本发明属于清洗溶液技术领域,具体涉及一种军用燃气轮机流道专用清洗溶液。所述清洗溶液采用清洗剂辅以清洗用水按比例配置而成,所述清洗剂和清洗用水按照1:4体积浓度比例混合。本发明的清洗溶液解决了工厂台架试验和部队使用、维护时无流道清洗专用清洗溶液问题,满足工厂制造生产及客户使用维护需求,填补技术空白。

技术领域
本发明属于清洗溶液技术领域,具体涉及一种军用燃气轮机流道专用清洗溶液。
背景技术
从使用环境角度考虑,环境附着物等因素影响燃机发动机功率,台架试车和外厂使用过程中,如遇功率等性能衰减或者无法启动时,需进行流道清洗,去除发动机叶片上沉积的污垢后,可恢复因污染造成的性能衰减,达到性能恢复的目的。
现国内军用燃气轮机制造过程中台架试验及服役过程中无流道清洗专用清洗溶液,导致流道内积碳、油污、沉积物等无法去除,存在导致腐蚀、性能下降及服役寿命缩短等风险,维修成本增加,影响燃机使用安全,无法满足客户需求。应发明一种适用于燃气轮机流道清洗的专用清洗溶液,在保证对燃机流道内机件无腐蚀风险的同时有效去除流道内积碳、油污、沉积物,满足工厂台架试验及部队的使用、维护需求。确保燃气轮机质量以及安全使用性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明提供一种军用燃气轮机流道专用清洗溶液,解决工厂台架试验和部队使用、维护时无流道清洗专用清洗溶液问题,满足工厂制造生产及客户使用维护需求,填补技术空白。本发明的技术方案为:
一种军用燃气轮机流道专用清洗溶液,所述清洗溶液采用清洗剂辅以清洗用水按比例配置而成,其中,清洗剂包括:1~10g/L氢氧化钠、0.3~3.5g/L十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1~3 g/L葡萄糖酸钠、0.5~1.5 g/L偏硅酸钠、1~2 g/L三乙醇胺硼酸酯、1.5~2.5 g/L乙二醇叔丁醚、余量为水;所述清洗剂和清洗用水按照1:4体积浓度比例混合。
进一步的,上述的一种军用燃气轮机流道专用清洗溶液,所述清洗用水为蒸馏水和丙二醇按照65%:35%体积浓度比例混合。
进一步的,上述的一种军用燃气轮机流道专用清洗溶液,所述清洗溶液为弱碱性容易,pH范围为7~8。
上述的一种军用燃气轮机流道专用清洗溶液的配制过程为:首先按配方配制清洗剂,清洗剂为Ⅱ型-水基乳化型清洗剂,其含水量不低于50%,不含芳香烃氢化合物的,稀释后使用,以确保对燃机材料和操作人员的使用安全性,其次将丙二醇和蒸馏水按照35%:65%体积浓度比例混合,配制成清洗用水;最后将清洗剂和清洗用水按照1:5体积浓度比例混合形成清洗溶液。
本发明的优点及有益效果:
1、本发明的清洗溶液解决了工厂台架试验和部队使用、维护时无流道清洗专用清洗溶液问题,满足工厂制造生产及客户使用维护需求,填补技术空白;
2、采用本发明清洗溶液进行流道清洗的燃气轮机,性能可恢复达98%以上,最终实现了燃气轮机安全、高效清洗;通过调整清洗溶液配制比例、清洗车转速、喷嘴角度等单数,在不同服役时间下的准备,清洗后动力涡轮出口温度可降至可靠温度,压气机出口压力和热效率等性能均达到不同程度的提升,因此附着物引起的起停问题均能解决,避免了因发动机起停、腐蚀损伤、性能下降等返修投入和寿命降低,预计年节约成本约100万元/台。
具体实施方式
一种军用燃气轮机流道专用清洗溶液,所述清洗溶液采用清洗剂辅以清洗用水按比例配置而成,其中,清洗剂包括:1~10g/L氢氧化钠、0.3~3.5g/L十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1~3 g/L葡萄糖酸钠、0.5~1.5 g/L偏硅酸钠、1~2 g/L三乙醇胺硼酸酯、1.5~2.5 g/L乙二醇叔丁醚、余量为水;所述清洗用水为蒸馏水和丙二醇按照65%:35%体积浓度比例混合;所述清洗剂和清洗用水按照1:4体积浓度比例混合;所述清洗溶液为弱碱性容易,pH范围为7~8。

实施例1
一种军用燃气轮机流道专用清洗溶液,其配制过程为:
步骤1、按配方配制清洗剂,清洗剂为氢氧化钠1.5g/L,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5g/L,葡萄糖酸钠1.5g/L,偏硅酸钠0.7g/L,三乙醇胺硼酸酯1 g/L,乙二醇叔丁醚1.5g/L,余量为水;
步骤2、将市购丙二醇和蒸馏水按照35%:65%体积浓度比例混合,配制成清洗用水;
步骤3、将清洗剂和清洗用水按照1:4体积浓度比例混合形成清洗溶液,其pH为7.1。
实施例2
一种军用燃气轮机流道专用清洗溶液,其配制过程为:
步骤1、按配方配制清洗剂,清洗剂为氢氧化钠6.5g/L,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1.6g/L,葡萄糖酸钠2.5g/L,偏硅酸钠1.0g/L,三乙醇胺硼酸酯1.7 g/L,乙二醇叔丁醚1.9g/L,余量为水;
步骤2、将市购丙二醇和蒸馏水按照35%:65%体积浓度比例混合,配制成清洗用水;
步骤3、将清洗剂和清洗用水按照1:4体积浓度比例混合形成清洗溶液,其pH为7.7。
实施例3
一种军用燃气轮机流道专用清洗溶液,其配制过程为:
步骤1、按配方配制清洗剂,清洗剂为氢氧化钠10g/L,十二烷基苯磺酸钠3.5g/L,葡萄糖酸钠2g/L,偏硅酸钠1.4g/L,三乙醇胺硼酸酯2 g/L,乙二醇叔丁醚2.5g/L,余量为水;
步骤2、将市购丙二醇和蒸馏水按照35%:65%体积浓度比例混合,配制成清洗用水;
步骤3、将清洗剂和清洗用水按照1:4体积浓度比例混合形成清洗溶液,其pH为8。

1.一种军用燃气轮机流道专用清洗溶液,其特征在于,所述清洗溶液采用清洗剂辅以清洗用水按比例配置而成,其中,清洗剂包括:1~10g/L氢氧化钠、0.3~3.5g/L十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1~3 g/L葡萄糖酸钠、0.5~1.5 g/L偏硅酸钠、1~2 g/L三乙醇胺硼酸酯、1.5~2.5 g/L乙二醇叔丁醚、余量为水;所述清洗剂和清洗用水按照1:4体积浓度比例混合。
