step 3: injecting clear water from a feeding hopper (5) and opening a drainage valve (39), and cooling the steamed glutinous rice by using the clear water;
step 4: after draining, a first blanking valve (23) is opened, a first motor (4) and a first vibrator (6) are started, and the glutinous rice is transferred into a starter stirring box (8) by utilizing a rotating spiral blanking shaft (21);
step 5: adding distiller's yeast into a starter stirring box (8) from a feed inlet (9), starting a second motor (11) to drive a stirring paddle (26) to rotate, and fully mixing the glutinous rice with the distiller's yeast by using the rotating stirring paddle (26);
step 6: opening a second blanking valve (31) and opening a second vibrator (32) and a third vibrator (33), injecting the mixed rice into the fermentation tank (14) under the action of the second vibrator (32), and compacting the rice in the fermentation tank (14) under the action of the third vibrator (33);
step 7: driving an electric telescopic rod (36) to lift the height of one end of the starter stirring box (8), and inclining the starter stirring box (8) during discharging, so that rice materials in the starter stirring box (8) are better transferred into the fermentation box (14);
step 8: the second temperature measuring probe (38) measures the fermentation temperature of the fermentation tank (14), and the fermentation temperature is controlled to be 28-33 ℃ by means of the temperature control equipment (27);
step 9: after 3 days of fermentation, the pump body (17) is started to pump and inject the rice wine in the conical wine permeation hopper (28) into the dealcoholization hopper (19), and alcohol contained in the rice wine is separated by the reverse osmosis membrane (30) to brew the low-alcohol rice wine.
