1. Performance testing
The anti-slip ceramic tiles prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were used as test pieces, and the test pieces were tested for anti-fouling properties, glossiness and static friction coefficient according to patent CN 112299885 a. The test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from the data in Table 1, examples 1-3 all had an anti-fouling rating of 5 and a good gloss, and the static friction coefficient reached the anti-slip standard (0.8. Gtoreq.). While the effect of comparative examples 1-6 is inferior to that of examples 1-3. The surface of the ceramic tile is etched by using etching liquid to increase roughness, so that the anti-skid performance is improved; the paraffin antifouling layer permeates into small gaps and microcracks on the surface layer of the ceramic tile to fill up small gaps in the ceramic tile, molecular bonds can be generated under the pressure of the small holes, and the paraffin antifouling layer has a strong antifouling effect on the nonferrous materials of lipophilic groups, so that an antifouling protective film is generated. The anti-slip layer is formed by compounding wax water a and wax water b, a layer of highly compact and high-transparency composite coating is formed after hardening, and the volume shrinkage can keep certain roughness on the brick surface after curing and hardening. The invention can prepare the anti-fouling, anti-slip and glossy anti-slip ceramic tile through the process.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but is capable of modification and variation in detail, and other modifications and variations can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. The preparation method of the anti-slip ceramic tile is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) Calcining the green body sprayed with the overglaze, cooling, coating by using etching liquid, and cleaning and airing after etching;
(2) Then brushing a paraffin anti-fouling layer, then carrying out soft polishing, further coating a layer of anti-slip agent, and solidifying to obtain the anti-slip ceramic tile.
2. The method for preparing non-slip ceramic tile according to claim 1, wherein the calcining temperature in step (1) is 1000-1200 ℃, and the cooling is cooling to 30-40 ℃.
3. The method for preparing the anti-slip ceramic tile according to claim 1, wherein the etching liquid in the step (1) is composed of hydrochloric acid solution, nitric acid solution, oxalic acid and barium sulfate in a mass ratio of 20:10:1:8 or 30:15:5:10, the thickness of the coating is 0.3-0.6mm, and the etching time is 30-60s.

The preparation method of the anti-slip ceramic tile according to claim 1, wherein the paraffin anti-fouling layer in the step (2) consists of paraffin and silicone rubber in a mass ratio of 10:3, and the preparation method of the paraffin anti-fouling layer is as follows: the molten silicon rubber and the paraffin wax are stirred and mixed to obtain a mixture, and then 30 to 40 percent of dimethylbenzene accounting for the total mass of the mixture is added.

The method for preparing the anti-slip ceramic tile according to claim 1, wherein the specification of the paraffin anti-fouling layer brushed in the step (2) is 5-10g/800mm x 800mm, and the specific method for soft polishing is as follows: fixing wool disc and adhering polishing paste to the brush, wherein the pressure of the millstone is 0.1-0.5MPa.
6. The preparation method of the anti-slip ceramic tile according to claim 1, wherein the anti-slip agent in the step (2) is formed by compounding and mixing wax water a and wax water b in a mass ratio of 1:1, and the coating specification of the anti-slip agent is 10-12g/800mm multiplied by 800mm.
7. The preparation method of the anti-slip ceramic tile according to claim 6, wherein the wax liquid a consists of nano silicon dioxide, water and polyurethane thickener in a mass ratio of 4:6:1.

The preparation method of the anti-slip ceramic tile according to claim 6, wherein the specific preparation method of the wax liquid b is as follows: 15-20 parts by weight of mutton fat wax is dissolved in 10-30 parts by weight of ethanol solution with the mass fraction of 75%, then 1-5 parts by weight of nano aluminum powder and 5-8 parts by weight of methyltriethoxysilane are added, and the mixture is heated and stirred, so that the wax liquid b is obtained.
