It should be noted that: like reference numerals and letters denote like items in the following figures, and thus once an item is defined in one figure, no further definition or explanation thereof is necessary in the following figures.
Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and the like, if any, are used merely for distinguishing between descriptions and not for indicating or implying a relative importance.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a display module disassembling device according to an embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 1, the display module disassembling device includes: a stage 11 including a first side and a second side disposed opposite each other along a first direction x, the first direction x being parallel to a bearing surface S of the stage 11; a first reel 12 disposed on a first side of the stage 11; the reciprocating screw rod 13 is arranged on the second side of the carrying platform 11 and comprises a screw rod 131 and a nut 132 which are in threaded fit, and a first limiting piece P is arranged on the nut; a second reel 17 positioned at a side of the reciprocating screw 13 away from the stage 11; and a cutting line 14 penetrating through the first limiting member P, one end of the cutting line 14 is fixed on the first reel 12, the other end of the cutting line is fixed on the second reel 17, and the cutting line 14 is wound on the first reel 12 or the second reel 17.
The carrier 11 has a carrying surface S for carrying the display module to be disassembled. The display module to be disassembled can be an OLED display module, a quantum dot display module and the like. Taking an OLED display module as an example, the disassembling device for the display module can disassemble conductive cloth, a composite adhesive tape, a polarizer, a screen body, a cover plate and the like in the OLED display module, and the disassembled structure can be used for recycling.
Either one of the first reel 12 and the second reel 17 is wound with the cutting line 14, and when the display module is disassembled, the first reel 12 or the second reel 17 wound with the cutting line 14 is used for releasing the cutting line, and the other reel is used for accommodating the cutting line 14. The cutting line 14 may be a metal wire, such as a diamond wire. The first stopper P on the nut 132 of the reciprocating screw 13 is, for example, a stopper hole.
Taking the case that the cutting line 13 is wound on the first reel 12 as an example, in the process of disassembling the display module, the second reel 17 is controlled to rotate so as to drive the cutting line 13 to move along the first direction x, and thus the cutting line is stored on the second reel 17. Meanwhile, the nut of the reciprocating screw rod 13 is controlled to move along the second direction y, and the cutting line 14 can be pulled by the first limiting piece to move along the second direction y, so that a cutting surface is formed, and the cutting surface is parallel to the carrying table 11, so that adjacent film layers of the display module to be disassembled are separated, and the disassembly of the display module to be disassembled is realized.
In one embodiment, the axis of the reciprocating screw 13, the axis of the first spool 12 and the axis of the second spool 17 are parallel. Therefore, the stress of the cutting line 14 in the process of wire stripping and winding is more uniform, the oblique pulling stress of the cutting line 14 is avoided, and the reliability is improved.
In one embodiment, stage 11 may be a translation stage. Specifically, the stage 11 may reciprocally translate in the second direction y, and the cutting may be completed by controlling the stage 11 to translate to ensure that the cutting line 14 moves from one end of the display module to be disassembled to the other end. In this case, the length of the translation section of the reciprocating screw 13 may be arbitrary, and is not limited by the length of the bearing surface S. The reciprocating movement of the reciprocating screw 13 ensures that the cutting line 14 is housed layer by layer on the second reel 17. In this case, the reciprocating motion of the reciprocating screw 13 may cause repeated cutting at the same position of the display module to be disassembled.
In one embodiment, in a second direction y parallel to the bearing surface S and perpendicular to the first direction x, the length of the stage 11 is less than or equal to the length of the first reel 12 and the length of the second reel 17, and less than or equal to the length of the translation section of the reciprocating screw 13, i.e. the length of the screw 131. In this case, since the cutting line 14 is wound on the first reel 12 or the second reel 17 layer by layer, the cutting line 14 is unwound from the first reel 12 layer by layer, the unwinding position Q of the cutting line 14 on the first reel 12 is just moved from one end M to the other end N of the first reel 12, and the winding point of the cutting line 14 on the second reel 17, that is, the first stopper P is just moved from one end to the other end of the carrier 11, thereby ensuring that the cutting range of the cutting line 14 can cover the carrying surface S to ensure that the cutting is complete. When the reciprocating screw rod 13 returns to one end from the other end, the other display module to be disassembled can be disassembled. So reciprocally, can realize the batch disassembly of the display module assembly. In the single cutting process, the cutting lines 14 always move towards the same direction, so that repeated cutting is avoided, and the disassembly efficiency is improved.
The stage 11 may be a heated stage. For example, the display module disassembling device further includes a heating member (not shown in fig. 1) disposed on the non-carrying side, or carrying side, of the carrying platform 11. Or the stage 11 includes a cavity in which the heating element is disposed. The heating element may be a resistance wire, a heating fluid, or the like. The heating carrier can heat the display module to be disassembled so as to weaken the adhesive force of the cutting surface and facilitate cutting.
According to the display module disassembling device provided by the embodiment of the application, the reel and the reciprocating screw rod are matched with each other to realize the pulling of the cutting line, so that the disassembling work of the display module is finished in an electric mode, the mechanical structure is simple, the labor cost is saved, and the operation of personnel is convenient.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a display module disassembling device according to another embodiment of the application. The display module disassembling device shown in fig. 2 is different from the display module disassembling device shown in fig. 1 in that in this embodiment, the display module disassembling device further includes a mobile adsorbing member 15, the mobile adsorbing member 15 is used for adsorbing the display module to be disassembled, placing the display module to be disassembled on the carrying platform 11, and applying pressure to the display module to be disassembled so as to support the display module to be disassembled on the carrying platform 11, thereby realizing the fixation of the display module to be disassembled and preventing the falling of the sheet in the disassembling process.
The moving adsorption member 15 includes a moving mechanism 151 and an adsorption press 152, and the moving mechanism 151 is used for driving the adsorption press 152 to move. For example, the moving mechanism 151 may drive the suction ram 152 to translate in a plane parallel to the bearing surface S, and may drive the suction ram 152 to lift in a vertical direction perpendicular to the bearing surface S. The adsorption pressure head can be an elastic pressure head so as to avoid damage to the display module to be disassembled.
The mobile suction member 15 can also be used to remove the disassembled first sub-portion and/or second sub-portion from the carrier 11.
According to the display module assembly and disassembly device provided by the embodiment, the movable adsorption piece 15 is arranged, and the display module to be disassembled is grabbed and fixed by the movable adsorption piece 15, so that manpower is replaced, and the automation degree of the whole device is further improved.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a display module disassembling device according to another embodiment of the application. The display module disassembling device shown in fig. 3 is different from the display module disassembling device shown in fig. 1 and 2 in that, in this embodiment, the display module disassembling device further includes at least one second limiting member 16, and the at least one second limiting member 16 is located in an edge area of the bearing surface S.
The second limiting piece comprises a stop block. For example, the stop comprises a resilient stop. The elastic block is, for example, a silica gel block.
The carrier 11 includes a third side and a fourth side disposed opposite to each other along the second direction y, and the at least one second limiting member includes a first sub-limiting member 161 and a second sub-limiting member 162, where the first sub-limiting member 161 is disposed in an edge area of the carrier 11 near the third side, and the second sub-limiting member 162 is disposed in an edge area of the carrier 11 near the fourth side. Because the cutting acting force received by the display module to be disassembled is parallel to the second direction y, the second limiting piece 16 is arranged in the second direction y, so that the display module to be disassembled can be limited more pertinently, falling of sheets in the disassembling process is prevented, and the stability is improved.
The embodiment of the application also provides a method for disassembling the display module by using the display module disassembling device provided by any embodiment.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for disassembling a display module according to an embodiment of the application. The display module disassembling method is suitable for the display module disassembling device shown in fig. 1. The execution subject of the display module disassembling method may be a controller. Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the display module disassembling method 400 includes:
In step S420, at least one of the first reel 12, the second reel 17 and the screw 131 is controlled to move so that the cutting line 14 is aligned with the cutting surface of the display module to be disassembled, the display module to be disassembled is placed on the stage 11, the display module to be disassembled includes a first sub-portion and a second sub-portion which are stacked, the first sub-portion and the second sub-portion are stacked in a direction perpendicular to the bearing surface S, and the cutting surface includes an interface of the first sub-portion and the second sub-portion.
Before executing step S420, the manipulator may be controlled to place the display module to be disassembled on the stage 11, or a person may manually place the display module to be disassembled on the stage 11.
The display module to be disassembled comprises a plurality of stacked functional film layers, such as conductive cloth, a composite adhesive tape, a polaroid, a screen body, a cover plate and the like. Either of the first sub-portion and the second sub-portion may comprise at least one functional film layer.
Step S420 is a step of aligning the dicing line 14, and before performing the dicing task, the dicing line 14 needs to be positioned at an edge position of an interface between the first sub-portion and the second sub-portion, so that the subsequent dicing line 14 moves along the interface to separate the first sub-portion and the second sub-portion, thereby achieving disassembly.
In step S440, one of the reciprocating screw 13, the first reel 12 and the second reel 17, which is not wound with the cutting line 14, is driven to move to drive the cutting line 14 to move along the first direction x and the second direction y, the cutting line 14 is received on the first reel 12 or the second reel 17, which is not wound with the cutting line 14, and the first sub-portion and the second sub-portion are separated.
Taking the example of the cutting line 14 being wound on the first spool 12, the second spool 17 is driven in motion, i.e. the second spool 17 is driven in rotation about an axis. During the rotation of the second reel, the cutting line 14 is driven to move along the first direction x, so that the cutting line 14 is unwound from the first reel 12 and is stored on the second reel 17. The movement of the reciprocating screw 13 includes a rotation movement of the screw and a translational movement of the nut in the second direction y. In the process of rotating the reciprocating screw rod 13, the cutting line 14 can be limited by using the first limiting piece on the nut, so that the cutting line 14 moves along the second direction y, and a cutting surface is formed on the cutting line 14 in the second direction y, so that the first sub-part and the second sub-part are separated, and the disassembly of the display module to be disassembled is realized.
In one embodiment, in a second direction y parallel to the bearing surface S and perpendicular to the first direction x, the length of the stage 11 is less than or equal to the length of the first reel 12 and the length of the second reel 17, and less than or equal to the translation section length of the reciprocating screw 13. In this case, since the cutting line 14 is wound on the first reel 12 layer by layer, the cutting line 14 is unwound from the first reel 12 layer by layer, the unwinding position Q of the cutting line 14 on the first reel 12 is just moved from one end M to the other end N of the first reel 12, and the winding point of the cutting line 14 on the second reel 17, that is, the first stopper P is just moved from one end to the other end of the carrier 11, thereby ensuring that the cutting range of the cutting line 14 can cover the carrying surface S to ensure that the cutting is complete.
In one embodiment, stage 11 may be a translation stage. Specifically, the stage 11 can reciprocally translate in the second direction y. In this case, the cutting can be completed by controlling the translation of the stage 11 to ensure that the cutting line 14 moves from one end of the display module to be disassembled to the other end. The length of the translation section of the reciprocating screw 13 may be arbitrary and is not limited by the length of the stage. The reciprocating movement of the reciprocating screw 13 ensures that the cutting line 14 is housed layer by layer on the second reel 17.
According to the display module assembly disassembly device provided by the embodiment, the display module assembly disassembly work is electrically completed by utilizing a simple mechanical structure, so that the labor cost is saved, and the operation of personnel is facilitated.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method for disassembling a display module according to another embodiment of the application. The display module disassembling method is suitable for the display module disassembling device shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 5, the display module disassembling method 500 further includes, based on the display module disassembling method 400 shown in fig. 4, performing before step S420:
In step S510, the mobile adsorbing member 15 is controlled to adsorb the display module to be disassembled, place the display module to be disassembled on the stage 11, and apply pressure to the display module to be disassembled to support the display module to be disassembled on the stage 11.
The following steps are performed in step S440:
in step S550, the mobile adsorbing member 15 is controlled to remove the first sub-portion and/or the second sub-portion from the stage 11, respectively.
For example, the display module to be disassembled includes a first sub-portion and a second sub-portion, which are stacked, and when the display module to be disassembled is placed on the stage 11, the first sub-portion is in contact with the stage 11, and the second sub-portion is located at a side of the first sub-portion away from the stage 11. In this case, the pressure of the moving absorbent member 15 directly acts on the second sub-section during the disassembly process. When the cutting line 14 separates the first sub-portion from the second sub-portion, the movable suction member 15 is controlled to apply suction to the second sub-portion, and then the movable suction member 15 is controlled to remove the second sub-portion from the stage 11 and place it at the target position. Subsequently, the moving adsorption member 15 may be controlled to adsorb the first sub-portion on the stage 11, and the first sub-portion may be removed and placed at the target position.
