the swing arm mechanism (13) includes: a swing arm (16) with one end pivoted on the fixed frame, and a swing part (17) rotationally connected with the other end of the swing arm (16); the swing member (17) is driven to move toward the width direction of the transfer platform (8), and the suction cup (5) is driven to move toward the pack (4).
4. A film tearing and belt shearing device according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the film sucking machine (2) and the film releasing machine (3) are respectively arranged at two sides of the conveying platform (8);
the frame (1) is also provided with a first position sensor for detecting the position of the box stack (4), and the first position sensor is arranged in linkage with the film releasing mechanism so as to trigger the film releasing mechanism to work.

Film removal and tape cutting device according to claim 5, wherein said tape winder (10) comprises: a driving roller (22), a driven roller (23), a first driving mechanism (24) for driving the driving roller (22) to rotate, and a second driving mechanism (25) for driving the driven roller (23) to move towards the driving roller (22);
the tape cutter (11) moves the packaging tape to the direction of the tape winder (10), and the driving roller (22) is driven to rotate so as to wind the packaging tape.
7. Film tearing and belt shearing device according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that said belt shearing machine (11) is two, symmetrically arranged on both sides of said transfer platform (8) in transverse direction;
the frame (1) is also provided with a second position sensor (26) for detecting the position of the box stack (4), and the second position sensor (26) is arranged in linkage with the belt shearing mechanism so as to trigger the belt shearing mechanism to work.

9. A method of using the film tearing and tape cutting device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
step S1, a box stack (4) moves towards a film releasing mechanism under the drive of a conveying platform (8), the box stack (4) triggers a first position sensor, and the box stack (4) stops conveying;
s2, limiting and fixing the outer surface film of the box stack (4) by a sucker (5) of the film sucking machine (2) in a driven manner, and vertically cutting off the film from top to bottom by the film releasing machine (3) through a hot drying gun (6);
s3, the sucker (5) of the film sucking machine (2) is retracted in a driven manner, the film is pulled away from the box stack (4) by a preset distance, and the film taking clamping hand (7) is driven by the film releasing manipulator (12) to clamp and wind the film;
s4, resetting the film releasing mechanism, enabling the box stack (4) to move towards the belt shearing mechanism under the drive of the conveying platform (8), triggering a second position sensor (26) by the box stack (4), and stopping conveying the box stack (4);
s5, the stacking plate pressing component (9) is driven to press the top cover plate of the box stack (4) so as to prevent the cover plate from being biased by the packaging belt during winding, and avoid affecting the follow-up box unloading or bottle unloading actions;
s6, the belt shearing machine (11) completes belt shearing work; the disassembled packaging tape is transferred out of the film-disassembling and tape-cutting device through a tape winder (10);
and S7, resetting the belt shearing mechanism.

The method of use of a film tearing and tape cutting device according to claim 9, wherein in step S4, the second position sensor (26) comprises: a stacker plate positioning member; the two stacking plate positioning pieces are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the transverse direction of the conveying platform (8) so as to prevent the box stack (4) from advancing;
in step S6, two band cutting machines (11) are provided, corresponding to the stacking plate positioning members, and disposed at two sides of the conveying platform (8), so as to respectively cut two packing bands of the box stack (4).
