Working principle: before the freeze-dried coffee block making device and the use method thereof are used, the whole situation of the device needs to be checked firstly to determine that normal work can be carried out, as shown in fig. 1-8, coffee beans are firstly put on the spherical screen 103 in the screening box 101, the first stirring motor 110 is started to drive the stirring bracket 111 and the preheating stirring rod 112 to rotate, so that the coffee beans in the spherical screen 103 are preheated and stirred, the soybeans can be preheated and baked, meanwhile, small coffee beans are convenient to fall into the collecting hopper 114 through the sieve holes 105, when the preheating of the soybeans is completed, the first rotating motor 102 is started to drive the spherical screen 103 to rotate, the second rotating motor 107 is started to drive the rotating gear 108 to rotate, the meshing effect between the rotating gear 108 and the meshing rack 106 is utilized, so that the spherical screen 103 is turned over more stably, the preheated and baked soybeans are convenient to mix, and the coffee beans are poured into the drying box 214 by pulling the sealing plate 117 through the handle 117 to carry out secondary coffee baking, and the phenomenon that the heated and burnt coffee beans are unevenly caused by the volume difference of the soybeans and the small coffee beans is avoided.
Secondly, start second agitator motor 216 and drive stirring tripod 217 and planetary gear 218 rotation, can realize the revolution of planetary gear 218 and baking heating rod 220, utilize the meshing effect between planetary gear 218 and the meshing ring gear 224 simultaneously, realize the rotation of planetary gear 218 and baking heating rod 220, drive helical blade 221 rotation simultaneously, not only can realize the horizontal stirring of coffee beans, can realize stirring from top to bottom of coffee beans simultaneously, make the coffee beans be heated more evenly, thereby improve the baking effect of coffee beans, through setting up connection turning block 222 and helical baffle 223, be convenient for the drawing in of coffee beans when second agitator motor 216 drives connection turning block 222 clockwise rotation, when second agitator motor 216 drives connection turning block 222 anticlockwise rotation, be convenient for discharge the coffee beans in collection box 209.
Finally, when coffee beans are baked, the supporting motor 204 is started to drive the supporting threaded rod 205 to rotate, and meanwhile the supporting threaded support 206 drives the supporting sliding rod 207 and the supporting top plate 208 to move up and down, so that the collecting box 209 is separated from the baking box 214, and accordingly baked coffee beans are discharged into the collecting box 209 to be cooled, meanwhile, the coffee beans fall into the collecting box 209 through the guide inclined block 210 conveniently, and the collection of the coffee beans is realized through the discharge valve 211.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments described, or equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and changes may be made without departing from the spirit and principles of the present invention.
