Abstract
本发明公开了一种特大型钢丝滚道球轴承的保持架,包括圆环状保持架体和多个兜孔套;保持架体的材质为钢板,沿保持架体的周面上均布地径向开设多个兜孔。兜孔套的材质为聚酰胺树脂;多个兜孔套一一对应地插装在保持架体的多个兜孔中;兜孔套的外周面的入口端设有限位圈,兜孔套的外周面的出口端径向均布地设有多个扇环形倒钩;限位圈与倒钩之间形成嵌槽,嵌槽的宽度与保持架体的厚度适配;每个倒钩的外端面为倒圆锥面,使多个倒钩通过倒圆锥面压入保持架体的兜孔中后倒扣在保持架体的内周面上,并使嵌槽卡在兜孔中;每个兜孔套的内孔面为腰鼓形球面,且兜孔套的内孔面的直径比滚动球的直径大。本发明能有效减少轴承在运行时的噪音。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种特大型钢丝滚道球轴承的保持架。
背景技术
使用于CT机上的钢丝滚道球轴承要求在轻载运转的工况下有较低噪音和较小的摩擦力矩。钢丝滚道球轴承上的保持架是把滚动体均匀的隔开,防止滚动体相互碰撞,并起到引导滚动体正常运动,防止脱落,以改善轴承内部润滑的作用。医疗器械上的钢丝滚道球轴承在运行过程中若是声音过大,则会影响病人的体验。现有的钢丝滚道轴承中的保持架所用的材质是钢板,滚动钢球的材质为轴承钢,钢球与保持架在轴承运动时由于直接接触则无法避免产生碰撞,噪音由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷而提供一种特大型钢丝滚道球轴承的保持架,它能有效避免钢球与保持架直接接触,减少轴承在运行时的噪音。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种特大型钢丝滚道球轴承的保持架,包括圆环状保持架体和多个兜孔套;所述保持架体的材质为钢板,沿保持架体的周面上均布地径向开设多个兜孔;其中,
所述兜孔套的材质为聚酰胺树脂;多个兜孔套一一对应地插装在保持架体的多个兜孔中;所述兜孔套的外径与保持架体的兜孔的直径适配,该兜孔套的外周面的入口端向外突设一限位圈,兜孔套的外周面的出口端径向均布地向外凸设多个扇环形倒钩;限位圈与倒钩之间构成嵌槽,嵌槽的宽度与所述保持架体的厚度适配;每个倒钩的外端面为倒圆锥面,使多个倒钩通过倒圆锥面从保持架体的外周面压入保持架体的兜孔中后倒扣在保持架体的内周面上,并使嵌槽与兜孔卡接;每个兜孔套的内孔面为腰鼓形球面,且兜孔套的内孔面的直径比滚动球的直径大。
上述的特大型钢丝滚道球轴承的保持架,其中,所述兜孔套的内孔面的直径比滚动球的直径大1mm。
上述的特大型钢丝滚道球轴承的保持架,其中,所述兜孔套的内孔面的入口端向内设有凸环,凸环的内径小于滚动球的直径。
本发明的特大型钢丝滚道球轴承的保持架具有以下特点:
由钢质保持架体和材质为聚酰胺树脂的兜孔套塑套相结合。钢质保持架体上开设兜孔,将兜孔套固定于保持架体的兜孔中,通过设计兜孔套的结构,使其能牢固地倒扣在保持架体的兜孔中,以此来避免滚动钢球与钢质保持架体直接接触,不经能显著降低噪音,还能使保持架具有较高的强度和较大的刚性,使医疗机器在运行过程中不会产生噪音,满足静音需求。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
请参阅图1至图3,本发明的特大型钢丝滚道球轴承的保持架,包括保持架体1和多个兜孔套2。
保持架体1呈圆环状,保持架体1是用条形钢板卷圆,再在对接端焊接后形成的,沿保持架体1的周面上均布地径向开设多个兜孔;
多个兜孔套2一一对应地嵌套在保持架体1的多个兜孔中;兜孔套2的材质为聚酰胺树脂。
每个兜孔套2的外径与保持架体1的兜孔的直径适配,该兜孔套2的外周面的入口端向外突出一限位圈21,兜孔套2的外周面的出口端的径向均布地向外凸设多个扇环形倒钩22;限位圈21与倒钩22之间形成嵌槽20,嵌槽20的宽度与保持架体1的厚度适配;每个倒钩22的外端面为倒圆锥面,使多个倒钩22各自通过倒圆锥面从保持架体1的外周面压入保持架体1的兜孔中后倒扣在保持架体的内周面上,并使嵌槽20卡在兜孔中,使兜孔套2不会从兜孔中脱落。
每个兜孔套2的内孔面为被两个两个直径相等的圆平面平行地截去两个球冠后所得到的腰鼓形球面,且兜孔套2的内孔面的直径比滚动球3的直径大1mm,能减少轴承在运行时滚动球3与兜孔套2的接触而发热;每个兜孔套2的内孔面的入口端向内设有凸环23,凸环23的内径比滚动球3的直径小1m,需用力将滚动球3压入兜孔套2的内孔中,使轴承在运行时滚动球3不会窜动。

1.一种特大型钢丝滚道球轴承的保持架,包括圆环状保持架体和多个兜孔套;所述保持架体的材质为钢板,沿保持架体的周面上均布地径向开设多个兜孔;其特征在于,
所述兜孔套的材质为聚酰胺树脂;多个兜孔套一一对应地插装在保持架体的多个兜孔中;所述兜孔套的外径与保持架体的兜孔的直径适配,该兜孔套的外周面的入口端向外突设一限位圈,兜孔套的外周面的出口端径向均布地向外凸设多个扇环形倒钩;限位圈与倒钩之间构成嵌槽,嵌槽的宽度与所述保持架体的厚度适配;每个倒钩的外端面为倒圆锥面,使多个倒钩通过倒圆锥面从保持架体的外周面压入保持架体的兜孔中后倒扣在保持架体的内周面上,并使嵌槽与兜孔卡接;每个兜孔套的内孔面为腰鼓形球面,且兜孔套的内孔面的直径比滚动球的直径大。
2.根据权利要求1所述的特大型钢丝滚道球轴承的保持架,其特征在于,所述兜孔套的内孔面的直径比滚动球的直径大1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的特大型钢丝滚道球轴承的保持架,其特征在于,所述兜孔套的内孔面的入口端向内设有凸环,凸环的内径小于滚动球的直径。
