水溶性高分子加入臭氧纳米气泡水溶液里,再经混合分散、搅拌、静置溶胀、搅拌、真空脱泡就能制备出抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,不需添加交联剂,不需加热。
3.本发明的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶具有长效性,能在2~7.5个月内稳定地发挥臭氧纳米气泡水溶液的杀菌、抗菌、组织渗透、组织修复、创伤治愈活性等多功能。
4.本发明的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶安全性高,现有市场上的抗菌水凝胶都添加有抗菌材料,而本发明的抗菌水凝胶不添加抗菌材料(如银离子)、抗生素、防腐剂、交联剂等,无毒,无副作用,不会造成皮肤的红肿瘙痒,可用于生体组织内细胞的杀菌、抗菌。
5.本发明的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶具有纳米气泡所具有的渗透、剥离、组织修复、杀菌、提高生理活性,促进血液流动等功能。现有市场上的抗菌水凝胶不含有纳米气泡,都不具备纳米气泡所具有的功能。
6.本发明的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶用途广泛,既保持了臭氧纳米气泡水溶液高效杀菌、组织渗透、组织修复、创伤治愈活性等功能,又增加了持续性、涂敷性、缓释性、便利性等功能,能制成各种方便使用的涂敷剂、喷剂、栓剂、创面敷料等,极大扩展了臭氧纳米气泡水溶液的应用,可用于医疗、保健、保鲜、美容、日常用品等领域,以及其它领域的杀菌、抗菌。

治疗鼻炎、脚气、口腔溃疡、皮癣、妇科炎症、痔疮用水凝胶:
臭氧纳米气泡水抗菌凝胶最大的特点就是涂敷于患处,包裹着臭氧的纳米气泡能渗透到组织或细胞里,纳米气泡释放臭氧杀灭里面的病原微生物。一般病原微生物并不只是在皮肤或粘膜表面,往往它们是深入到人体组织或细胞里,而一般的抗菌水凝胶以及涂敷药物并没有渗透性,并不能渗透到皮下组织或粘膜组织以及细胞里杀灭病原微生物。所以比如鼻炎、脚气、口腔溃疡、皮癣、妇科炎症、痔疮等疾病难于治愈,就是因为上述原因。而本发明的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶因为其纳米气泡能渗透到组织或细胞里杀灭病原微生物,所以可用于治疗鼻炎、脚气、口腔溃疡、皮癣、妇科炎症等疾病,具有见效快,治愈率高的特点。抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶将替代现有的抗菌凝胶以及臭氧油,成为人类健康必不可少的保驾护航用品。
抗菌保湿创面水凝胶敷料以及创伤软膏:
本发明的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,含有的臭氧纳米气泡具有高效杀菌,渗透组织,修复组织以及促进生理活性、新陈代谢、血液流动以及创伤治愈活性等功能。另外当臭氧纳米气泡破裂时,还会产生一种称作活性氧的羟基自由基(OH-)物质,羟基自由基(OH-)不仅能杀菌,还能促进人体组织中各种酵素、因子的活性,促进细胞增殖,从而促进创伤癒合。所以本发明的臭氧纳米气泡水抗菌凝胶可用作集保湿、抗菌、修复组织、促进创伤癒合等多功能抗菌保湿创面水凝胶敷料以及创伤软膏。
抗菌去斑(生物膜)口腔保健牙膏:
生物膜,附着于牙齿表面的细菌形成的一种粘状膜。菌体表面会产生多糖体,不同的细菌产生不同的多糖体,这些多糖体融合形成膜状的构造物包裹住细菌,抗生素、白细胞对生物膜里的细菌无能为力,不能杀灭这些细菌。而用一般的牙膏刷牙并不能除去生物膜。
本发明的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,含有的臭氧纳米气泡具有高效杀菌、渗透组织、修复组织和剥离功能,用臭氧纳米气泡水抗菌凝胶刷牙,臭氧纳米气泡会渗透到牙齿表面的生物膜(牙菌斑)里,剥离并击碎生物膜,同时,臭氧纳米气泡释放的臭氧杀灭生物膜里的细菌。另外,臭氧纳米气泡的上述功能,还能预防和治疗如牙龈炎、口腔溃疡、龋齿等口腔疾病。
食品保鲜水凝胶:
臭氧还有分解气体乙烯的功能,气体乙烯具有催熟水果的作用,所以本发明的水凝胶可以直接涂抹于食品表面或水产品表面以保鲜,还可以放入食品包装袋里作为缓释保鲜剂。
美容水凝胶:
臭氧纳米气泡粒径远小于毛孔直径,能渗透到毛孔深处,剥离清除毛孔深处脏物、皮脂,并杀灭里面的细菌;还有皮肤保湿作用。臭氧本身还具有美白作用。

本发明是这样实现的:
一种抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,由在溶解有气泡保持剂的水溶液里,发生60μm以下的臭氧微气泡,得到臭氧纳米气泡水;所述气泡保持剂由电解质、表面活性剂和水溶性聚合物组成;在臭氧纳米气泡水中添加凝胶水溶性高分子,得到臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶。
气泡保持剂的电解质、表面活性剂、水溶性聚合物,引用中国专利ZL202010409543.4具体如下:
所述电解质为无机盐电解质,更具体的是,无机盐电解质为氯化钠、氯化镁、氯化钾、氯化钙、氯化铁、硅酸钙、碳酸钙、氯化氨、碳酸氨、磷酸氨、磷酸钠、磷酸镁,使用其中一种或二种以上,在水溶液中含量为3wt%~50wt%。还可以是海盐、井盐、岩盐或湖盐,或者盐卤,包括卤块、卤粉、卤片、卤晶、岩卤或井卤。
所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂或阳离子表面活性剂,使用其中一种或二种以上,水溶液里表面活性剂的含量为200ppm~2000ppm,所述表面活性剂为烷基多糖苷、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、山梨糖醇酯、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯、椰油酰两性基乙酸钠、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、月桂硫酸钠,使用其中一种或二种以上。
所述水溶性聚合物,包括天然水溶性聚合物、改性天然水溶性聚合物、合成水溶性聚合物、无机水溶性聚合物,水溶性聚合物在溶液里的含量为100ppm~2000ppm,所述水溶性聚合物为海藻酸钠、羧甲基淀粉钠、阿拉伯胶、明胶、羟丙甲纤维素、甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸及其盐、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇、聚季铵盐、硅酸镁铝、硅酸镁锂、硅酸镁钠,使用其中一种或二种以上。所述凝胶水溶性高分子为海藻酸盐、车前籽胶、沙蒿胶、田菁胶、黄原胶、黄芪胶、瓜尔胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,使用一种或二种以上。

一种抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,由在溶解有气泡保持剂的水溶液里,发生60μm以下的臭氧微气泡,得到臭氧纳米气泡水;所述气泡保持剂由电解质、表面活性剂和水溶性聚合物组成;在臭氧纳米气泡水中添加凝胶水溶性高分子,得到臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶。
气泡保持剂的电解质采用氯化镁,氯化镁在溶液里的含量为7wt%,表面活性剂采用烷基多糖苷,表面活性剂在溶液里的含量为100ppm~2000ppm,水溶性聚合物采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,水溶性聚合物在溶液里的含量为100ppm~2000ppm:
所述凝胶水溶性高分子为海藻酸钠,所述凝胶水溶性高分子添加量为2-4%。
抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶制备方法,包括以下步骤,
S1、将所述气泡保持剂加入水中溶解,在所得水溶液中发生60μm以下的臭氧微气泡;在气泡保持剂的作用下,臭氧微气泡在此水溶液里,缩小形成臭氧纳米气泡并存留于此水溶液里,得到臭氧纳米气泡水;
S2、在臭氧纳米气泡水里加入凝胶水溶性高分子的同时进行搅拌分散;
S3:静置溶胀;
S4:再次搅拌;
S5:真空脱泡,得到抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶。
实施例2
S1:准备制作材料
1.用玻璃烧杯取根据在先专利《一种高浓度长效臭氧纳米气泡水溶液及制备方法,专利号:ZL 202010409543.4》的制备方法制备的臭氧纳米气泡水溶液200ml,卤盐含量为1.5%wt。
2.称取食品级海藻酸钠2g。
S2:混合搅拌分散:
1.把型号为JJ-200的悬臂式小型电动搅拌机接上电源,把上述装有200ml臭氧纳米气泡水溶液的烧杯放在搅拌机底座上,调节速度为800rpm,开机,边搅拌边缓慢倒入海藻酸钠,全部倒入后,再继续搅拌6分钟,关机。烧杯内的臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶有白色结块,为没有分散的海藻酸钠。
S3:用保鲜膜密封烧杯,放入避光箱子内,静置溶胀48小时。
S4:取出烧杯,抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶已无白色结块,但不均匀,把烧杯放在搅拌机底座上,调节速度为800rpm,再搅拌10分钟,搅拌均匀。
S5:把烧杯放入实验用真空消泡桶内真空脱泡2小时,取出烧杯。
制备得到浅黄色透明抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,均匀无结块,为有流动性的粘稠液体。
刺激实验:把制备得到的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶倒入喷雾瓶内,喷涂入鼻腔、口腔,以及喷涂至创伤面上,无刺激感。
实施例2制备的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶可制作成为喷雾剂,可喷涂于皮肤、粘膜、创伤,用于治疗感染和创伤。
喷涂于脸面,用于美容。
还可喷涂于食品表面用作保鲜。
实施例3
制备方法除海藻酸钠改为5g外,其余与实施例2同。
制备得到浅黄色透明抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,均匀无结块,为软膏状的粘稠体。
刺激实验:把制备得到的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶涂抹于鼻腔、口腔,以及创伤面上,无刺激感。
实施例3制备的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶可制作成为软膏剂,可涂敷于皮肤、粘膜、创伤,用于治疗感染和创伤。
涂敷于脸面,用于美容。
用作牙膏、妇科栓塞剂、创伤敷料。

实施例4
制备方法除臭氧纳米气泡水溶液的卤盐含量改为14%wt,海藻酸钠改为5g外,其余与实施例2同。
制备得到浅黄色透明抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,均匀无结块,为软膏状的粘稠体。
刺激实验:把制备得到的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶涂敷于鼻腔、口腔,以及创伤面上,有刺激感。涂抹于皮肤,无刺激感。
实施例4制备的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶可制作成为软膏剂,可涂敷于皮肤,用于治疗感染。
实施例5
制备方法除臭氧纳米气泡水溶液的卤盐含量改为14%wt,海藻酸钠改为8.2g外,其余与实施例2同。
制备得到浅黄色透明抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,均匀无结块,为固态的粘稠体。
刺激实验:把制备得到的水凝胶涂敷于鼻腔、口腔,以及创伤面上,有刺激感。涂敷于皮肤,无刺激感。
挤压实验:用手掌挤压臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,不能压碎,松手后反弹。
实施例5制备的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶可制作成为保鲜剂,放入冰箱内或食品袋内,缓释臭氧,用于保鲜。
比较例1
制备方法除臭氧纳米气泡水溶液的卤盐改为食盐,海藻酸钠改为5g外,其余与实施例2同。
制备得到浅黄色透明抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,均匀无结块,为有流动性的粘稠液体。
刺激实验:把制备得到的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶倒入喷雾瓶内,喷涂入鼻腔、口腔,以及喷涂至创伤面上,无刺激感。

1.比较例1的食盐无二价金属,虽能与海藻酸钠形成水凝胶,但不能形成稳定的三维网络结构,不能较长时间保持媒质水,故而保存期短,虽然能制备抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,不如含有二价离子的电解质保存期长,制备的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶需在较短时间内使用。
2.卤盐含有46%的二价金属镁,能形成稳定的三维网络结构,能长期保持媒质水,具有保存性。
3.抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶的卤盐含有量越高,三维网络结构越稳定,保存期越长。
4.海藻酸钠含有量越高,制备的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶越粘稠,当含量超过4.1%时,形成固态抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,并具有较强的机械强度。

Claims (12)
1.一种抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,其特征在于:由在溶解有气泡保持剂的水溶液里,发生60μm以下的臭氧微气泡,得到臭氧纳米气泡水;所述气泡保持剂由电解质、表面活性剂和水溶性聚合物组成;在臭氧纳米气泡水中添加凝胶水溶性高分子,得到臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,其特征在于:所述凝胶水溶性高分子为海藻酸盐、车前籽胶、沙蒿胶、田菁胶、黄原胶、黄芪胶、瓜尔胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,使用一种或二种以上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,其特征在于:所述凝胶水溶性高分子为海藻酸盐。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,其特征在于:所述海藻酸盐为海藻酸钠、海藻酸钾、海藻酸铵,使用一种或二种以上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,其特征在于:所述海藻酸盐为海藻酸钠。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,其特征在于:所述凝胶水溶性高分子添加量为0.5%~5%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,其特征在于:所述臭氧纳米气泡水溶液的电解质的质量百分比浓度为1%~15%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,其特征在于:所述臭氧纳米气泡水溶液的电解质为二价金属的无机盐电解质,或含有二价金属的卤盐。
9.根据权利要求8所述的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,其特征在于:所述二价金属为镁或钙。
10.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶,其特征在于:所述水凝胶根据用途可添加pH调整剂、润滑剂、甘油、凡士林、香料,使用一种或二种以上。
11.根据权利要求1~10任一项所述的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
S1、将所述气泡保持剂加入水中溶解,在所得水溶液中发生60μm以下的臭氧微气泡;在气泡保持剂的作用下,臭氧微气泡在此水溶液里,缩小形成臭氧纳米气泡并存留于此水溶液里,得到臭氧纳米气泡水;
S2、在臭氧纳米气泡水里加入凝胶水溶性高分子的同时进行搅拌分散;
S3:静置溶胀;
S4:再次搅拌;
S5:真空脱泡,得到抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶。
12.根据权利要求11所述的抗菌臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶制备方法,其特征在于:所述臭氧纳米气泡水凝胶根据用途制备成喷涂水凝胶、涂敷水凝胶、栓塞水凝胶、固态水凝胶以及创面敷料。
