As shown in fig. 1 to 12, an embodiment of a self-tightening sleeper fastener bolt working vehicle 100 according to the present invention specifically includes:
a frame 2 supported on the rails 11 by wheel pairs 15;
a sub-frame 9 disposed on the frame 2 in the lateral direction; the sub-frame 9 may be further specifically installed below the frame 2;
and the working mechanism 3 is arranged on at least one of the left side and the right side of the auxiliary frame 9 and is positioned on the outer side of the frame 2 along the transverse direction.
The working mechanism 3 is provided with a sensor assembly 306 for detecting the bolt 13, an image acquisition assembly 305 for positioning the bolt 13, and a slack shaft device 304 for tightening or loosening the bolt 13. The elastic shaft device 304 can be driven by the working mechanism 3 to move transversely, longitudinally and vertically relative to the auxiliary frame 9 so as to realize the positioning alignment of the bolt 13.
As shown in fig. 3, 11, 12, 13 and 14, the working mechanism 3 further includes a longitudinal frame 301, a transverse frame 302, a vertical frame 303, a track wheel 307, a longitudinal driving mechanism 308, a longitudinal guide column 309, a vertical driving mechanism 310 and a vertical guide column 312. The longitudinal guide post 309 is fixed on the subframe 9, and the longitudinal frame 301 is movably disposed on the longitudinal guide post 309. The transverse frame 302 is mounted on the longitudinal frame 301, and the transverse frame 302 is provided with a vertical guide post 312 along the vertical direction. The vertical frame 303 is movably disposed on the vertical guide post 312, and the elastic shaft device 304 is mounted on the vertical frame 303. One end of the longitudinal driving mechanism 308 is connected to the subframe 9, and the other end is connected to the longitudinal frame 301. Vertical drive mechanism 310 is coupled at one end to top beam 311 of vertical frame 303 and at the other end to transverse frame 302. The image acquisition assembly 305, sensor assembly 306, and trackwheel 307 are all attached to the transverse frame 302.
The working mechanism 3 further comprises a transverse guide post 313 and a transverse guide sleeve 314, wherein the transverse guide sleeve 314 is mounted on the transverse frame 302, and two ends of the transverse guide post 313 are fixed on the longitudinal frame 301. The transverse guide sleeve 314 is movably mounted on the transverse guide post 313, and the track wheel 307 is mounted on the transverse guide sleeve 314. The longitudinal frame 301 is moved in the axial direction (i.e., the longitudinal direction) by the longitudinal driving mechanism 308, which is shown as L in fig. 7 and 10, and further moves the elastic shaft device 304 back and forth. The vertical frame 303 is moved in a vertical direction (direction H shown in fig. 5, 8, 9 and 10) by the vertical drive mechanism 310, and the spool assembly 304 is moved up and down. The transverse frame 302 is driven by the rail leaning wheel 307 to move along the transverse direction (the direction shown by W in fig. 2, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10, namely the length direction of the sleeper 12), so that the elastic shaft device 304 is always kept at two sides of the steel rail 11, and the operation of the working vehicle 100 is more stable through the bilateral rail leaning while the self-adaptive gauge change is realized. As an alternative embodiment, the structure adapted to the track gauge change may be changed from the combination of the rail wheel 307 and the transverse mechanism to the combination of the oil cylinder or the motor and the transverse mechanism, or may be changed from the double-side rail mode of the rail wheel 307 to the single-side rail mode of the elastic structure.
As shown in fig. 2, 7 and 10, the subframe 9 has a lateral width greater than that of the vehicle frame 2, and the subframe 9 includes a first cross member 91 and a second cross member 92 disposed parallel to and opposed to each other. The working mechanisms 3 are symmetrically arranged on the left and right inner sides of the subframe 9 in the lateral direction and on the left and right outer sides of the frame 2 in the lateral direction. The transverse frame 302 further adopts a rectangular parallelepiped frame structure. Two longitudinal guide posts 309 are connected between the first beam 91 and the second beam 92, and the two longitudinal guide posts 309 are parallel and opposite to each other. The longitudinal frame 301 is movably sleeved on the two longitudinal guide posts 309. The two transverse guide posts 313 extend along the sleeper direction, are parallel to each other and are arranged oppositely, and the two transverse guide sleeves 314 are respectively movably sleeved on the transverse guide posts 313. Four vertical guide posts 312 extend vertically and are disposed inside the transverse frame 302 in parallel, and the vertical frame 303 is movably sleeved on the vertical guide posts 312. The transverse guide sleeve 314 is mounted on the transverse frame 302, and one end of the longitudinal driving mechanism 308 is connected to the first beam 91, and the other end is connected to the transverse guide sleeve 314.
As shown in fig. 15, 16, 17 and 18, the elastic shaft device 304 further includes a driving unit 30401, a reducer 30402, a bearing assembly 30404, a transmission shaft 30406, a sleeve 30407 and an encoder 30408. The reducer 30402 is installed below the driving unit 30401, and the bearing assembly 30404 is installed below the reducer 30402 and is connected to the vertical frame 303. A rotating shaft 30409 is further provided in the bearing assembly 30404, and an encoder 30408 is installed below the bearing assembly 30404. One end of the rotating shaft 30409 is connected to the speed reducer 30402, and the other end is connected to the transmission shaft 30406. The other end of the drive shaft 30406 passes through the encoder 30408 and is connected to the sleeve 30407. As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the driving unit 30401 may further adopt a (fixed displacement plunger) hydraulic motor, the driving unit 30401 may also adopt an electric driving structure, and the sleeve 30407 may further adopt a universal sleeve.
The elastic shaft device 304 further includes a cushion 30403, a first elastic member 30405, and a connecting plate 30410, and the speed reducer 30402 and the bearing assembly 30404 are connected by the connecting plate 30410. The cushion 30403 is mounted on the vertical frame 303 after being mounted on the connecting plate 30410, the cushion 30403 is disposed between the connecting plate 30410 and the vertical frame 303, and can adapt to the situation that the bolt 13 is inclined, and the cushion 30403 can be changed into a spring support structure by a flexible support. The first elastic member 30405 is installed in the bearing assembly 30404 with one end abutting against the transmission shaft 30406, and the first elastic member 30405 further employs a common metal spring or a gas spring.
As shown in fig. 1, 4, 6, 8 and 11, a rail clamping device 10 is further provided on the subframe 9, and when the sensor assembly 306 detects the bolt 13, the work vehicle 100 brakes and stops traveling while clamping the rail 11 by the rail clamping device 10. When the operation of the tightening and loosening shaft device 304 is completed, the rail clamping device 10 is loosened from the steel rail 11. As shown in fig. 19, 20 and 21, the rail clamping device 10 further includes a driving module 1001, a fixing base 1002, and a connecting rod 1003, a guiding rod 1004 and a swing arm 1005 which are symmetrically arranged from inside to outside in sequence along a transverse direction (the direction W shown in fig. 19, 20 and 21) with the fixing base 1002 as a center. The fixing seat 1002 is mounted on the subframe 9, and the driving module 1001 is mounted in the fixing seat 1002. One end of each of the two connecting rods 1003 is connected to the driving module 1001, and is disposed on the left and right sides of the driving module 1001. The other end of the link 1003 is connected to one end of a guide bar 1004, and the guide bar 1004 is movably mounted to the subframe 9. The other end of the guide bar 1004 abuts against one end of the rocker arm 1005, and the other end of the rocker arm 1005 is provided with a rail clamp 1007. The rocker 1005 is movably connected to the subframe 9 by a pin 1008, and the rocker 1005 can rotate around the pin 1008. One end of the second elastic member 1006 is connected to the subframe 9, and the other end is connected to the rocker arm 1005, so as to provide a pulling force for the rocker arm 1005. As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the driving module 1001 may further employ a hydraulic cylinder, and the second elastic member 1006 further employs a tension spring.
When the driving module 1001 contracts inwards, the connecting rod 1003 is driven to move, the guide rod 1004 is driven to move outwards, the guide rod 1004 pushes the rocker arm 1005 outwards and enables the rocker arm 1005 to rotate, and the rail clamping block 1007 connected with the rocker arm 1005 clamps the steel rail 11. When the driving module 1001 extends outwards, the connecting rod 1003 is driven to move, the guide rod 1004 is further pulled to move inwards, the rocker arm 1005 is lifted upwards under the action of the pulling force of the second elastic piece 1006, and the rail clamping block 1007 is loosened from the steel rail 11. In the present embodiment, the rail clamping device 10 is configured to clamp the rail from the outside of the rail 11, and may be configured to clamp the rail from the inside of the rail 11.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the wheel set 15 further includes a driving wheel set 1 and a driven wheel set 5, and the subframe 9 is further disposed between the driving wheel set 1 and the driven wheel set 5. The frame 2 carries a storage battery module 4, an inverter module 6, a power unit 7 and an operation control cabinet 8, and is covered by a covering part, and the power unit 7 can be assembled by a hydraulic station or a pneumatic power source. The rail clamping device 10 is located in front of the working mechanism 3 in the working direction (direction L shown in fig. 1, 4 and 8) and is located close to the driven wheel pair 5. The driving wheel pair 1 and the driven wheel pair 5 form a traveling system of the working vehicle 100, wherein the driving wheel pair 1 is provided with a hydraulic motor, so that the working vehicle 100 can realize continuous high-speed self-traveling and frequent start and stop, and the motor drive or the pneumatic motor drive can be adopted to replace the hydraulic motor to realize traveling of the working vehicle 100. The frame 2 is installed above the driving wheel pair 1 and the driven wheel pair 5 through bolt connection, and the frame 2 is a main bearing structural member of the whole vehicle, needs to meet the requirements of bearing and operation supporting, and reduces the weight as much as possible. According to the design requirement of the scheme, the frame assembly of the whole working vehicle 100 mainly comprises two parts, namely a frame 2 and an auxiliary frame 9, the frame 2 and the auxiliary frame 9 are formed by welding respectively, the overall structure size is ensured by welding post-processing, the frame 2 and the auxiliary frame 9 are connected through bolts, and the frame 2 and the auxiliary frame 9 can also adopt an integrally formed frame structure.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the image acquisition unit 305 and the sensor unit 306 are disposed forward of the capstan unit 304 in the working direction, and are maintained at a set distance from the capstan unit 304. The image acquisition component 305 may further employ a camera component, and the sensor component 306 is selected from any one or a combination of a laser sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, a proximity switch, and a metal induction sensor.
Rail 11 is secured to sleeper 12 by fasteners 14, fasteners 14 further including bolts 13. As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the working mechanism 3 includes two elastic shaft devices 304 arranged side by side in the transverse direction, and the two elastic shaft devices 304 are installed at positions corresponding to the positions of the two bolts 13 of the same fastener 14, so as to complete the bolt dismounting operation of the four groups of fasteners 14 fixed between the two rails 11 and one sleeper 12 at one time.
In this embodiment, the longitudinal driving mechanism 308, the vertical driving mechanism 310 and the driving module 1001 may be driven by an oil cylinder, an air cylinder, an electric cylinder or a motor. The combination of the guide sleeve and the guide column (the longitudinal frame 301 and the longitudinal guide column 309, the vertical frame 303 and the vertical guide column 312, and the transverse guide column 313 and the transverse guide sleeve 314) can also adopt alternative structures such as a guide rail and slider combination, a parallelogram mechanism, a gear and rack combination and the like to realize the function of a moving pair.
Example 2
An embodiment of a method of operating a self-tightening tie fastener bolt work vehicle as described in embodiment 1, the method comprising the steps of:
s10) when the working vehicle 100 runs, the sensor assembly 306 detects the bolt 13 at the same time;
s20) when the sensor assembly 306 detects the bolt 13, the work vehicle 100 brakes and stops running, and at the same time, clamps the rail 11 by the rail clamping device 10;
s30) the image capturing module 305 starts to take a picture and captures the position of the bolt 13, and the longitudinal driving mechanism 308 drives the elastic shaft device 304 to move a corresponding distance;
s40) when the elastic shaft device 304 reaches the designated position, the vertical driving mechanism 310 presses down a set distance to make the sleeve 30407 sleeve on the bolt 13;
s50) the driving unit 30401 of the tightening shaft device 304 starts to rotate, and after the rotation is set for a set number of turns, the driving unit 30401 stops working, and the tightening operation of the bolt 23 is completed this time;
s60), the vertical driving mechanism 310 is decompressed and reset, the longitudinal driving mechanism 308 is reset, the rail clamping device 10 is loosened from the steel rail 11, and the operation vehicle 100 continues to run.
In the step S30), the longitudinal driving mechanism 308 drives the longitudinal frame 301 to move along the rail direction, and further drives the elastic shaft device 304 to move back and forth. When the working vehicle 100 runs, the rail leaning wheels 307 arranged on the transverse guide sleeves 314 are supported on the steel rail 11, and the transverse frame 302 is driven by the rail leaning wheels 307 to move transversely, so that the elastic shaft device 304 is always kept at two sides of the steel rail 11 and aligned with the bolts 13, and the elastic shaft device 304 reaches a specified position.
In step S40), the vertical driving mechanism 310 drives the vertical frame 303 to perform a downward pressing operation in the vertical direction, so as to drive the elastic shaft device 304 to perform a downward pressing motion, so that the sleeve 30407 is sleeved on the bolt 13.
In step S20), when the driving module 1001 retracts inward, the connecting rod 1003 moves, and the guiding rod 1004 moves outward, and the guiding rod 1004 pushes the rocker 1005 outward and rotates, so that the rail clamping block 1006 connected to the rocker 1005 clamps the rail 11.

The working method described in embodiment 2 can be performed in a step-by-step manner or in a continuous-motion manner, i.e., the body of the working vehicle 100 is kept moving, and the elastic shaft device 304 is kept stationary relative to the ground by the longitudinal driving mechanism 308, in which case the rail clamping device 10 is not needed.
By implementing the technical scheme of the self-tightening sleeper fastener bolt operating vehicle and the operating method thereof described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the following technical effects can be achieved:

(2) according to the self-tightening sleeper fastener bolt operating vehicle and the operating method thereof described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the transverse mechanism and the rail leaning wheel adopted by the operating mechanism can realize transverse positioning of the tightening shaft device, self-adaption to track gauge change in a certain range and realize bilateral rail leaning, so that the trolley runs more stably;

14. A method of operating a self-tightening tie fastener bolt work vehicle as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 13, comprising the steps of:

s20), when the sensor assembly (306) detects the bolt (13), the working vehicle (100) brakes and stops running, and meanwhile, the rail (11) is clamped through the rail clamping device (10);
