Abstract
The invention discloses a water-based flame-retardant flocking adhesive which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 15-70% of water-based main material, 2-16% of flame retardant, 0-6% of PH value regulator, 0-3% of thickener, 15-65% of diluent and 0.02-0.2% of preservative. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the water-based adhesive has the advantages of fire resistance, flame retardance, V0 grade reaching GB/T2408-2008 standard, strong permeability to cotton staple fibers, good binding power, simplicity in operation and the like because the simulated snowflake and snow scenery are pure white, and the adhesive also has the anti-yellowing function.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of Christmas gum adhesives, in particular to an aqueous flame-retardant flocking adhesive.
Background
Along with the development of economy, the life rhythm of people is accelerated, the requirement of human activity and environment beautification is continuously improved, more and more people select decorations such as simulated plants (flowers, fruits, trees, bonsais), christmas trees and the like, and the decorations are favored by more and more people to be touted because the decorations do not need to be manually nursed every day.
The environment-friendly healthy and various degradable water-based flame-retardant flocking adhesives have very broad market application prospect, and also exactly meet the national 'green cycle low-carbon development' time demand, cotton short fibers are adhered to simulated plants, christmas trees or Christmas decorations by using the adhesives through flocking technology to manufacture realistic snowing, frosting, snow melting and other different snow scene effects, natural snow is white, the adhesive for manufacturing the simulated snow scene effects is required to have the anti-yellowing function, and the adhesive for manufacturing the snow scene effects is required to be provided with the functions of fire prevention, flame retardance and the like when people in the western world wear christmas days. The combination of water-based, environment-friendly, anti-yellowing, fire-resistant, flame-retardant, adhesive strength and the like places high demands on the adhesive, which can be determined by a great deal of experiments.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: the water-based flame-retardant flocking adhesive is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 15-70% of water-based main material, 2-16% of flame retardant, 0-6% of PH value regulator, 0-3% of thickener, 15-65% of diluent and 0.02-0.2% of preservative.
As an improvement, the water-based main materials comprise one or more of polyvinyl acetate emulsion, ethylene-vinyl acetate emulsion, acrylic emulsion/resin (vinyl acetate, pure acrylic, styrene acrylic and silicone acrylic), polyurethane emulsion and starch/modified starch (gelatinized by water or heated gelatinization for standby), wherein the main materials are matched.
As an improvement, the flame retardant is phosphorus/phosphonate/phosphite and derivatives thereof, phosphate/condensed phosphates (including potassium salt, sodium salt and ammonium salt) and derivatives thereof, ammonium polyphosphate, phosphorus-nitrogen synergic phosphate flame retardant and the like. One or more of the flame retardants are matched.
As an improvement, the PH regulator comprises sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonia water, caustic soda, and organic amine, wherein one or more of the above components are matched.
As an improvement, the thickening agent is cellulose, acrylamide, acrylic acid or polyurethane, and one or more of the thickening agents are matched.
As an improvement, the diluent is water (deionized water, distilled water, pure tap water).
As an improvement, the preservative is isothiazolinone compounds, benzoic acid/sodium benzoate, sorbic acid/potassium sorbate, p-hydroxybenzoates, sodium dehydroacetate, sodium diacetate and glucono-delta-lactone, wherein one or more of the above compounds are matched.
As an improvement, the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) introducing deionized water into a stirring tank or a stirring kettle according to a proportion;
(2) adding the flame retardant of the required components, starting a stirring mode, and stirring for 20 minutes until the flame retardant is fully dissolved;
(3) adding main materials in a required proportion, and continuously stirring for 30 minutes to uniformly disperse the main materials;
(4) adding pH regulator, stirring for 10 min, testing pH value, adding thickener and antiseptic, stirring for 20 min, and packaging after the test viscosity is qualified.
The water-base flame-retardant flocking adhesive can also be added with pigment according to the requirement to prepare colored water-base flame-retardant flocking adhesive or Christmas tree branches to be used as colored coating.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the water-based adhesive has the function of resisting yellowing, has strong binding power to cotton fibers, has flame retardance and fire resistance, and achieves the V0 level of GB/T2408-2008 standard, and is characterized in that phosphate and phosphate flame retardants are used, toxic and harmful elements such as bromine and halogen are not contained, and the water-based adhesive is environment-friendly, economical, water-based and degradable, and is an ideal adhesive for manufacturing artificial snowflakes and snowscapes from cotton staple fibers for simulation plants, christmas trees and Christmas ornaments.

When the invention is implemented, the water-based flame-retardant flocking adhesive comprises the following components:
aqueous main material: one or more of them is matched with 15-70%
Polyvinyl acetate emulsion and ethylene-vinyl acetate emulsion
Acrylic emulsion/resin (Acetoram, pure acrylic, styrene acrylic, silicone acrylic)
Polyurethane emulsion
Starch/modified starch (gelatinized with water or heated for later use).
Flame retardant: one or more of the following components with a proportion of 2-16%
Phosphate/phosphonate/phosphite and derivatives thereof,
Phosphate/condensed phosphates (including potassium, sodium, ammonium salts) and derivatives thereof,
Ammonium polyphosphate,
Phosphorus-nitrogen synergic and other phosphoric acid flame retardants.
pH regulator: one or more of the following components with a ratio of 0-6%
Baking soda, sodium carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonia water, caustic soda and organic amines.
And (3) a thickening agent: one or more of the following components with a ratio of 0-3%
Celluloses, acrylamides, acrylics, polyurethanes;
a diluent: water (deionized water, distilled water and pure tap water) accounting for 15-65 percent;
preservative: one or more of the following components is/are arranged, and the ratio is 0.02-0.2%.
Isothiazolinone compound and derivative, benzoic acid/sodium benzoate, sorbic acid/potassium sorbate, p-hydroxybenzoate, and process for producing the same,
Sodium dehydroacetate, sodium diacetate, glucono-delta-lactone.
The preparation method of the water-based flame-retardant fireproof adhesive comprises the following steps:
introducing deionized water into a stirring tank or a stirring kettle according to a proportion; adding the flame retardant of the required components, starting a stirring mode, and stirring for 20 minutes until the flame retardant is fully dissolved; adding the water-based main material with the required proportion, and continuously stirring for 30 minutes;
adding pH regulator, stirring for 10 min, testing pH value, adding thickener and antiseptic, stirring for 20 min, and packaging after the test viscosity is qualified.
The water-based flame-retardant flocking fireproof adhesive can also be added with pigment according to the requirement to prepare a colored water-based flame-retardant flocking adhesive or Christmas tree branches to be used as colored coatings.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the adhesive has the properties of yellowing resistance, flame retardance, fire resistance and the like, and is an ideal adhesive for manufacturing various snowflakes and snowscapes by simulating plants, christmas trees and christmas ornaments.

1. The water-based flame-retardant flocking adhesive is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 15-70% of water-based main material, 2-16% of flame retardant, 0-6% of PH value regulator, 0-3% of thickener, 15-65% of diluent and 0.02-0.2% of preservative.

An aqueous flame retardant flocking adhesive according to claim 1, wherein: the water-based main material comprises one or more of polyvinyl acetate emulsion, acrylic emulsion/resin (vinyl acetate, pure acrylic, styrene-acrylic, silicone-acrylic), ethylene-vinyl acetate emulsion, polyurethane emulsion, and starch/modified starch (gelatinized with water or heated for use).
3. An aqueous flame retardant flocking adhesive according to claim 1, wherein: the flame retardant comprises phosphorus/phosphonate/phosphite and derivatives thereof, phosphate/condensed phosphates (including potassium salt, sodium salt and ammonium salt) and derivatives thereof, ammonium polyphosphate, phosphorus-nitrogen synergic phosphate flame retardant and the like. One or more of the flame retardants are matched.
4. An aqueous flame retardant flocking adhesive according to claim 1, wherein: the pH regulator comprises sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonia water, caustic soda and organic amine. One or more of them.
5. An aqueous flame retardant flocking adhesive according to claim 1, wherein: the thickener is one or more of cellulose, acrylamide, acrylic acid and polyurethane.
6. An aqueous flame retardant flocking adhesive according to claim 1, wherein: the diluent is water (deionized water, distilled water, pure tap water).

An aqueous flame retardant flocking adhesive according to claim 1, wherein: the preservative comprises one or more of isothiazolinone compounds and derivatives thereof, benzoic acid/sodium benzoate, sorbic acid/potassium sorbate, p-hydroxybenzoate, sodium dehydroacetate, sodium diacetate and glucono-delta-lactone.
8. An aqueous flame retardant flocking adhesive according to claim 1, characterized in that it is prepared by the following method:
(1) introducing deionized water into a stirring tank or a stirring kettle according to a proportion;
(2) adding the flame retardant of the required components, starting a stirring mode, and stirring for 20 minutes until the flame retardant is fully dissolved;
(3) adding the base materials with the required proportion, and continuously stirring for 30 minutes;
(4) adding pH regulator, stirring for 10 min, testing pH value, adding thickener and antiseptic, stirring for 20 min, and packaging after the test viscosity is qualified.
