The feed for the young layer chicken provided by the invention can be used for better weight increment, accelerating the growth and development of the young layer chicken, enabling the layer chicken to spend the young layer period more quickly, and well ensuring the survival rate of the young layer chicken.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses a special compound feed for raising laying hens and a preparation method thereof, and the special compound feed can be realized by appropriately improving technological parameters by referring to the content of the compound feed. It is expressly noted that all such similar substitutions and modifications will be apparent to those skilled in the art, and are deemed to be included in the present invention. While the methods and applications of this invention have been described in terms of preferred embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the relevant art that variations and modifications can be made in the methods and applications described herein, and in the practice and application of the techniques of this invention, without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention.
In the special compound feed for raising the laying hens, the raw materials and the reagents can be purchased in the market.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
The fish meal comprises, by weight, 65 parts of a mixture of raw rice bran and fish meal, wherein the raw rice bran is 5 parts and the fish meal is 60 parts.
16 parts of soybean meal, 10 parts of yellow meal, 6 parts of alfalfa, 1.5 parts of oyster shell, 0.5 part of calcium phosphide, 0.3 part of salt, 0.5 part of mixed probiotics, 0.4 part of vitamin mixture, 1.5 parts of rice husk and 1 part of Chinese herbal medicine additive.
Wherein alfalfa, oyster shell, rice hull, salt, chinese herbal medicine additive and soybean meal are taken as granular raw materials, the mixture of raw rice bran and fish meal, yellow meal worm powder and calcium phosphide are taken as powdery raw materials; the vitamin mixture and the mixed probiotics are powdery additives.
The mixed probiotics comprise a probiotic mixture of lactobacillus and faecal bacteria, which are common probiotic additives commercially available.
The vitamin mixture comprises 3 parts of folic acid, 3 parts of lysine, 4 parts of methionine, 2 parts of calcium pantothenate, 2 parts of ferrous sulfate and 3 parts of citric acid.
The Chinese herbal medicine additive comprises 1 part of prepared rehmannia root, 0.5 part of Chinese angelica, 3 parts of astragalus, 0.5 part of white peony root, 3 parts of red sage root and 1.2 parts of deer horn gum.
The preparation method of the feed comprises the following steps:
s1, removing impurities from granular raw materials and powdery raw materials respectively; after the impurity removal, the powdery raw materials enter a powdery raw material proportioning bin.
The feed raw materials comprise soybean meal, alfalfa, oyster shell, rice husk, salt and Chinese herbal medicine additives, and the feed raw materials need to be crushed in the feed production process, so that the follow-up production and processing of finished products are facilitated.
The raw rice bran and fish meal mixture, the yellow meal worm powder and the calcium phosphide are often mixed with sand, scraps, straw or sand and stone impurities, and if the raw rice bran and fish meal mixture, the yellow meal worm powder and the calcium phosphide are not cleaned, the raw rice bran and fish meal mixture can cause damage to equipment or livestock.

S2, crushing the granular raw materials of soybean meal, alfalfa, oyster shell, rice hull, salt and Chinese herbal medicine additives with the formula amount into powder raw materials by a crusher, and then feeding the powder raw materials into a granular raw material crushing proportioning bin.
S21, processing oyster shells with the formula amount sequentially through an oyster shell crusher and an oyster shell pulverizer, and manufacturing the oyster shells into oyster shell powder;

The alfalfa is commercially available dry alfalfa, and the rehmannia root, the Chinese angelica, the astragalus, the white peony root, the red sage root and the deer horn gum in the Chinese herbal medicine additive are all dry Chinese herbal medicines.
S3, feeding the raw materials in the granular raw material crushing proportioning bin and the powdery raw material proportioning bin into a proportioning tank together for proportioning in a preset proportion, and adding the salt, the mixed probiotics and the vitamin mixture in the formula amount.
S4, blowing the premixed material powder in the proportioning tank into a mixing device through a pipeline, and fully and uniformly mixing the proportioned premixed material powder by using the mixing device to prepare the functional feed powder.
S5, packaging the finished product by using a packaging machine.

In the process, after the granulator is used for granulating, the prepared special brood compound feed granules for the laying hens are cooled by a cooler and then enter a classification device for screening, the screened granules which do not accord with the size are crushed again, and the granules are returned to the granulator for re-granulating.
Example 2
65 parts of a mixture of raw rice bran and fish meal, wherein the raw rice bran is 25 parts and the fish meal is 40 parts.
5 parts of soybean meal, 5 parts of yellow meal, 3 parts of alfalfa, 0.5 part of oyster shell, 0.2 part of calcium phosphide, 0.2 part of salt, 0.3 part of mixed probiotics, 0.3 part of vitamin mixture, 0.5 part of rice husk and 0.5 part of Chinese herbal medicine additive.
The vitamin mixture comprises 2 parts of folic acid, 2 parts of lysine, 2 parts of methionine, 1 part of calcium pantothenate, 1 part of ferrous sulfate and 2 parts of citric acid.

Example 3
65 parts of a mixture of raw rice bran and fish meal, wherein the raw rice bran is 28 parts and the fish meal is 37 parts.
10 parts of soybean meal, 8 parts of yellow meal, 4.5 parts of alfalfa, 1 part of oyster shell, 0.35 part of calcium phosphide, 0.25 part of salt, 0.4 part of mixed probiotics, 0.35 part of vitamin mixture, 1 part of rice husk and 0.75 part of Chinese herbal medicine additive.
The vitamin mixture comprises 2.5 parts of folic acid, 2.5 parts of lysine, 3 parts of methionine, 1.5 parts of calcium pantothenate, 1.5 parts of ferrous sulfate and 2.5 parts of citric acid.
The Chinese herbal medicine additive comprises 1 part of prepared rehmannia root, 0.5 part of Chinese angelica, 3 parts of astragalus, 0.5 part of white peony root, 3 parts of red sage root and 1.2 parts of deer horn gum.
The preparation method of the feed comprises the following steps:

In the process, after the granulator is used for granulating, the prepared special brood compound feed granules for the laying hens are cooled by a cooler and then enter a classification device for screening, the screened granules which do not accord with the size are crushed again, and the granules are returned to the granulator for re-granulating.
Control group
The compound premix feed for the laying hens in the young period of the control group is fed for 10 weeks according to the use instruction of the feed of the control group, and the growth state of the laying hens is recorded.
Design of experiments on the production conditions of the layer in the young period
Selecting 800 healthy young-period laying hens of 1 week old, and randomly dividing the 800 young-period laying hens into 4 treatment groups, wherein each treatment group comprises 200 laying hens; 200 hatchling-period laying hens of each treatment group of examples 1, 2, 3 were compared with the 200 hatchling-period laying hens of the control group for 5 weeks of growth.
In the vitamin mixture of the feed raw material:
the trace folic acid can enhance the lipase activity of the intestinal contents of chickens, promote the decomposition of proteins in the intestinal tracts of young chickens to generate polypeptide, and simultaneously, the folic acid can stimulate the secretion of lipase and enhance the effect of lipase activity, so that the utilization rate of crude fat is improved.
Methionine is one of amino acids necessary for the growth of livestock animals, is a framework amino acid of biological synthetic protein, and methionine and lysine are essential amino acids for the development of chickens; meanwhile, as protein supplementation is crucial for the laying hens in the young period, the protein intake of the laying hens in the young period can be obviously increased by adopting the formula amount of methionine, and meanwhile, the laying hens in the young period can be promoted to develop, gain weight and enhance liver and kidney functions.
Pantothenic acid can prevent the occurrence probability of slow growth, reproductive dysfunction, reduced adaptability and the like of the laying hens in the young period, and creates important conditions for the future growth and development of the laying hens.
Because the weight of the laying hen in the young period is increased rapidly, the necessary iron element in the growing process of the blood meat is supplemented by the addition of ferrous sulfate, so that the low-pigment microcytic anemia of the laying hen in the young period caused by iron deficiency can be effectively prevented.
The citric acid can promote sucrose conversion, and has flavor improving effect.
In the Chinese herbal medicine additive of the feed raw materials:
the prepared rehmannia root and the Chinese angelica are selected for compatibility, and the dosage proportion relation is 2:1, simultaneously, the angelica and the white paeony root are selected for compatibility, so that the vitality of the young layer chicken can be improved, the nutrition absorption can be accelerated, and the balance of the muscle mass of the young layer chicken can be regulated. The radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae in the Chinese herbal medicine additive can enrich blood, promote the growth of young chicks, enhance resistance, and enhance effects when matched with radix Angelicae sinensis. The deer horn gum is used together with astragalus and deer horn gum, which is more beneficial to the growth and survival of the laying hens in the young period and prevents the immune system diseases of the laying hens.

The special compound feed for raising the laying hen is characterized by comprising 65 parts of raw rice bran and fish meal mixture, 5-16 parts of soybean meal, 5-10 parts of yellow meal worm powder, 3-6 parts of alfalfa, 0.5-1.5 parts of oyster shell, 0.2-0.5 part of calcium phosphide, 0.2-0.3 part of salt, 0.3-0.5 part of mixed probiotics, 0.3-0.4 part of vitamin mixture, 0.5-1.5 parts of rice husk and 0.5-1 part of Chinese herbal medicine additive.
2. The special compound feed for raising laying hens, which is disclosed in claim 1, is characterized in that the mixture of raw rice bran and fish meal comprises 5-25 parts of raw rice bran and 40-60 parts of fish meal.
3. The special compound feed for raising chickens according to claim 1, wherein the vitamin mixture comprises 2-3 parts of folic acid, 2-3 parts of lysine, 2-4 parts of methionine, 1-2 parts of calcium pantothenate, 1-2 parts of ferrous sulfate and 2-3 parts of citric acid.
