The e-shaped elastic strip fastener is used as a bolt-free fastener, and has been widely applied to urban rail transit lines due to the advantages of convenient installation and less maintenance workload.
Currently, in the urban rail transit construction process, the installation of the e-shaped elastic strip fastener still needs to be completed manually. In the installation process, a long rod type special appliance is used, one end of an iron base plate is used as a fulcrum, and an e-shaped fastener is inserted into an elastic strip penetrating hole of the iron base plate. Because the common iron base plate spring strip penetrating hole adopts interference fit with the spring strip structure, the installation process has higher requirements on the strength and the operation precision of operators. The whole installation process consumes a large amount of manpower, the installation effect is too much to depend on the operation experience of operators, and the technical requirement of the rapid development of the current urban rail transit cannot be met.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides novel e-shaped elastic strip fastener installation equipment, which can mechanically and automatically complete the installation operation of the e-shaped elastic strip fastener by using the electrically-driven mechanical installation equipment, so that the labor force required in the fastener installation process is greatly reduced.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the e-shaped spring strip installation device for the steel rail fastener comprises a walking vehicle body 1, a Z-direction moving platform 3, a Y-direction moving platform 9 and a fastener clamp 14.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the main body of the travelling car body 1 is a frame formed by welding transverse square tubes and longitudinal square tubes, wherein one side of the main body is welded and fixed with a steel plate, one side of the main body is used as a material bearing surface of the travelling car body 1, and the other side of the main body is welded with two pairs of travelling wheel sets 2 for travelling on a positive line track.

As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the Z-stage main body 4 and the Y-stage main body 10 are concave structural members formed by cast iron, and function to carry the remaining structural members of the Z-stage 3 and the Y-stage 9. The first screw rod 6 and the second screw rod 12 are threaded rods, are respectively connected with the servo motor 5 and the second servo motor 11 through a coupler, and rotate under the drive of the servo motors.
