Abstract
The application relates to the technical field of water-soluble fertilizers, and particularly discloses an amino acid water-soluble biological fertilizer and a preparation process thereof. An amino acid water-soluble biological fertilizer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of amino acid compound liquid, 5-15 parts of trace elements, 5-10 parts of medium elements, 5-8 parts of triarrhenamine lactone, 50-60 parts of water and 3-5 parts of soil conditioner. The amino acid water-soluble biological fertilizer improves the stability of medium and trace elements in the absorption and transportation processes through the interaction of amino acid and medium and trace elements, improves the microbial environment of crop root system soil through the soil conditioner and the triarrhenamine, promotes crops to better absorb nutrients, and improves the crop yield and quality.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of water-soluble fertilizers, in particular to an amino acid water-soluble biological fertilizer and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The water-soluble fertilizer can be a water-borne fertilizer, is rich in nutrient elements required by crops, and has the advantages of low consumption, convenience in use and low use cost. Compared with the traditional compound fertilizer, the water-soluble fertilizer is easier to be absorbed by crops, and the absorption and utilization rate is relatively high.
However, under the conventional concept of long-term cultivation, major elements are mainly used in the fertilizer, so that the proportion of the major elements to the trace elements is seriously unbalanced, and the quality of crops is reduced, and the yield of the crops is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem of unbalanced nutrition in the traditional fertilizer, the application provides an amino acid water-soluble biological fertilizer and a preparation process thereof.
In a first aspect, the present application provides an amino acid water-soluble biofertilizer, which adopts the following technical scheme:

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the amino acid water-soluble bio-fertilizer of this application is rich in microelement and middling element, carries out the chelation with amino acid simultaneously, promotes the fertilizer that forms and can stably provide the nutrient composition for crops, improves crop yield. The addition of proper amount of triarrhenamine lactone in the fertilizer can promote the growth of crops, raise the content of endogenous auxin in crops, regulate the distribution of nutrient matters in crops, delay the senescence of in vitro cells of crops and further promote the growth and yield increase of crops. Amino acid belongs to natural pollution-free fertilizer, can promote crop growth, improve crop yield and quality, has certain chelation effect with medium/trace elements, and promotes the absorption and transportation efficiency of the medium/trace elements of crops to be higher and more stable.
Preferably, the trace elements include Fe, mn, zn, cu, mo, B, the Fe, mn, zn, cu component is derived from sulfate, the Mo is derived from sodium molybdate, and the B is derived from disodium octaborate tetrahydrate.
By adopting the technical scheme, fe, mn, zn, cu is derived from ferrous sulfate, manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate and copper sulfate, and the cost is low. Sodium molybdate has higher dissolution rate in water-soluble biological fertilizer, is extremely easy to permeate into soil, can sample molybdenum oxide and other nutrients to be conveyed to the root of crops, reduces runoff, improves fertilizer utilization efficiency, reduces loss of nutrient components, reduces soil hardening phenomenon, and further promotes crop growth and yield increase. The disodium octaborate tetrahydrate can provide boron element, and has high dissolution rate and high crop absorption efficiency, thereby improving the utilization rate of the fertilizer.
Preferably, the medium elements include Ca and Mg, and the Ca and the Mg are derived from magnesium sulfate and calcium nitrate.
By adopting the technical scheme, the calcium can stabilize the cell membrane structure, maintain the integrity of plant cells and accelerate root growth. Magnesium is a component of chlorophyll and can be of great significance to photosynthesis of crop plants, thereby promoting crop growth.
Preferably, the amino acid complex comprises glutamic acid, arginine, aspartic acid and lysine.

Preferably, the soil improvement agent comprises potassium humate and potassium fulvate.
By adopting the technical scheme, the potassium humate has better complexing capacity, adsorptivity and soil improvement capacity, and can complex medium/trace elements, promote the absorption of crops to nutrient elements and further promote the growth of crops. Meanwhile, the potassium humate has a sponge space structure with an ultra-large specific surface area, and can lock water in soil, so that drought resistance of crops is improved. The potassium fulvate has better acid and alkali resistance, can be directly absorbed and utilized by crops, improves the soil fertilizer efficiency, and accelerates the growth of the crops with amino acid and medium/trace elements.
Preferably, the fertilizer raw material further comprises 1-3 parts of a nutrition additive and 0.3-0.5 part of a stabilizer; the nutritional additive is alginic acid, vitamins, chitin and insecticidal Chinese medicinal materials.
By adopting the technical scheme, the chitin and the insecticidal Chinese medicinal materials in the fertilizer can reduce the problems of crop diseases and insect pests, the chitin can inhibit harmful flora, improve the soil microbial environment, and simultaneously promote the combination of crop root systems and soil and accelerate the growth of crops. Alginic acid and vitamins can regulate crop growth, provide more comprehensive nutrients for crop growth, and improve root stress resistance.
Preferably, the insecticidal Chinese medicinal materials are Chinese herbal medicine extracts prepared by grinding tripterygium wilfordii, side primary leaves and citronella grass into powder, adding the powder into water and filtering.
Preferably, the stabilizer is DL-3-hydroxy calcium butyrate and 7-amino ethyl heptanoate hydrochloride.
By adopting the technical scheme, the DL-3-calcium hydroxybutyrate can reduce the oxidation injury of crop cells, relieve the poison of harmful media in soil, improve the stress resistance of crops and enhance the growth stability of crops. The DL-3-hydroxybutyrate calcium can also form a complex structure with amino acid and medium/trace elements in the fertilizer, thereby improving the complexing efficiency of the fertilizer, accelerating the absorption of nutrient components, increasing the root system volume and absorption area of crops and promoting the growth and development of the crops.
The 7-amino ethyl heptanoate hydrochloride can be firmly combined in soil, so that the interaction between nutrient elements in the fertilizer and soil particles is enhanced, the absorption efficiency of the nutrient elements in the fertilizer is promoted, and the content and stability of organic nutrient substances in the soil are improved.
