The method is characterized in that: a first moving block (15) is transversely and slidably connected to the bracket (11); a second sliding block (16) is longitudinally and slidably connected to the first moving block (15); the bracket (11) and the first moving block (15) are fixedly connected with a moving motor (17); the output end of the moving motor (17) is fixedly connected with a screw rod for driving the corresponding first moving block (15) or the second sliding block (16) to move; a fixed block (18) is fixedly connected to the second sliding block (16);
The fixed block (18) is provided with a detection mechanism and a glue supplementing mechanism; the detection mechanism carries out a glue dispensing step on the lamp by the glue dispensing mechanism (12), and detects a glue dispensing position after the glue is solidified; the glue supplementing mechanism is used for repairing when the detecting mechanism detects that glue is broken or the glue thickness is uneven;
the detection mechanism comprises a detection block (21), a detection rod (22) and a detection pressure sensor (23); the detection block (21) is arranged on the fixed block (18), and a detection groove (24) is formed in the detection block (21); the detection pressure sensor (23) is arranged in the detection groove (24); the detection groove (24) is slidably connected with a mounting cylinder (25); the detection rod (22) is mounted on the mounting cylinder (25); a detection spring (26) is fixedly connected between the detection pressure sensor (23) and the mounting cylinder (25);
a spring is fixedly connected in the mounting cylinder (25), and the detection rod (22) is slidably connected in the mounting cylinder (25); the mounting cylinder (25) is in threaded fit with a bolt contacted with the detection rod (22);
the glue supplementing mechanism comprises a semicircular block (31) and a glue dispensing gun (32); the semicircular block (31) is provided with a through hole (33); the output end of the dispensing gun (32) is fixedly connected with the periphery of the through hole (33) on the semicircular block (31);
Two rotating motors (4) are fixedly connected in the fixed block (18), and two rotating blocks (41) are rotatably connected to the fixed block (18); a sliding groove (42) is formed in the two rotating blocks (41); a mounting block (43) is connected in a sliding way in the sliding groove (42); the detection block (21) is arranged on one mounting block (43), and the semicircular block (31) and the dispensing gun (32) are arranged on the other mounting block (43); and the mounting block (43) is connected with a fixing screw rod (44) in a threaded manner.

The lighting fixture processing dispensing device of claim 1, wherein: one of the mounting blocks (43) is provided with an adjusting groove (5); the detection blocks (21) are uniformly and rotatably connected in the regulating groove (5) at intervals; an extrusion block (51) is connected in the adjusting groove (5) in a sliding way, and an extrusion screw (52) is connected to the mounting block (43) in a threaded way; the extrusion screw (52) is rotationally connected with the extrusion block (51); a first gear (53) is fixedly connected to the detection block (21); the side wall of the adjusting groove (5) is uniformly and rotatably connected with a second gear (54); the second gear (54) is meshed with the first gears (53) at intervals, so that when one of the detection blocks (21) rotates, all the tail ends of the detection blocks (21) gather or diffuse together.

The lighting fixture processing dispensing device of claim 2, wherein: a mounting groove (34) is formed in the mounting block (43) corresponding to the semicircular block (31); the semicircular block (31) consists of a first arc block (311), a second arc block (312) and a third arc block (313); the first arc-shaped block (311), the second arc-shaped block (312) and the third arc-shaped block (313) are sequentially attached and are arranged in concentric circles; the first arc-shaped block (311), the second arc-shaped block (312) and the third arc-shaped block (313) are fixedly connected with connecting blocks (35); the connecting block (35) is connected in the mounting groove (34) in a sliding manner; the mounting block (43) provided with the semicircular block (31) is connected with a fastening screw (36) for fastening the connecting block (35) in a threaded manner.

5. A lamp processing and dispensing method, which is applicable to the lamp processing and dispensing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, and is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
S1, a worker places a lamp and a lamp bead main board part on a fixed seat (14), a dispensing mechanism (12) performs dispensing, the fixed seat (14) moves upwards after an adhesive tape is solidified, and the adhesive tape is contacted with a detection rod (22) and a semicircular block (31);
S2, a first moving block (15) and a second sliding block (16) move with a detection rod (22) and a semicircular block (31), the detection rod (22) detects whether glue leakage occurs to the glue strip, and the semicircular block (31) and a glue dispensing gun (32) repair the glue leakage part of the glue strip;
s3, when the circular adhesive tape is required to be detected and repaired, the rotating block (41) rotates with the detecting rod (22) and the semicircular block (31), and the rotating radius is the same as that of the circular adhesive tape, so that the detecting rod (22) and the semicircular block (31) detect and repair the circular adhesive tape in the rotating process.
